Sabrina looked at Lord Berrus and gently took the rose from him. The three kittens and Sabrina went outside to the backyard. Lord Berrus got on one knee in front of Sabrina with his head low.

"I-I'm sorry that I failed you as a husband and a father. I should have known better than to be blinded by my own selfish greed and reputation. I was scared because everyday, I was changing and I didn't recognize that but everyone around me notice and started to talk. I didn't know that change was for the good."

Lord Berrus took a pause and then continued

"I started destroying planets that were more reasonable than just getting me mad by the slightest thing. I was stupid to listen to Champa and that cost me for losing my family and the love of my life. He threaten me that because of the change, the counselors of the universe were going to ripe me away from my title."

Lord Berrus took another slight pause and the kittens were listening closely, Skylar got a little impatient.

"What happened Dad?"

"After pushing you all away, hurting you and abusing you. You all left and i was begining to notice there was something in my life that was missing. I needed you all back but then the universes counselors came in with presents and cake because they wanted to congratulate me for having a wife and three kittens."

"Presents?!"

"Cake?!"

"Skylar and Light please!"

"Sorry Mom"

"Go on"

"As i was saying i told the counselors what happened and here I am now asking my family for forgiveness"

Lord Berrus then pulled out two more roses and gave one to Light and Heather.

"You're not planning to give me a rose right Dad?"

"Of course not, son"

Lord Berrus then opened his arms to him and Skylar ran to give his father a hug. Light also ran to her father giving him a hug. Lord Berrus notice that Heather didn't give him a hug, so he was going to try harder. After the long hug, Lord Berrus walked up to Heather and got down on his knee again.

Heather looked at her father angrily

"I have so much hurtful things to say to you"

"I know you do, little one. No words can express how truly sorry I am but for now on I'm going to try harder to better person everyday and I also want you all by my side because I have no one else"

"Um excuse me?"

"Not now Whis!!"

Lord Berrus did a small cough before he continued.

"As I was saying, I want you all by my side. Please, forgive me Heather you deserve so much. If there's anything you want me to do, I'll do it, you name it."

Heather then smiled and looked at her father giving him a hug that he is forgiven and she whispered something to her father. He looked at her and smiled

"I'm already ahead of you"

Heather smiled and went to stand next to her brother and sister.

Lord Berrus was still on his knee and was looking directly into Sabrina's green eyes.

"Sabrina, I'm sorry for the words I say, I wish I can take it all back but I know it will still linger in the back of your mind. I want to start over with you, if you let me. I want be in your life and I want you to still be in my life. Please forgive me, for ever putting a hand on you, you are the mother of my kittens and my goddess. Will you marry me again?"

Sabrina didn't know what to say but she know that time will heal, but she wasn't ready for marriage just yet.

"Lord Berrus, I'm sorry but I can't marry you"

That statement broke Lord Berrus's heart. He put his head down and his ears showing his disappointment. The kittens gasp in surprise.

"Mom?"

"No, Skylar its your mothers choice, I just had to learn to live with that because it my own fault."

Lord Berrus then got up and turned around, not willing to look into Sabrina's eyes. After a few steps of walking away, Lord Berrus stopped nit because he had something to say but because someone had their arms wrapped around him. He looked down and recognize it to be Sabrina. He didn't get a chance to speak.

"I said I can't marry you, not right now but give me sometime if you are willing to wait."

Sabrina let go of him as he turned around to face her. He then laid a hand on her face and smiled.

"For you, I will wait for eternity"

Sabrina smiled at that statement and the kids cheered happily that there is still a chance they will all be together. Yumi and Trunks cheered for them and so did Whis.

Lord Berrus felt a tugging on his pants and looked to see Skylar and Light

"So Dad about the presents?"

"And cake?"

Everyone laughed at their questions.
