( It was another long and Dangerous night in Gotham City. The GCPD were in a firefight with Penguin, Black Mask, and their goones. Leading the GCPD were Commissioner Gordan, Harvey Bullock, Crispus Allen, Renne Montoya, and Detective Ellen Yin. The downside was that while Penguin and  Black Mask each had some losses on their side. The GCPD had men and women that were pinned down or injured and some losses of their own. This put the GCPD on the losing side of the fight )

" We're pinned down, and others nowhere to go. What's the plan, sir?" Asked Renee as she shot at a couple of Peginuin goones before taking cover behind her car. " There's not much we can do. The rest of their henchmen are occupying our reinforcements." Said Gordan. " ( Looks at  Bullock with a raised eyebrow). And here you told  Batwoman that they should worry about their own people." Said Crispus. " They already have enough on their plate with members of their group being missing. It was best that they focus on finding bats for the time being. We can handle this." Said  Bullock. " (Hears the sound of a jet engine). Um guys, heads up.  we got more incoming. ( Looks hears the sound of something exploding and then looks in the direction of the goons to see five of their armored cars suddenly being destroyed). Where did that come from?" Asked Renne. " ( Looks up to see a dark silhouette in the shape of a bat and gasps in shock). Eyes up guys. We got  help." Said  Yin as she pointed up. This caused everyone, even Penguin and  Black Mask to look up and see the bat jet reading state for them.

( Everyone watches as the Batjet quickly flies toward them,  before seeing it suddenly pull up as four figures jump from the jet as it then flies off. The four figures then quickly dive toward the ground and land gently onto the ground using either their capes or a device on their utility belt. What had everyone shocked was, who the four people were)

" It's them, I thought they were still in Dakota City. What are they doing here?" Asked one of the Goones. " I shared the one if Black and Uellow took down Bane on their first fight. " Said another Goone." ( Glares at  Darkwing). So you've returned, Batgirl or is it Dark Wing now? Asked  Black Mask. " It's Dark Wing, Black Mask. Now why don't you and  Penguin take your boys and leave this town alone? Or else we're gonna have a problem." Said  Dark Wing. " Ha, what makes you think that the four of you can do anything, against all of us? The Police even had more men than us and yet. Here we stand with them on the losing side." So I'll ask again. What is it that you think you can do to stop, us?" Asked Black Mask. 

" ( Sighs and then looks at her team). Hunter, knock the guns out of their hands and then have fun knocking out these goones. Robin, disable any automatic weaponry, and then come join up Nightwing and Hunter. Nightwing, you and I will clean house. Once a majority of the goones are out for the count take out Dumah. I spotted him right behind Black Mask. The two head honchos are mine." Said Dark Wing. "On your go, Dark." Said  Red Hunter. " ( Looks around at all the goones). Three....Two....One.....Cloak." Said  Dark Wing as she and her team quickly dashed toward Penguin, Black Mask, and their goones.

( The GCPD can only watch as Darkwing and her team quickly get to work. Dispatching and knocking out any of the goones in their way. They even acted as  Red Hunter and  Robin Fought back to back as if they had complete trust in each other.  As the fight went on, they saw that  Black Mask and Penguin were losing more and more of their goones with a majority of them being already knocked out. It was then they saw  Nightwing battle Dumah while  Dark Wing Slowly made her way towards  Black Mask and  PEnguin while knocking out any goon in her way as if they weren't gonna stop her. One of the goones even threw a graned her way and when it exploded. All they saw was her continue to walk through the fire as if it meant nothing to her as she walked through the fire with her cape draped in front of her until she rolled her shoulders and pushed the cape back to its original position of hanging from her back)

