While Jung Min is waiting for Eun Mi he is talking to Young Saeng at his cellphone and they're taking about Eun Mi's birthday because they're planning to celebrate Eun Mi's birthday in Young Saeng's house.

Eun Mi go downstairs ready for what she and Jung Min going to do for the day. When Jung Min saw Eun Mi, he hung up the call and smiled at his little sister.

Jung Min: Are you ready ?

Eun Mi: ( She nods ) So where are we going?

Jung Min: It's a surprise so I won't tell you ( He said and chuckled )

Eun Mi: Surprise again ( She pouts )

Jung Min: Yeah so let's go now

Eun Mi and Jung Min get in the car. Jung Min starts the engine and drive while they're on the road Eun Mi tell Jung Min what happened this past four days and Jung Min feel happy because his little sister has a happy time with his band mates.

Jung Min: So for you what is your favorite hang out?

Eun Mi: All of them because they all make me happy especially the day when Young Saeng confess on me

Jung Min: ( He rolled his eyes ) I know that's so especial to you because you also like him

Eun Mi: Yeah remember the time I told you that he is my crush

Jung Min: Yes and I'm so surprised when you said that to me, By the way did Hyung Jun also confess on you?

Eun Mi: Confess on me about what? ( She asked in confuse tone )

Jung Min: About his feelings on you because just like Young Saeng he also loves you

Eun Mi: Really but he didn't mention that yesterday

Jung Min: Just like I thought ( He said and park the car ) We're here

Jung Min unbuckles his seatbelt, get out of the car and open the car door for Eun Mi. Eun Mi smiles and gets out of the car she got surprised when she saw the Orphanage building that she and his brother always visit when they have free time.

Eun Mi: Why are we here?

Jung Min: Remember the promised I made last time we visited this place

Eun Mi: ( She nods ) You promised me that were going back in this place when Christmas comes and we are going to give presents to all kids here

Jung Min: Your right but I know you can't go back here when Christmas comes so while your busy with my bandmates this past four days I planned this and I also bought all the presents that we're going to give them

Eun Mi smiles and feels so excited to give all the presents to kids in there. She thought that she can't visit this place before she dies but she is wrong because now she is standing in front of the building and going to spend her whole day playing with kids for the last time in her life.

Jung Min: Come on let's go inside so we can give all this presents to them

He said while carrying a big brown box. Eun Mi nod and they both entered the building a woman assist them and they go to the room where is the children are playing.

Eun Mi: Hello kids ( She said to them with a big smile )

The kids greet her back and run in her direction and give her a hug.

Jung Min: Did you miss us?

He asked and the childrens nod as a response to him. Eun Mi smiles and feels happy when she sees the childrens are happy because they visit them. Eun Mi knew what they felt because just like them she doesn't have family at first but when she met Jung Min and his bandmates she feels what's the feeling to have a family even if they are not real siblings.

Jung Min: We have presents for all of you

Eun Mi: Oppa Jung Min is right and you're going to get that now so we can play

The children are so excited to get there presents and also to play with them just like what they do when they visiting that orphanage. They give the presents, and the children say thanks to them and opened the presents. When they saw that was a toy, they become happier. Eun Mi and Jung Min looked at each other and smile because they feel that the kids appreciate what they give to them.

Jung Min: They playing their new toys ( He said with a smile )

Eun Mi: Yeah and I guess it's more fun if we join them playing their new toys

Jung Min: Your right

They both join the kids playing their new toys. They also feel that they are back in their childhood and while Eun Mi is playing with the childrens Jung Min can't help not to watch her little sister because he will never see that smile again. He didn't notice that his tears falls down and his thoughts gone like a wind when he heard Eun Mi's sweet voice.

Eun Mi: Why are you crying Oppa Jung Min? ( She asked with a worried tone and she also wipes the tears in his brother's cheek with her thumb )

Jung Min: Don't worry about me I'm just happy today

Eun Mi: Are you sure?

Jung Min nod as a response and Eun Mi smile at him they both back playing with the children. They both have fun and when the night comes they decided to go home.

Eun Mi's Room

Eun Mi is in her room, and she feels that she can't breath normally and the pain in his chest is more painful than the pain she feels from the past weeks. She also takes her medicine, but she still feels the severe pain that makes her cry while laying in her bed.

Jung Min suddenly entered her room and when he saw that Eun Mi is feeling a severe pain he quickly walks closer to her and also called a private doctor.

Jung Min: The doctor is on the way

He said in worried tone after 15 minutes the doctor arrived and do what he needs to do to make Eun Mi feel better. While Jung Min is so worried about her little sister when the doctor gets out of Eun Mi's room he approaches Jung Min.

Jung Min: Is she okay?

Doctor: Yes, she is okay and she's sleeping now

Jung Min: I'm glad that she is okay now

The doctor smiles and says his goodbye to Jung Min. After the doctor left, Jung Min enter Eun Mi's room and lay beside his little sister and hug Eun Mi so tight while he can't help his tears not to fall in his cheek. He also kisses her forehead and combs her hair with his hand until he falls asleep.
