After everyone got out of the car, I started looking at the house. Balloons and fake spiders hung onto the house.

"Ready?" Kerri asked as she got out. I nodded and walked up to the door.

I could hear music inside, people yelling, and -maybe- other things. I opened the door to reveal a room full of people, people dancing, kissing, and screaming.

"CHAOS!!! MY BFF!!" Kerri screamed as she ran inside. We all laughed and ran inside after her.

"So glad you could make it!" A yelled over the music when we finally met up.

"Me too!" I said and smiled. "I'm gonna go dance. Wanna come?"

"Sure!" Kerri said.

"I'll come, I guess," Will mumbled. I smiled as we headed to the dance floor.

As the song I loved started playing, I knew I couldn't help but sing it... I knew it would be embarrassing since I suck at singing, but...

"The clock stopped ticking forever ago!" I sang.

"Ohh! I love this song! How long have I been up? I don't know!" Kerri sang.

"I can't get a grip, but I can't let go," Will sang, "There wasn't anything to hold onto though!"

We all laughed, waiting for another verse after this one.

"Why can't I see? Why can't I see? All the colors that you see?" We sang in unison.

"Please can I be colorful and free?" I sang.

And that's when I bumbled into him.

"Huh? Aye!" he said. He was dancing in beat with the music, his red hair swaying with him.

"That's Cole," Will whispered in my ear. Cole was dressed in a prince costume, and was still dancing.

"I'm Cole. I'm new. You probably already know that though..." he said.

"Hmm? Oh, I'm Rue. But why would I already know that other than people telling me?" I asked.

Cole slightly smiled and stopped dancing. He grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me over to the corner of the room. No one was over there, but you could still see flashing lights and hear the loud music.

"Look. I came here because people are starting to get suspicious, Princess!!"

My eyes widened and I dropped my wand. "You- YOU!!" I yelled. I tried walking away from him, but I had to walk backwards. I fell on the floor, and Cole held his hand out.

"Don't worry. I'm a wizard." Cole smiled, and I took his hand. "I'm Duch's brother. Didn't she tell you?"

"Um. No," I mumbled.

"Oh well. But I'm here to take you back."

"What?!"

"I'm here to ta-"

"I'm not going back!"

"Why not?" Cole asked. "Your people need their princess!" I shook my head. Not because of Cole. But because I saw-

"Eve."

"What did you say, m'lady?" Cole asked.

"I have to get out of here," I whispered.

I headed to the door, almost running. Until something hit me on my hip, sending me into the door, and all I heard was voices. I couldn't open my eyes either. Screaming, and spells going off.

Darn you Eve!

But then I remembered something. Something that made me doubt it was Eve. Or maybe, made me even more worried if it was Eve.

She was supposed to locked away in a different dimension...

"Wake up. It's all a dream."
"But it's not.

Eve is real."
"But this has to be a dream! Right?"
