So uh what powers would the Sailor States have

Like objectively I think DC would have a combo of all of them since he's the Sailor Moon/Princess Serenity person of this story
Only it's less obvious and there's no spoilers that that's who he is (LOOKING AT YOU 90s SAILOR MOON DUB)

Also who would the villain be? Probably a metaphor for like facisim or something

Yknow if I write this I could frame it that the states been looking for their leader for centuries but never could find them. Then the pandemic hit....
