Sorry haven't updated this in a while. But here we go.

At this moment of time I'm sitting in one of the branches on the highest Apple tree. The view from here is amazing. It's my favourite thing about here, except for my family of course. My younger sister skips gleefully up to the tree, a wide grin plastered on her face. As if I don't know that she just ate the bread.

"ALEIDA!!" She screams, as I jump down and land behind her. "How was your day? Did you pick Amity? Wait, don't tell me." She knows as much as I do that your not meant to tell people your results.
I look at her long and hard, she's just like me, only a much smaller and happier.

"What's wrong?" She asked concerned. I turn to her and faked a smile.

"Nothing's wrong." I look around searching for exits, as if I'm trapped. It's taken me till now to realize I want to be free, I want to be Dauntless.

I'm last to choose my faction I'm currently walking up to one of the Abnigation leaders, I think his names Marcus. He hands me the knife, i'm instantly drawn back to when I killed the dog. My hands are trembling I stand there for a moment, until a Candor man shouts for me to hurry up. I swiftly cut the Palm of my hand. I squeeze above the coals.

The crowds mouths hang open, I think I'm the first Amity to join Dauntless. I can see my mother and sister, in the front row seats. I look at them helplessly, my mother's eyes look at me and through her tears she nods for me to go to my chosen faction.

I turn around, all of them run to the door, I follow behind them. They run through the streets, and to he train track. There's a girl from Abnegation in front of me. The train comes, and the Dauntless borne jump on the train with ease. The transfers take a second longer and then they start to get on. The Abnegation girl makes it just in time, I see someone grabbed her hand and helped her in. I'm really scared but I jump anyway, I manage to grab the side. No one's there to help me. They look at me with disgust. I sit there alone the whole way there.
