Conner held my hand as we walked out of the safety shield we walked until we got into more woods we stopped to rest.

"How far away are we?" Annabeth asked

"About nine miles."

"We have to get a car if we want to get there." I said

"That's a good idea."

I looked around this place looked familiar I got up and stepped into a lake it started rising up.

"Ha ha Percy cut it out." I turned around but Percy was just as surprise I was it was up to my waist then I remembered where we were. I stepped out of the water this is where I last remember me being happy with my mom and dad.

"I know where we are."

"Where?"

"My old vacation home where I last saw my parents and was happy after that I hide myself from the world."

"Why was the water moving?" Conner asked now by my side.

"I don't know it did that to me when I was little and then it's blurry."

He held me close and kissed the top of my head then I looked to my left and saw a little dirt path I remember there was a old cabin we use to stay in but never went back after my parents died.

"Follow me." I said Conner grabbed my hand and we walked down the path it was kind of creepy with the fog and stuff but I also found it relaxing then I saw the cabin and the old van that we left here the cabin looked pretty good after not being used. I walked inside and was glad to see nothing there. Everyone came in and set down their stuff and walked into the living room with a long couch, a chair, fire place, and a big screen tv. Everyone sat down and I sat with Conner who put is arm around me I love him very much even though we just met I loved him and snuggled close.

"Okay everyone game plan is to get to Hollywood, get Skylar's mom and keep them safe." Percy said

"Sounds easy but it's not going to be." Grover said

"At least we have a van to get out of here and there faster." Annabeth said

"That van is really roomy in the back and comfy it has storage for food, our stuff, and gas speaking of gas there should be two large cans in the shed out back." I said

"Sounds good but I think we should get some rest."

"There is only two bedrooms."

"Well we have to partner up and also sleep in here."

"I think Annabeth and I should pick who goes where and our partners."

"I'll take Percy."

"And I'll take Conner."

"Sorry Grover your in here."

"It's all good I like to sleep by myself."

I gave him some blankets and cans in case he got hungry I walked with Percy,Annabeth, and Conner to the bedrooms and gave them some food and water too. They took my old room and we took my parents room it was a good size with a computer, master suite, balcony, and king size bed. I brushed my hair and walked outside I looked up to the night sky and looked at the stars. I saw Conner and he hugged me as we looked together he kissed my cheek and spun me around.

We kissed on the lips this time he held me close my heart was about to pop out of my chest.

"I love you."

"I love you too Conner."

"Well get your mom back babe I promise."

"I think I have the best boyfriend ever."

"Don't forget cool and good looking."

"Who would ever say that?"

"That's it you asked for it princess."

Before I could figure out what he met her put is hand on my sides.

"Don't you dare."

He moved up and down I tired to get loss. He tickled me harder and this time I busted out laughing as he went down my legs I started falling but he caught me he was kneeling and I was hold in on to his neck and my back if the ground but not my butt and legs. He leaned down and kissed me and picked me up bridal style and walked me into the room and shut locking the door. All was perfect until later that night I mean.
