Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter in my DC Comics Discussion page. As usual I have listed all the titles being released this week. Then I'll talk about the ones that I picked up myself. Seeing as how this marks the end of April. Next month marks the start of May and it's going to be a crazy month for DC comics. Anyways, let's get started.

Titles I Picked Up This Week:

Batgirl #22:
I'm not going to say much about this issue. All that I can say is that it legitimately has a great twist ending to it. One that I never saw coming. It is nice to be generally surprised when you read something and while the rest of the issue is fine. It really shines in the ending of the issue. That's all I will say.

Detective Comics #979:
In this week's issue we see the continued plot of Tim Drake going through hell! Actually this was a pretty good issue. Although, once this storyline is done I want action comics to move away from this brother eye stuff for a bit. I don't hate this storyline. I just want them to change it up a bit after it's over.

Raven: Daughter of Darkness #4:
I really enjoyed this issue. In this issue Raven meets back up with her mother and a lot of this issue deals with the emotions between Raven and her mother. So there was definitely some real strong stuff in this issue. As far as the other plot stuff goes I was a bit lost with some of it. But, it's Raven so I have to read it.

Teen Titans #19:
Ok so with teen titans this week we conclude Beast Boy and his mind chip arc. He does battle with the teen titans and we see more insight into why the villain is the way she is. Also, The other thing that happens is this.....

So yeah I guess these two are officially a couple. Sorry Damirae shippers. Maybe next time. Update: In Flash #45 someone pointed out to me that their relationship fell apart. So there's still hope Damirae shippers. Lol. But, overall this arc was fine. Nothing bad or great either. That's pretty much been a summary of this Teen Titans run in general. It is a run that never really found its footing because it shipped once a month and it always felt like it was being interrupted by something. Oh well things are really going to start to change soon as next month we start the big Justice League no Justice number arc. So that should be interesting.
