(It has been seventeen years since Diana and Karen's daughter was taken from them by a Hunter of Artemis. Since then, they have been getting monthly updates on their child's life under the care of a young woman in Jasper Nevada. However, the hunter who would always give them updates on their daughter. Left out what name of the woman that was raising their daughter as well as the name given to their daughter. As for the woman herself, she was living the life she always wanted. With a twist of her child gaining a new power as she grew up)

(During the year when her daughter was seven years old, as the two of them were out camping)

" (Works on setting up the tent while Darla gets the wood for the fire). How's it going with the fire?" Asked June. " (Tries to make a fire spark using rocks and a piece of wood. But can't seem light the fire). Trying, but i can't seem to get a spark to start." Said Darla.  " (Walks over Darla and then knelt next to her). You're scraping the soft side of the rock on the stick. Try using the rougher edge instead." Said June. " Oh, ok then. (Goes to use the rougher side of the rock. Only for a red beam to shoot out of both her eyes. Which then create the needed fire for the firepit). Hu, wha-what just happened?" Said Darla. " You-you just shot lazers from your eyes. But the only one that can do that is Powergirl." Said June in shock. 

" How do I have the same power as her?  Asked Darla. " I don't know, but I do wonder if you have any other thing that are in common with her. (Notices how one of the sparks flies out of the pit and then quickly backs away from the rising fire). We need to get out here, tear down the tent than just put it in the car." Said June as she quickly ran to the table and started packing everything up. " (Goes to tear down the tent. Then gets a wiff of the smoke and begins to cough). Ok, this is really bad." Said Darla as she tore down the tent while rubbing her nose. " (Gets in the car and then opens her trunk to let Darla put the torn down tent inside). Once you put the tent inside, we're leaving." Said June as she waited in the driver seat with her driver side door open. 

" You'll get no argument from me. (Begins to cough, from the smoke and then rubs her nose even more). I didn't think the smoke would be this strong. (Feels the urge to sneeze and then turns toward the fire).  ACHOOOW!"  Said Daral as she sneezed toward the fire. But as she did so, she let out a large gust of cold air that bout out the entire fire. " Wha, what was. (Looks around at the now snow-covered forest zone then shakes her head). Come on, I think we 'll just spend then day at a hotel for now. We'll try to camp another time." Said June as she drove off once Daral was inside the car and buckled in.

(Not three days later, did a news report air on tv about a fire that had started. Only for it to be quickly snuffed out. When asked if there were any superheroes in the area.  They all said no and that no one was nearby to put the fire out. So, the people just chalked it up to a science project gone wrong in the forest)

(During the year when Darla turned nine years old. June decided to take her daughter on a hiking trail)

" Come on Darla, you can make it. Just a couple more steps and we're there." Said June. " Coming mom, just taking in all the sights." Said Darla as they suddenly feel the ground shaking. " (Tries to keep her balance while slowly taking it one step at a time). Wha-whats going on? " Asked June as Darla slowly catches up to her. The two then look to their left to see the superheroine Solara crash into the ground thirty feet from them, while she battles the super villainess Star Cosma. 

" (Punches Solara to the ground and then look up to see a mother and daughter standing on the large rocky walkway). Hmm, civilians way out here. A mother and daughter no. Maybe I can have some even bigger fun than I am with fighting this one." Said Cosma as she floats into the air and the mother and daughter. Only to be tackled from behind by Solara. " We're not done Cosma and your not touching them." Said Solara as she tackled Cosma and then flew tried to fly the two of them away from the area. " You just don't know when to quit, do you hero. (Looks at where the mother and daughter group are and then sends energy to her left hand). Then we'll just have to do this the hard way." Said Cosma as she fired an orange beam of energy at Daral and Junes Location and makes them fall of the rocky edge.

(Solara)

" (Watches the beam destroy the rocky mountain walkway and then listens to June and Dara scream as they feel). NOOO, HANGON I'M COMING!" Said Solara as she tries to fly toward June and Darla. Only for her left foot to be grabbed by Cosma. " You rally thin you can save them while fighting me. Poor choice Solara." Said Cosma as she and Solar then began to punch each other.

" (Freefalls toward the tall trees bellow them while screaming). THIS IS NOT HOW I WANTED OUR TRIP TO GO!"Yelled  June. " Notices how there's not a lot of gravity pulling her down as it was June. As they are both falling at different speeds). Hu, I don't feel any friction in the air. Why do I not feel any pull toward the ground? (Quickly makes her body go limp and then gets closer to June). Mom, grab onto me ok." Said Darla. " I hope you know what you're doing hunny." Said June as she grabbed onto Darla. " (Holds June in a bridal carry and then buses her ice breathe to slow their decent down.  But notices how it's not doing a lot). Ok well this isn't working. (Rights herself to get a better angel. But then notices how they had stopped while still in midair). Woo, am I, actually flying?" Said Darla as she held June. " (Notices how they didn't hit the ground. But then realizes what Daral just said and then smiles while laughing). I guess we can chalk this up to a new addition to your power roster. Now, can you fly us to our stuff. I think we'll just stick to visiting famous cities and places from now on." Said June. " (Laughs). Ok mom, but we are still vacationing on one of the Hawaiian Islands. I still want to learn more about their culture." Said Darla as she flew them back to where June's car was. 

 " (Quickly flies back to the area with an energy dampening cuffed Star Cosma in her left hand. But then notices the large snowy hill where the mother daughter duo should have fallen). What the what's going on here?" Asked Solara. " (Looks at the snowy mountain and then grits her teeth). How, how did Powergirl save them in time?" Asked Cosma as Powergirl floated down toward them. " What are your talking about? I didn't do this." Said Powergirl. " But you're the only kryptonian here. But if you didn't, then who did?" Asked Solara as she and  Powergirl flew off with the captured Star Cosma.

(Next was the year when Darla turned thirteen. June and Darla were hanging out in New York)

" (Walks with her adoptive mother through the city and then spots a museum). Hey mom, we should see what they have at the museum. I hear they have a lot of cool stuff in there." Said Darla. " Alright, we'll go check out the museum for a little while." Said June as the two of them went to check out the museum. " (Walks to the front of the museum and then takes out her phone to take a picture of the lion statues). Cool, these are really detailed. (Heads inside the museum and then looks around at all of the cool history). Wow, there is a lot to learn about here." Said Darla as a woman with long dark hair walks toward her. " Glad you're enjoying the museum. My name is Donna, and this is my assistant Donna." Said Karen.

(Donna Prince)

" Hi, my names Darla and this my mom June." Said Darla as she shook Donna's hand.  " (Notices the strength behind the handshake and smiles). Seems your mom has been showing you have to make a proper handshake. Thats good, show that you'll grow up to be a respectable young woman. (Looks to her left after hearing someone call her name and then sees that it's her assistant). Excuse me for a moment, I need to take care of something. Enjoy your stay in the museum." Said Donna as she walked away. 

" (Walks around the museum for a little while and then takes a seat at one of the benches. With June sitting next to her). There's so much to learn here. I don't think I'll be able to see it all." Said Darla. " We can always come by and visit another time. With the promotion that I got with my job at the Jasper Hosptial. We'll be able to do more things from now on." Said June as the ground began to rumble and shake. " (Grabs onto the bench in order to try and keep her balance). Where's the rumbling coming from?" Asked Darla. " (Grabs onto Daral and then runs with her over toward where a table is). This way, we need to find cover. (Picks up her pace as pieces of the building walls and statues begin to fall around them). Hurry Darla, we're almost there." Said June until both she and Darla trip on a piece of debris.

" (Looks up to see that a large piece of brick was falling toward them). MOM, LOOK OUT! (Tackles June to the ground as debris begin to fall on them. But then notices how she's not feeling any pain from the debris but are instead of hurting her back and either falling off or piling on top of each other). Wha-what, how come I'm not feeling any pain from this?" Said Darla. " (Hears what Darla is saying and then looks to see that all of the debris that feel on them where all stacked above them). You don't feel anything, nothing at all?" Asked June. " No, nothing at all. (Quickly turns her head after hearing what sounds like people talking about them and then hears Donna tell those standing next to her to hurry and get the debris off. Before realizing that she heard Donna from under the think Debris). Now I can hear Mrs. Troy talking to some people about getting us out of here." Said Darla. 

" (Widens her eyes and then looks up toward a piece of debris that was slightly above Darla). Quickly, grab that piece of debris and place it above us then   lay down on the ground next to me. We don't want them to find out about your powers. Though we can add invulnerability, super hearing, and Super strength to the mix." Said June as Darla does what she's told. " (Lifts up the debris with Wonder girls help). Come on Wondergirl, these are the last of the twelve people that were caught in the Earthquake." Said Powergirl. "(Lifts up a piece of debris and then throws it aside).  We're seriously going to have to talk with her about the designee of this place. Why did she it upgrade it or anything?" Said Wondergirl as she lifted up the last piece of debris to find June and Darla. 

" Mrs. Prince found them, their over here." Said Wondergirl as Donna ran over to them. " (Quickly hold out her hands toward June and Darla). I'm glad that you two are ok. Grab my hand and I'll pull you both up. " Said Donna as Darla and June grab her hands. " (Watches Donna pull Darla and June out from under the rubble).  You two ok, are either of you hurt?" Asked Powergirl?"  No, we're ok. "Said Darla as she and June stepped down from the pile of debris. " Ok then, stay safe now." Said  Wondergirl." Will do, come on Darla. Let's home." Said June. " Ok mom. (Turns to look at Donna, Powergirl, and Wondergirl). Bye, and thank you." Said Darla. " Take care kid and sorry for the rough museum experience. I look into getting that fixed." Said Donna as she watched Darla and June drive off in June's car.

(Then came the year when Darla had turned fifteen. June and Darla were practicing and training with Darla's powers, wondering what else Darla could do. But the only ones that they could find where the ones that they already knew about. However, during a stop at a gas station. They discovered by a random chance. That Darla's invulnerability extended to that of guns as well. After a robber had attempted to rob the gas station that they were in. Darla attempted to defuse the situation peacefully. Only for the robber to shoot her in the cheast and knock her to the ground. June was able to knock the robber unconcise with a metal water bottle container.  June then quickly ran over to Darla while the unconscious casher quickly called the cops. When June and Daral took a look at the area on where Darla was shot. They found that the bullet had not pierced her skin. Wondering what had happened to the bullet. They then found it smushed and on the ground. After realizing this two quickly got up and left the gas station, due to the left-over Trama from what had happened)

(A couple months after that, and Darla is heading to school. Ready to try and get back to living a normal life as best she can. Not knowing that and adventure awaits her)
