Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter in my DC comics discussion page. The buildup to the batcat wedding is in full effect and were so close to it finally happening. So with that said let's talk about the issues that are going to be released this week!

Titles That I Picked Up This Week:

Batman #49:
This issue was the penultimate issue before the wedding and the majority of it is Joker and Catwoman having a discussion. The joker thinks that happiness will ruin Batman so he wants to try and stop that. I actually kind of enjoyed this issue. It was an improvement over the previous issue and a teaser of what's to come. The wedding is in 2 weeks so I'm going to have to get my tux ready for this.

Batman: Prelude to the Wedding: RedHood vs. Anarky #1:
Ok, I'd rank this issue number 2 in terms of the prelude issues. I do with that Jason interacted with Selina however as a plot itself goes I found myself more interested in this issue than I did the previous two.

(BTW this moment was pretty funny).  The next issue is centered around Harley Quinn. So that can go either way. Regardless of that I don't think any of these preludes will be as good as the first issue was.

Batwoman #16:
(I picked this issue up along with the rest of Batwoman rebirth as I plan on reading all of it. So yeah.. that's what's up, If you want to know my thoughts on this issue and on this entire run of Batwoman in general. Ask me next week).

Justice League #2:
Ok so this is the second issue in Scott Snyder's Justice League run. It's already going pretty crazy and is a lot to digest right off the get go. The artwork is really nice so far and I'm going to continue to read this run going forward. It is a bit crowded. But, I think it's because they're setting up something big.

The Man of Steel #4:
In this issue things really started to pick up. We learn a bit more about what happens with Lois and Jon and Superman and Rogol-Zaar continue to engage in battle. The way this issue ends has me pretty excited for next week's issue.
