We ran out to the fire pit a huge flame monster was in it. He turned to and looked at me I looked into his eyes my eyes filled with flames I walked toward him.

"That's right my key come to me."

Conner grabbed me and pulled me to his chest I heard his heart and I looked away. I broke out of his grasp and I looked at the creature.

"I will never come with you! Hades!"

"My dear sweet niece you will be safer with me unless you want the monsters to come after you."

"Not a chance!" I yelled Percy was beside me with water in one hand and a sword in another Annabeth had arrows and a bow Grover was beside Percy and Conner went beside Annabeth.

"I think we can take care of them." I said

"Well now," he turned into the man I saw more of a rock star person flames still around him, "My turn for a move lets add your mother into it."

"My mother is dead."

"Yes and down here with me look."

He grabbed an orb and mashed it my mother took form.

"Mom?"

"Sweetie I'm so sorry."

She disappeared.

"Let her go!"

"Sorry it's your move either come here to the Underworld or just keep running and hiding your whole life." The flames started to go down.

"Wait!"

"Yes?"

"How did you even get her?"

The flames went around me and under my chin when he moved his hand I was brought closer to him.

"Because first that wasn't a normal car accident it was caused by my hell hound and when a mortal who has been with a gob dies they come here, and also I had to find you and my dear you are very hard to find."

He disappeared.

"He has my mother....." My eyes burned with tears.

Conner held me so did everyone else I stopped crying and wiped my tears and Conner help me. Percy held Annabeth and kissed her forehead.

"Chiron I have to go to the underworld and get her back!"

"Yes I know but only if you take Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and Conner with you."

"I will."

"I must tell you something first, you can get out if the Underworld and enter it without paying the toll and the orbs."

"Lets get going, meet back here in one hour!"

I ran to my cabin and got a brown bag I put on my jeans, white tee shirt and my black jacket and boots. I packed a extra outfit which was my training uniform which I changed from blue to white and the armor golden color I also packed some food and water. I put it on and grabbed my sword and put it between my bag and back it turned into the handle again when I let go of it. I put the belt in for the arrows and the bow on my front and the part I hold on my bag lastly I grabbed the wipe and put it on my belt I looked ready I looked at the clock I had only a few minutes to get to the spot.

"Hey!" I heard outside I opened the door and it was Conner.

"Hey Conner."

"Jump!"

I did and he caught me spun me around and kissed me.

"We better get to the others."

We walked hand in hand and saw the others ready to go of course Grover asked if I had enough weapons and Conner said that he would knock him to the moon if he made fun of me again Annabeth stood up for me saying that you never know what might happen.

"So that is the mark of the key?" Percy asked

"Yep." I said

"I know the way so I will lead Hollywood here we come!"
