Narrator's pov

"Are you gonna let me go?" Aelia giggled

The blonde was lifted onto the kitchen island, her arms then wrapped around her girlfriend's neck who stood between her thighs

"No" Luna mumbled as she peppered kisses along the girl's neck, leading up to her jaw

The blonde sucked in a breath and tilted her head backwards, there was no point in fighting. She'd always surrender to Luna's touch

"I'm gonna be l-late" She stuttered when Luna's fingers gripped her thighs

"So be late" Luna said in a husky voice

The fingers trailed up her girlfriend's waist, lighting grabbing against her exposed skin through the crop top

"Mhm" Aelia hummed and shutted her eyes tightly, allowing the sweet sensation to roll through her body

The sound of a car horn in the driveway went off, altering Aelia for the 10th time that the driver was there and waiting

"Stay with me" Luna whispered as she reached to the girl's ear

She seemed to find her confidence again as a smile came onto her lip and she lightly pushed her girlfriend back

"You're so cute, I swear" Aelia chuckled causing Luna to pout

"But... But I'm Senpai"

"I'm sure you are" Aelia chuckled as she leaned in, placing a soft kiss on the tip of Luna's lips

"Adulthood is hard" Luna groaned and finally stepped away

"Welcome to earth Ms Amon, press X to continue" Aelia chuckled

"Go on, I'll see you later" Luna chuckled

"Bye sweetie" Aelia giggled as she hopped off the counter

The girl held a smile and headed in the direction of the living room, only to feel a hand grip her wrist and pull her back. She giggled when her chest was slammed against Luna's

Soft lips connected with her own, melting upon contact. A small spread throughout their mouths as their lips softly pressed against each other. Luna loved the way they fitted so perfectly, fire and ice. Each drowning the other out and battling in a way only heaven would understand.

"Now you can go" Luna chuckled as she pulled away, leaving Aelia in a daze

"Scoot scoot" She chuckled and slapped her palm against the girl's ass, making her shriek

"Dumbass" Aelia playfully glared before heading towards the door

"I love you more" Luna giggled

The blonde then left and heading into her car, leaving the half demon and the husky in the kitchen. Luna let out a sigh and ran her fingers through her hair

"Wanna head to work with me bud?" Luna asked the animal

The girl chuckled when the lifted his paw and placed it on hers

"Just give me a few minutes to shower" Luna smiled and headed up the stairs into the bathroom

Her hands turned the knob and allowed the water to run, turning hot after a few seconds and filling the glass shower with stream turning to droplets of water, slowing running it's way down the walls

Maddy was already at the office, she would be doing most of the practical work for the week while Luna settled in. She had ordered a board meeting with her father's highest ranking lawyers

Her mind hasn't been the same since London, the way Justin would act out and be aggressive turned her off.

There was just something about that guy that didn't rub her right

"Rule number one, no pissing on my rugs, that shit is hard to clean" Luna playfully glared at the dog that held his head out the window, allowing his long tongue to be carried with the wind

She chuckled as the animal and fluffed her hands through his fur

"Good Morning Ms Amon" A tall ginger hair woman said as the girl pulled into the driveway

"Good Morning Melanie" Luna smiled as she shutted off the car engine

Melanie stood out in the drizzling rain with a large umbrella, her face held a serious look while her red hair was pulled into a neat bun. She was Luna's assistant now, Maddy had brought in her own

"The men are waiting for you in the office" She said

"Is the remodelling finished?" The brown hair girl asked

"Everything is finished" Melanie replied

"Did anyone find the keys to the basement yet?"

"Yes" Melanie said as she pushed her hand behind her back, pulling the silver keys out

"Excellent. No one has been in there right?" Luna asked

"No ma'am, just as you instructed" Melanie said

Luna nodded and locked her car, Buddy appeared near her feet, causing Melanie to shriek

"Ma'am, is that a dog?"

"Yes, this is buddy. Say hi Buddy" Luna smiled, the dog barked once and Melanie's eyes went wide

"I... Hi Buddy" Melanie mumbled

"He's chilled but I'll need a dog park in my office for him" Luna grinned

"A... Dog park? In the office?" Melanie asked

"Yep, my girlfriend will be busy traveling and I don't trust anyone else to be with him. Plus I've grown attached to him, isn't that right buddy?" Luna smiled and ruffled the dog's head

"When would you like this... Park?"

"Today" She smirked

"WHAT!?"

"Relax sweetheart, whenever they can get it done would be nice. I don't want to rush anyone" Luna smiled and headed towards the door with Buddy trailing behind

The private Elevator led directly to Luna's office, it had white marble walls, a blue carpet, a silver handrail, and no buttons, something she had updated. With Buddy and Melanie behind her, Luna pressed her hand against a small glass panel.

A sensor read her fingerprints, verified them, and activated the elevator. The doors slid shut and the elevator rose to the 30th floor without stopping. Nobody else ever used it. Nor did it ever stop at any of the other floors in the building.

