And by likes I mean he likes putting it on 

California did his make-up as a joke once but he ended up secretly liking it

So he secretly used California's make-up when he was away but when that became too risky he bought his own 

Sometimes at night when he's overwhelmed and stressed he'll literally put the make-up on and just take a bunch of selfies in his room. 

And yes he has a bunch of clothes to match too
