Narrator's pov

"You look so hot" Luna whispered as she leaned against the door frame with her arms crossed

"What are you doing in here" Aelia giggled

"It's our room, remember?" Luna smiled

"Shouldn't you be out getting a gift for the man?"

"Oh I got him something alright" Luna chuckled

"Don't tell me you bought him a club-"

"I... Maybe, maybe not" Luna chuckled

"YOU DID NOT BUY JAMES A CLUB"

"I'm sorryyy I had tooo" she chuckled

"Oh my God" The blonde groaned

"It'll be good for him, he'll learn how to manage the business"

"Even more pressure on his poor Asexual head" the blonde chuckled

Luna shook her head smiling as she slowly made her way into the bedroom, closing the door so buddy wouldn't run in when he wanted to

"Aelia" the girl mumbled

"Yes?" the blonde asked

"Come here" she mumbled again

The blonde furrowed her brows and placed her makeup brush to the table before turning in her seat, seeing her girlfriend standing in the middle of the room with a smirk on her face

Without questioning, she stood to her feet and made her way towards the girl

"Yes?" She giggled

"You're so goddamn beautiful" Luna whispered, her hands found their way around Aelia's hips as she pressed the girl against her chest

Luna loved the way her girlfriend's eyes spoke of a beautiful soul and her movements told of a need for nurture, but then perhaps that's how we all are. How telling it is that so many have the appearance of the animal that has known intense suffering, such at the dogs that are rescued from cruel indifference.

Luna knew right then, that all she needed was her love, something steady to hold onto and in time those eyes would shine as they were born to. And so they did. Those green eyes of Aelia that were once dimmed and full of hate turned into joy and happiness.

But along rescuing the girl, Luna was rescuing herself too. For what was the appearance but the window dressing of the soul?

The blonde had on a red cropped hoodie with white high wasted jeans with checkered red vans. Her hair was wavy and flowed over her back

Luna's brown hair flowed over her collar bone, she wore a band t shirt and shorts with vans

"I Wuv you" Luna smiled

"You're such a dumbass sometimes" the blonde giggled

"So I've been told" Luna smiled, her thumbs stroked the exposed area on her girlfriend's stomach

"Mhm" Aelia hummed, biting down on her bottom lip

Brown hair framed Luna's heart-shaped face with expressive eyes bright with humor. A dazed expression dominated her features. Her voice was low and echoed around the behemoth room. Her cheekbones sat high on her face and a smile that sent people running and screaming curved her lips.

Her arms stretched around her girlfriend's neck, leaning her head against the girl's chest.

"Ready to go?" Luna asked

"Only if you lift me" The blonde smirked

"We're not doing this again" Luna chuckled, causing the girl to pout

"You no lift me?"

"i-"

"Pwease" the girl pouted again, Luna felt her heart thump in her chest.

It was dangerous to look into Aelia's eyes, the girl had such emotions that drawed you in and commanded every inch of your body

"Okay fine, climb on" She chuckled

"Yaayy" Aelia giggled, hooking her arms around the girl's neck from behind

"Ready?"

"Ready"

The music was Luna's external heartbeat and the lyrics were her soul in sweet vibrations. She could have sung forever those words that mixed with a beat that controled the human body

"This party is going crazy" Aelia chuckled

The music was as loud as thunder; it made the cutlery on the tabletops rattle. Neon lights flashed everywhere like police sirens, but much more colourful. James had hired a DJ to cater for the night, there was definitely around two hundred people at the party, all scattered on the lawn while others danced in the house with red solo cups that ozzed alcohol

"James has alot of friends" Luna smiled as her eyes scanned the entire room of the house

The guests were going crazy. The music was so loud that it made Aelia's skin tingle and her lungs feel like mush. The bass thumped in time with her heart beat as though they were one, filling her from head to toe with music.

"THERE YOU TWO AREE" someone yelled, the girls glanced in the direction of the Hispanic boy approaching them with Ryan being tugged behind

"Hhhheeeeyyyy" Zack screamed

"Someone's had alot to drink" Luna chuckled

"Don't worry, I'm taking him home" Ryan smiled

"You're a good boyfriend, you're such a good boyfriend" Zack pouted

"I know" Ryan chuckled and placed his hands on the boy's shoulder, holding him up steardy

"Where's everyone else?" Luna asked

"Mia's over there with Dani" Ryan nodded in the direction of the two making out on the couch

"Oh" Aelia chuckled

"Maddy and Lex are in the kitchen having shots and Leo.. Well he's being Leo and mixing water with most the alcohol" He chuckled