The metal doors then slid open, revealing the newly designed office she had done while she was over in London for the past week

Luna took one step out of the elevator and was immediately met with Melanie's fingers on her body, she stood still and allowed the girl to adjust her suit. The business suit was as crisp as a new banknote and dyed to a uniform shade of bleak grey. Above white collar line it was as if her face had been fashioned from those inky dots.

Her eyes then landed on the men that sat around the long oval desk, The lawyers sat in their crisp suit, their folded half-moon glasses bouncing up and down on their knee as a few tapped their feet.

"Gentlemen, Good Morning" Luna mumbled as she headed towards the chair at the head of the room

Her two inch heel jostled in the stilted air, striking the wooden floor on every third bounce or so. By evening her brown hair would fall loose and wavy to the small of her back, but here it was tied tightly into a bun. The only movements on her head were the small studded earrings.

Smoke filled the freshly painted office of Luna Amon, the men around the table looked like the typical lawyers you'd find in a movie. Their cheeks were hallowed and some looked like they were on the edge of death. But the disrespectful part was the fact that they were smoking lik  a chimney in the meeting, not caring.

A few of them smirked at Melanie, trailing their eyes up and down the girl's body. The ginger hair girl shuffled uncomfortably and kept her head down

But the fact that the meeting was only filled with men around the table made Luna curious 

"I'm confused on why there isn't any women in this meeting" Luna said sternly

"Oh I'd love to have a woman in this meeting for other reasons" someone smirked and winked at Melanie

"These are the lawyers that our acting CEO arranged" Melanie said causing Luna to furrow her brows

Was this really the best they had to offer? Nope. Luna wasn't buying that bullshit.

There's way too many talented people in this firm and she wasn't going to allow some weird man run it

"Who was in charge of this firm before my sister and I arrived here?" Luna questioned

"That would me be ma'am" A man stood up from the side of the table

His grey hair was slicked back and held a messy smirk, although his suit was crisp he seemed unkept

"What's your name?" Luna asked

"Mason Junior"

"Mason, don't you think there should be a little more diversity in this room?  All I see is men who are smoking tobacco in my damn office. No offense, but white men" Luna's eyes were narrowed as she glanced in the man's direction

"As it should be" Mason shrugged

"Excuse. Me?" Luna asked

"Is there a problem?" The man scoffed, the rest of the men in the office all chuckled, not caring if Luna heard them

The men were clearly not impressed with the girl, for she was younger than everyone in the room combined.

It was such a shame that Lucifer never really paid attention to this company, he just used it as an excuse for his other hobbies that were hidden away in the basement no one was allowed to see.

Luna's fist clenched under the table but she held a plane face, her green eyes connected the man's who held a dumb smirk, confident in his words

"Are there any women people in this firm?"

"Yes"

"Where are they?"

"Where they belong. In the cubicle, especially the coloured ones" Mason snickered.

That was the last straw for the half demon, her eyes shot towards the man and suddenly he felt a tightness around his throat, not too harsh but enough to make me cough

"Get out" Luna hissed

"W-what!?" Mason hissed

"You heard me, or do I need to say it again?" She asked

"You can't fire me! I've worked here for years!"

"And you've been doing a shitty job. I don't want a racist piece of shit in this office, working under my control. My father wasn't around to give this place the treatment it deserved. But now I'm here, this isn't going to be a place you can sit around and slack off. There's no room for discrimination in here and frankly I don't like you. So you're fired" Luna hissed

"Ah don't worry about that, she's young. You know how hot headed they get" a man laughed

"I'm sorry, come again?" Luna asked

"Oh come on, everyone knows you're daddy's little girl. He hands over his company to a 23 year old who thinks she can come on and re arrange everything but it's not trending" the man spat

Luna raised a brow at the man as she leaned her back against the chair, folding her arms across her chest

"You have a problem with me being young and your boss?" she asked

"I don't have a problem-"

"What do you think of Melanie?" Luna asked as she pointed towards her assistant

"I think she really looks nice in that suit" the man smirked

"Are you the type of man that thinks it's cute when a woman gets a job?" Luna asked

"It's interesting to see a woman wor-"

"Get out of my office and take that one with you" Luna smiled

"Are you firing me!?"

"Oh you can't honestly think you'd still have your job after you assumed women were below the line of standards" Luna asked

"Bu-But"

"But nothing. Please leave so I can fill your seat with people that actually have a brain and are ready to change the future of this company" Luna smiled and motioned her hand towards the door

"You're going to be the reason this company fails" the men hissed as they tightened their grip around their briefcases, heading towards the door

"No. Mr Junior over there was the reason it was failing in the first place. But now, thanks to you, I'm going to make sure I have the right team behind me. One that's strong, independent and most importantly, coloured women" Luna smiled sweetly

"You can't be serious-"

"Oh I'm dead serious. I'm actually dead too. Well I died already and came back but that's not the point" Luna giggled leaving the guy's eyes wide open

"Sh-she's crazy" They whispered

"Crazy about my girlfriend" Luna smiled

"...Shes gay!?"
