Hey Doomsday Clock is back! I actually sometimes forget that this story is going on thanks to all these delays that keep happening over and over again. But, then I start reading the issue again and forget what I have been missing. The artwork in this issue is absolutely incredible and it does a tremendous job at telling this story.

This was probably the darkest issue of Doomsday Clock so far. The childhood stuff with Marionette and Mime is all sorts of messed up. It was definitely quite disturbing.

Other things I liked seeing were the villains all together, seeing the Joker being his normally crazy self and knocking out the comedian at the end of this issue. We're at the halfway point with this story as there's still a lot more that's going on that we do t know about. Lots of little information on the Superman theory, where Doctor Manhattan is and so on and so forth. I'm really enjoying seeing the watchmen characters be Incorporated into the DC universe in a quite unique and interesting way. I hope by the time the next issue rolls around though that we get to see more about what's going on with Dr. Manhattan. He's been noticeably absent for a lot of this stuff. But, anyways.