"Such a good dad" Aelia smiled

"Let's dance. LET'S DANNNCEE" Zack squealed and grabbed Aelia's hands, dragging her in the direction of the dance floor

"Oh, I guess we're really doing this" She chuckled

"Here, have this. I just mixed it and it tastes ammmaaazzziiinggg" Zack said as he gave the girl his cup

"I guess I'll be driving home" Luna chuckled

"You don't mind do you?" Aelia asked

"Nope, I don't drink that much either way. Go on, have fun" she smiled

Aelia leaned the cup to her lips and allowed the liquid to travel down her throat, burning it's way down

"Holy shit, this is good" Aelia said

"I know right? I just invented it. I'm an inventorrrr" Zack squealed

"Can you mix some more?"

"Hell yeah, let's head to the kitchen and I'll make you some more cups" Zack said as he turned on his heels, ready to head to the kitchen

"I love you, I'll be back" The blonde smiled and pecked the girl's lips before being dragged by Zack

In the corner of her eyes, Luna saw Taylor standing in the corner of the room, talking to a few people

Over the roar of music, a distant, hazy chatter could be heard. She couldn’t make out any words, but laughter rang in her ears and wouldn’t seem to stop.

Taylor felt eyes on her as she glanced in Luna's direction, giving her a small smile and waved.

"Come here" Luna mouthed, Taylor furrowed her brows and dismissed her friends, walking over to the girl

"You made it" She smiled

"Of course I did" Luna grinned

"James is about to head down the stairs, he wanted to make an entrance" Taylor chuckled

"Knowing James, it would he something hot"

"Definitely" Taylor chuckled

"So how have you been?"

"I... I've been working alot actually. Who know owning a yoga studio would be so much work?"

"Anyone that owns a yoga studio" Luna laughed

"Oh hush you" Taylor giggled

"And how's everything else going?"

"I've been cooking alot, might take some classes and see where that takes me"

"Damn, that's weird"

"Why's that?" the woman asked

"Because your food tastes like shit. Literally shit, mixed with pis-"

"I fucking hate you sometimes you know that?" Taylor asked

"I know sweetheart, I know" Luna chuckled

"How's the business going?"

"we're going great so far. We're headed off to a great start, fired a bunch of idiots and hired some sweet people. Plus I have them doing my dirty work for me" The demon chuckled

"Oh?"

"Yep, they're my little minions" Luna grinned

"Look at you" Taylor chuckled

"Wot?"

"Nothing just... Who would have thought that Satan's daughter would be the CEO of a law firm on earth" She laughed

"I'm making a name for myself but I still haven't forgotten who I am" Luna said as she glanced towards the woman

"I take it you found everything in the basement" Taylor whispered

"Yep, the history of the world. All piled into one storage unit. Now that's crazy" Luna chuckled

"Luuuunnnaaaa" A voice screamed, the girl tilted her head and glanced in the direction of her bestfriend running at her with full speed

"Dani Doviittooo" Luna squealed

"I missed you hoeee" Dani squealed as she ran towards her bestfriend, throwing her arms around the girl

"God you're crushing me" the demon groaned

"Sorry, super strength" Dani pouted

"That's okay" Luna giggled

"Come dance with meee" Dani pouted

"So you could crush my feet next?" She asked

"I promise I won't hurt youuu" Dani slurred, causing her friend to chuckle

"I'll be back?" Luna asked the woman

"Go ahead" Taylor grinned

"Yyaayyy" Dani giggled and held Luna's hands, dragging her in the direction of the dance floor

The song that was playing got louder, pulling the demon in and wouldn’t let go. She had no choice but to join the crowd, jumping in a huddled group like Tic-Tacs being shaken in a box.

Dani's body pressed against hers as the rhythm took control, carrying their bodies and placing them in a dazed state.

Luna chuckled when her bestfriend held her in a waltz, moving back and forth, placing her head on Luna's chest

"Dumbass" Luna chuckled

"Wuv u moree" Dani giggled

Smiles took over their faces and giggled filled left their throats as they continued to dance, but it was then in that momentary exchange of glances, when her eyes meet Aelia's and they smiled from within.

So though the world may love the blonde's music, her words and her songs, music really only lived in those intense moments of love they gave without ever trying, those looks that were barely glances, in the bond they made so accidentally.

The blonde bit down on her bottom lip, trying to contain her smile as she slowly made her way through the crowd, heading towards her girlfriend

"Hi" Aelia whispered

"Hi" Luna giggled

"Wanna dance?"
