Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter in my DC Comics discussion page. This Week saw the end of the run for Scott Snyder's Justice League book in a very anticlimactic way. Like seriously this ending was pretty ridiculous and leads me to believe that all this 5G nonsense is really happening and I'm not having it.

Titles I Picked Up This Week:
Detective Comics Annual #3:
This was a nice little annual that deals with the absence of Alfred.  Bruce actually grows a bit by the end of the issue. It was nice to see Batman not act so mopey. But, actually accepting of what has happened and trying to do his best to move on. He's not like the asshole Batman we have seen as of late and I appreciate that.

Justice League #39:
This was just a wtf issue by the end of it. After 39 issues and the supposed "finale" of this run we basically get a non ending. It's a setup for another event. Ugh. I'm kind of tired of Scott Snyder and his events. When DC Metal ended we immediately went into Justice League No Justice which was the start of the rebirth downfall. Then at the end of his big Justice League run we get this non ending that seems to tease DC Metal 2 of whatever it's going to be called. I don't know anymore. Continuity is so damn confusing anymore. I can't pinpoint where everything is at nowadays. Are things canon? Are they not? Ugh.. I'm just burnt out on this book right now. I think I'm just going to drop it. We had like 40 issues and this is the end of it. So if I read the next book is it going to lead into yet another event or is it just going to end? Idk. But, there's a chance I might just drop this book. Hopefully this new creative team is good at what they do and I hope this whole 5G thing that's rumored isn't a disaster. But, I know it is going to end up being that.
