Batgirl POV

"Finally, a slow night in Gotham." I said sighing.

"Yet father and you are still wasting time on this (Y,N) character." Damian said.

"Damian this is much bigger than that. It's about finding whoever took him and putting them in jail before they can do something truly horrifying." I said.

"If they massacred Gorilla Grodd's army imagine what else they're capable of." Bruce said. While we were looking at files a call came through the bat computer.

"Batman. You've got a minute?" Cyborg asked.

"What is it Victor?"

"My radar is showing a massive explosion in an abandoned city in Mongolia. I was able to get a drone down there to see what happened and the place is littered with bodies."

"Just like Gorilla City." Bruce said.

"Not only that, but one of the casualties is Mark Ljunberg. Apparently these bodies were terrorists trying to use him to make some sort of super bomb that gave their members powers."

"Makes sense. He's been missing since being taken hostage over a year ago at a meeting."

"I originally thought the bomb went awry and was just a normal bomb but they were also covered in bullet holes. So was Ljunberg. And now the bomb is missing."

"So now the question is if they took the bomb for themselves or if they took the bomb to make sure no survivors would be able to use it." I said.

"What? Of course they took it for themselves! They killed Ljunberg." Cyborg said.

"Actually, it isn't that black and white." Bruce said. "They could've killed him as a last, or first resort depending on who they are, to make sure the terrorists can't use his knowledge to make a second bomb." Bruce said. "Now it's a game of waiting to see who strikes next."

Duela POV

"You lost transmission with them!?" I shouted punching the glass between me and Flag.

"After the bomb went off, our connection was cut. They have another 28 hours to show up before Waller hits the switch to make sure they're done." Flag said. My heart dropped. After he said that, a guard came up to him.

"Sir! There's an unidentified aircraft flying extremely close to the base!" He said.

"Get me connection with the aircraft." Flag said. They gave him a headset. "You're currently in a no fly zone. Turn back where you came from now or we will shoot."

"Ey, Flag! It's us, you wanker!" I heard Boomerang shout over the headset. Flag groaned before looking to the guard.

"Tell your men to stand down." Flag said. He looked to me. "You've got five minutes to say hi before going back into the cell. We've got a more local problem now."

Killer Frost POV

I leaned against the wall to my cell tracing hearts in the air with my cold, blue, fingers. Someone knocked on the outside of my cell. I looked over to see Flag before he opened it.

"You have 5 minutes to say hi to your boyfriend. Then we have a mission." He said. I was so happy I didn't even protest that he wasn't my boyfriend. I ran out of my cell and waited for him at the entrance. What kind of annoyed me was that Duela was there too. As we waited Katana put her sword to our necks.

"Is that really necessary?" I said.

"It's just extra precaution that you don't try to run away." Flag said. The helicopter landed kind of chaotically. The first one to come out Boomerang, but he was actually thrown out face first.

"YOU DRUNK IDIOT YOU ALMOST GOT US KILLED!" Deadshot shouted at him before kicking him in the stomach.

"IF ANYONE CAAAAAAAAN! GENGHIS KHAAAAAAAN!" Boomerang drunkily sang. (Y,N) walked out with Harley piggy back riding on him with a briefcase in her hand.

"He wouldn't stop singing." (Y,N) said like he was seconds away from insanity. I ran over to hug him but after a few seconds Harley hit me in the back with the briefcase.

"Alright that's enough, both of ya!" Harley said glaring at me and Duela who was probably hugging him too.

"Harley you psychopath! If that bomb goes off you're going to give Boomerang and WALLER powers!" (Y,N) said.

"Oooooooooooo, right." She said.

"what?" I asked.

"That briefcase is a bomb that gives people powers and takes them away for 36 hours." He said.

"I WANNA SHOOT LASERS OUT OF MY EYES!" Duela said trying to open the briefcase. Duela started trying to jump for it as Harley held it over our heads.

"Ahem." Waller said loudly catching all of our attentions. "It's nice to see my A Team in one piece but there's another mission we need to start ASAP."

"BUT WE JUST GOT BACK!" Harley pouted.

"I just listened to Boomerang sing about people who 24 hours ago he thought was Chinese for TWELVE Hours. And you want me to go straight into another mission? Please kill me now." Deadshot said.

"Actually can we wait 18 hours?" (Y,N) said. Katana put a sword to his throat.

"And why, Mr. (L,N)?" Waller asked.

"Well, to be completely honest: That bomb that we set off took away my powers and I can't safety use it before the 18 hours are up without Boomerang having super speed." He explained.

"Why does everyone think it'd be so bad for old digger to be a super?" Boomerang asked. Deadshot punched him in the face.

"If this was any other assignment, I'd allow it but this is an emergency and we are all affected by it." Waller said.

"Katana stand down." Flag said.

"Can we at least get five minutes like Flag said we could?" I asked.

"I'll allow it this one time, but understand this convict: I hold authority over even Colonel Flag. Just because he says something doesn't mean it's guaranteed. It has to go through me first." Waller said.

Artemis POV

"Bizarro miss Red-Him."

"I know you do, buddy." I said.

"Bizarro miss Ghost-Man, too." Bizarro said holding PupPup. That one saddened me.

"I do too." I said. (Y,N) said that he was going to keep in touch but I haven't heard from him in a month. Best case scenario is that Jason's coma is taking a toll on him, and he couldn't stand to be with us during the time. It broke my heart but any other reason would hurt me even more.

"At Least Bizarro has Red-Her." He said trying to flash a smile at me. I let out a small smile back when the door to our hideout opened. My eyes widened when I saw who it was.
