Kentucky and Georgia had to take the twins to meetings often because they couldn't find anyone to watch em
They'd usually hang out with most of the other young states (the main five mostly) but occasionally you'd see DC peeking over the table trying to hear what was going on

It wasn't uncommon for one or both to fall asleep in both their parents arms near the end

They probably had to stop as the war got closer and threats of succession was thrown around
