I'm a little late to posting this. But, I wanted to only talk about the Arkham Knight issue. I still need to read the other issues.

Detective Comics #1004:
Ok this was the best issue of  Tomasi's run so far. The origin of the Arkham Knight felt like a classic and compelling Batman villain storyline. It's truly worth checking out in this issue for that alone. Also, we got some great Batman and Robin stuff with Bruce and Damian. I really enjoyed this. Issue and I think you should all check it out.
