Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter in my DC Comics Discussion Page. I should also point out that there is a drowned earth crossover going on with a giant space kraken vs the justice league. But, I haven't picked up those titles, nor have I been reading Aquaman. (There's too many books for me to keep up with as is lol). But, anyways, despite all that I'm going to talk to you all about what I've been reading this week. Titles I Picked Up This Week:

Batgirl #28
I have to admit that ever since this new creative team took over that I've really been enjoying Batgirl. The story so far has been very interesting and I'm liking the direction that they're going with in it. It's eons better then where this run started out at. (Outside of the story arc between her and nightwing that is).

Detective Comics #991
Not gonna lie. I kind of forgot what was going on in this storyline. I remember two face as the villain but I became kind of lost with that's going on lol. Still, it's nice seeing Two-Face in a more significant role. It's been awhile. Anyways, we're getting very close to when Tomasi takes over Detective and when he does I know it will be great.

Raven: Daughter of Darkness #9
I'm really doing myself a disservice by not rereading this series before each issue comes out lol. Before the final issue comes out I'm going to reread it all again. But, anyways with this issue we see Raven and the Nightforce starting to assemble and it's pretty cool. I'm aware of who a few of the characters are but there's a lot that I don't and am kind of lost because I want to learn a bit more about them but don't know where to start. Anyways, it's hard to believe that I've been talking about this series for 9 months. That's kind of crazy lol. Oh well. Only 3 more issues to go until we reach the end. I'm still hoping that some of the teen titans will cameo. But, that might just be a simple pipe dream.
