I feel like in the first state video it was implied DC hadn't had these meetings much before and this was the first time they ever had a meeting

Head canon that the states and the main 5 knew who DC was, obviously, but they never met him or IDC. So when the pandemic first hit and it was announced DC would start holding meetings they were like "but why"

Then DC shows up one day and all five literally went:
