Cleo is a bookworm and a hater of politics and tries to distance herself from problems surrounding the said genre. She loves the praetors she already has and is friends with them.

Background story: Cleo ran away from her house at age 5, due to her uncle's heavy drinking which causes him to be abusive. She was found a few months later in a different state and got put in an orphanage. Traveling from foster home to foster home, a weird creature attacked Cleo at an alleyway when ordered to take out the trash. The said creature tried to kill her with its beady eyes and sharp fangs until a guy called Grover came to her rescue. She later found out about demigods and gods and got claimed whilst alone in her cabin. Though many people do not believe she is a daughter of Apollo since they never saw her get claimed, she clearly saw the bow and arrow symbol over her head and got into many fights about it. She was 11 at the time. Cleo is 17 and she's been going back and forth between the two camps for a while now. People look at her as the loner and gloomy person of the Apollo cabin since the latter barely has any negative people. She has found a few people who understand her: Annabeth, Nico, Percy, Piper, Frank and his girlfriend, Thalia and Reyna. She had become good friends with all of them.

Why she's in New Rome: She doesn't like politics or wants anything to do with them but she came to support Reyna and Frank once she heard about the suspicious activity going on in the elections. With her bow and arrows, she is determined to defend her friends with her life if anything fishy happens.