" This is unreal. There's no way they became this good.  What have they been doing over in Dakota? Said Crispus. " Who cares, They're giving us some breathing room. We'll let them handle this and then fish the rest once this is over." Said Gordan as he looked at Dark Wing holding both Black Mask and  Penguin pinned against a wall or face first on a car. " ( Signals Hunter to come over to her and then hands her Black Mask). Get what you can out of him. Interrogate him however you want just don't overdo it. ( Watches Hunter nod her head before walking away while pinning Black Mask's arms behind his back). Now as for you. ( Bashes  PEnguins head into the hood of the car and holds his head thereby pressing her left arm on the left side of his face while keeping his right arm pinned behind his back). What made you all suddenly rise up and cause chaos in the city? You guys couldn't have done this alone so who is leading your little army?" Asked  Dark Wing. " I ain't telling you nothing Jr. You won't get nothing out of me. " (Pressing down on his head while also fighting her grip on his arm). I will shatter your arm Cobble Pot, and you know we bats in particular keep our word. So talk or this will get worse." Said  Dark Wing as she tightened her grip on his arm as he screamed in pain.

" You to Mask,  start talking or I can make it just as painful as she's making it for him." Said  Hunter. " You don't have the balls to be as ruthless as she does." Said  Black Mask until Hunter tights her grip on his arm and then zaps him with the bottom of her gun. "Try me, I was trained to be like Red Hood so just try me. NOW TALK MASK OR THE VOLTS GO UP!" Said Red Hunter. " If I do, she'll kill me." Said Black Mask. " See we're getting somewhere.  Now what else do you know?" Said Hunter. " You won't get anything out of me." Said  Black Mask as he tried to swing at Red Hunter with his free arm only for Hunter to shock it with the bottom of her gun while knocking his arm away. " You're testing my patience Mask. ( Hits him in the back with the bottom of her gun which shocks him). You sure about that? (Watches him nod his head). Then I guess whoever is leading this.  Just sees you as a useless pawn." Said  Hunter as she knocked Black Mask out using the but of her gun. " Sounds like Mask is out cold. Do you want to join him or do you want to talk?" Asked Dark Wing. " We don't know anything. They only told us to cause as much chaos as we can and to have fun doing it." Said  Penguin. " Then guess it's nap time for you penggy. ( Knocks him out by slamming her elbow into the back of his head and then drags him over toward the GCPD with  Red Hunter doing the same for Black Mask.

" ( Looks at Dark Wing and  Red Hunter). You two sure know how to put the hurt of them. Though it's good to see you guys again." Said Yin with a smile. " Sure thing. ( looks to her left to see  Nightwing and  Robin Walk over to them). When we got a call from Batwoman, we knew it was time to come home. " Said  Dark Wing. " ( Finished typing on her digital screen and then looked at Gordan). I just sent out a  request for medical support and your backup is on its way since we took care of the goones holding them up. They'll be here soon." Said Robin. " ( Presses a bottom on the center of her belt as the bat jet quickly hovers over them and then drops four handles down to them). If you'll excuse us,  we've got more goones to kick and people to save." Said  Hunter as she grabbed one of the handles as it then pulled her up. " You know how to reach us if you need us, or we'll find you. " Said Nightwing as she and Robin grabbed onto two of the remaining handlebars as they were then pulled up to the Batjet. 

" You guys did good,  seems like you learned a lot from your stay in Dakota. Let's hope it can help us clean up this mess." Said Bullock. " Believe me Bullock, with Batman Red Hood, and the original Nightwing and Red Robin missing.  ( Grabs onto the last handlebar). It's up to us  heirs to the names protect this city." Said Dark Wing as she nodded her head toward Gordan and Yin before she was then pulled up toward the  Batjet. " ( Watches  Dark Wing, Red Hunter, Nightwing, and Robin hop into the Batjet, before watching it quickly fly off). Heirs to the names hu. Sounds like their gonna try and make things interesting. " Said Anee she and Yin turned to see Batwoman, Catwoman,  and Chesire land on the ground next to them.

