So it's well established that Florida is across from DC at the table right? 

Well I have a jealously thing in my other book using the state of Ontario who is trying to break up DC and the main five so he can date DC

When DC and Ontario first meet, DC decides to bring him to a table meeting so he can meet the other states and so he can report back to Canada how the US is going with the pandemic 

Ontario knows he needs to establish himself as a threat to the main five

So when they all going in for a meeting.....Ontario sits in Florida's spot
