You were so excited!

You'd finished work at LexCorp and started to make your way or for eh building and towards the Daily Planet.

You were about to exit the building before you ran into Lex himself.

"Ahh, (y/n), how are you today? I swear you look better every day." He complimented. "Oh thanks Lex, I'm good. You?" You replied, blushing a wee bit. "I'm great! Your work has made my work rocket through the skies, your dedication to this company is greatly appreciated." He thanked you. "Well, I have a job to do, I do it." You smiled. He nodded and waved goodbye as did you.

You continued heading towards the exit and made your way to the back of the Daily Planet. You wondered why he chose the Daily Planet, it is a pretty busy place, wouldn't it be better if he wasn't seen by hundreds of people? Eh, you were seeing him, that was good enough for you!

You waited only for about a minute behind the massive building until you were swooped off your feet and into the air. You shrieked a little and held tightly onto his neck as he held you bridal style.

"Haha sorry if I startled you!" He apologised. "Oh no! Hah it's fine!" You replied, a little terrified of how high you were right now.

"Thought I'd take you a bit of a fly. If that's alright with you." He suggested. You nodded happily, getting used to the breeze hitting your face.

He flew you two around the whole city, weaving in and out of the tall buildings placed along the city ground.

The sun began to set and he took you towards the clouds and flew just below the floating piles of softness. You reached your hand out above you and touched the clouds giggling when your hand flew through every one of them.

He then slowed down the speed of his flight a little. You turned around to see if there was a problem and your eyes widened as you saw the sun beautifully setting over the ocean. The sun gleaming on the water and creating and mesmerising orange-yellow scenery.

"It's beautiful." You whispered, speechless from the magnificent sight. Superman smiled to himself, proud he managed to show you a good time.

After a few more minutes of flying and chatting he flew you to your luxury apartment building and set you gently into the rooftop.

"I'll see you again sometime." He said. "I'd like that." You smiled to him and waved him goodbye.

He watched you head inside making sure you were safe and hen flew off.