" Gordan, what's the situation here? Sorry we couldn't make it in time. Had to make sure your backup was clear to reach you." Said Batwoman as Catwoman knelt down to look at the knocked-out forms of Penguin and Black Mask. " ( Looks at Yin). Did you do this? They look like they're out." Said Catwoman as Chesire knelt next to her. ( Pocks  Black Mask only to quickly pull her hand back in order to not get zapped from the leftover electricity). This one has some electric residue. What did you do, taze him?" Asked Chesire. " Not me, we didn't do this. ( Points to all the knocked-out goones). It was the newest batgirl that now calling herself Dark Wing,  along with the newest Nightwing, Robin, and Red Hunter." Said Renee as Batwoman quickly looked at her while Catwoman and  Chesire quickly stood back up. 

" The...newest Batgirl...so they're back." Said  Catwoman with a smile. " Looks that way, then the one that knocked out Mask was  Red Hunter."Said  Chesire. "  You should have seen it. Those four cleaned houses. Especially when one of the goones threw a grenade at Dark Wing. Only for her to just walk through the explosion the way Batman would." Said Crispus. " I know one things for certain. When she said that it would be up to the heirs to the names of  Batman, Nightwing, Robin, and Red Hood to defend this city. I think they're gonna make sure they keep their word." Said Yin as  Batwoman and Chesire looked at each other before looking at Catwoman who had a look of shock on her face. " Dark Wing is not just the heir to Batman. She's mine as well.  a redemption for all the crimes I committed in the past." Said Catwoman which shocks Gordan, Harvey, and Yin. " A Child of the Bat and the Cat. Now this just got interesting. But it also explains how she's so nimble. ( Looks to his left to see the GCPD reinforcements arriving). Continue with your conversation. I'm gonna go have our boys lock these guys up. Crispus, Renee,  you two are with me." Said  Harvey as Crispus and Renne walked with him to handcuff Penguin, Black Mask, and all of their goones.

" ( Looks at  Batwoman). Any word on Batman's Location?" Asked Gordan. " None so far,  which means whoever started this deliberately did so to weaken Gotham's defenses. " Said  Batwoman. " That may be. But something tells me that now Dark Wing's in town. Whoever did this did so to get her and her team here. Knowing we'd call them."  Said Chesire. " You think it's Team X? They have been at odds with  the new Robin and Nightwing, especially the pink one." Said Yin. "No, if it was them. They'd make it a personal statement while not causing something like this. Whoever it is,  we'll keep you posted." Said  Batwoman as she,  Chesire, and Catwoman quickly grappled,  wiped, or threw a spiked chain onto a nearby building to pull themselves back onto the top of a nearby building before then running off. "Let's hope Dark Wing can keep from crossing the line while she searches for them." Said Gordan as he and Yin walked over to join Harvey and the others.

( Seven hours later in the Batcave. Batwoman, Black Canary, and Catwoman were on a transmission call with Wonderwoman, Green Lantern, Superman, Hawkgirl, and the Flash) 

" You're serious, they're back in town?" Asked Flash." Yep, and the first thing they do is clean house by taking down Penguin and Black Mask. I just hope it will be enough." Said Catwoman. " Donna, Hawkgirl, and myself were planning on joining in the effort.  We can be ther right now if you'd like." Said  Wonder Woman. " That would be helpful Diana, thank you." Said Catwoman as she watched  Diana and  Hawkgirl leave the screen before turning to see both them and  Donna Troy teleport into the Batcave. " From what I've seen in Dakota back when we checked in on Stacit and Gear. Dark Wing and her group had their own problems to deal with. Ranging from Team X to Ravager, to Belladonna." Said  John Stewert. "That's true, and the closest one that would do this is  Belladonna. She considers Dark Wing her Rival since Dark Wing has always been there to stop her and is the only one who could when the others were busy." Said  Flash as Diana and Shiara walked over to Seliena and Kate while Dona went to train with Chesire and  Artemis

If that's the case then the only question is why capture Batman and the others. It's like she wants to create a grand scheme specifically for her and Dark Wing." Said  Flash as everyone looked at him. " That's, not a bad idea Flash. Which means that whatever happens next is to target Darkwing and the others." Said Superman. " Myself, Donna, and Artemis can help keep an eye on them in case something happens." Said Chesire. "You're the only ones who can,  Stay safe and protect each other." Said  Batwoman as  Artemis and  Donna nodded their heads.
