This was not good for Rainbow Dash. But frankly, she just doesn't understand. They took every little piece of her mane by force and took her somewhere. She had no clue cause they had to gag her and made her black out for probably an hour.
When she woke up, she found herself in a chain that was wrapped around her waist and wings so she couldn't escape. She saw the room being a sewer some it stink, there was little puddles of water every where, and a bone fish laying dead.
This isn't good.
"You won't get away with this Caballeron!" She yelled, knowing he might be there. "Daring Do will stop you for sure!"
She heard laughter come and saw the pony come upon her with an evil smirk. In his hoof was a scientific tube that had the little different colors of her mane. "You poor child. I will miss you lack of humor. You're more like her than me I see."
"Who are you talking about?"
He only smiled and had his other hoof on a lever than remain next to him. "Have a nice swim dear." Then he pushed it down and ran out closing the manhole.
Soon, Rainbow Dash saw green water appear from the tunes of the sewer. This situation wasn't good.
She looked round for an escape, but then she saw a sign and knew she was in danger. It says, that she has to be six feet tall to survive this sewer.
Uh oh...

It took their time since Daring Do was so use to being on land than the sky, but they found the fortress of Ahuizotl. She hasn't been since the last time she was with these ponies.
"We're here!" Pinkie cheered.
"What do we do now?" Rarity asked.
"We need to get into the fortress without those guards watching." Daring pointed to the Indian ponies who remain there.
But then Twilight smiled and said "And I know the pony for the job." Then she took a glance at Rarity as she smiled huge.

Ahuizotl was tired of waiting. Sitting on his throne doesn't mean he'll be the tallest ruler ever. He was about to leave with the rings but luckily Caballeron came in with the tube.
"You have every piece?" He asked standing up
"It was by force," but then he had the the of hairs in his mouth. "But we got it."
Ahuizotl grabbed it by his hand tail looked up at the rings. He laughed in victory. "Now I will be the tallest ruler of all in Equestria!" Then he looked down at the hench ponies and Caballeron. "And soon for you all to be reaching for your reward."
They smiled, knowing they deserve whatever is coming to them.

The Indian ponies had serious faces on and know there couldn't be anything to distract them. They felt true bravery on their side.
Suddenly, they saw a white unicorn with her mane being curly and purple looking beautiful. "Oh boys." She called getting their attention.
She then used her hoof to move her hair back and showed the cutest face any pony could make.
They were was head over heels and ran toward her with beating hearts.
"Oh why you boys are so kind." She said feeling admire.
Luckily with her distraction, the ponies were able to make it into the fortress without either guard noticing.
Daring Do and Twilight were the last ones out and looked back to see if their plan was working. They smiled happy they succeed. "Knew Rarity was good for the job."
"Now let's separate and search."
The ponies nodded and began to run, searching for their friend, but also an escape route.
Daring Do went down to the left hallway which was a little long and went to the other left, hoping she'll make it.

The water was so high and Rainbow Dash thought breaking the chain with her teeth would work. But it only caused more pain on her.
She lost breath as she remain underwater and immediately swam up to get more air as it was reaching higher.
"Help!" She coughed. "Some pony help me!"

Daring Do could hear these screams and cries for help. She kept listening and heard coughing for air. When she heard the word help, she realized who needed her help.
"Where are you?!" She yelled and ran towards where she thinks she knows, kept on listening to the voice.
"Help me!"
"I'm coming!" She hoped in her heart she wasn't too late.

The water was already up to the sign, and Rainbow Dash couldn't swam up for air anymore. She remain underwater holding her breath. But she couldn't hold back and lost air for help.
She began to only be a floating body in the water chained up.
This was the end of the line for Rainbow Dash.
Suddenly, a figure swam by the pony as she remain out.
She thought she'd never be happy to see she might not be too late. Daring Do pulled the chain with all her might. It wasn't working.
She looked back at Rainbow but saw she was still out. She panicked and kept pulling and pulling. The nails that hold the chain started to come out...

"Daring Do!" Twilight called for her hero. "Rainbow Dash!"
The ponies began to continued searching and ran and ran until they all saw each other's faces again.
"You guys found Rainbow yet?" She asked.
"Not yet." Fluttershy answered.
"Ugh! Stallions are such annoying things." They saw their unicorn friend appear from another hall.
"Rarity? You're suppose to stay outside with those guards." Twilight said.
"But I told them to go on a shopping hunt to but my fabric. I do need some new things. Have you found Rainbow darling?"
"We can't even find Daring Do." Fluttershy said.
Suddenly, there was a weird gurgling sound coming from the room next to their right. They walked in and saw a manhole open with some water on the ground. Strange.
"Where did that come from?" Twilight asked.
Pinkie Pie then looked into the manhole and gasped. Then she jumped around the manhole. "I found them! I found them! I found them!" She sang.
More gurgling kept coming, suddenly, the ponies almost screamed when they saw a gold hoof appear out of the manhole.
"Daring Do!" Twilight noticed her hero.
Daring Do was struggling getting out. She lift up revealing her head and mane only front part of her arms. She was slipping back into the manhole.
The ponies ran towards her and helped her. Applejack and Rarity got her front legs, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie had her sides, and Twilight used her magic to help Daring.
They pulled lifting her up to reach the surface. But a they helped her, they notice something was on her back being held on. "Rainbow Dash!" Pinkie smiled seeing her friend.
Everypony almost drop Daring Do, but luckily they didn't and helped her up.
Daring was finally up on the surface tired and got Rainbow Dash off her back and laid her on her own.
Everypony surrounded the unconscious Pegasus. "Rainbow Dash?" Twilight tried reaching for her.
But the pony remain out.
"She's gone!" Pinkie began to sob in her own tears.
"I think I have an idea. But it's gross." Daring was beside Rainbow's head, seeing how peaceful she look passed out. But somehow she looked miserable.
"Okay. If no pony likes this, I suggest you look away." She said as she took a deep breath and put her mouth onto Rainbow's.
The ponies blushed of this situation. "Oh my." Twilight quickly turned away.
Applejack, Fluttershy and Rarity did the same not wanting to look.
Pinkie Pie on the other hoof was watching not minding at all. But that only made Daring more embarrassed doing this. She just hopes Rainbow Dash is alright.

(Rainbow Dash's mind...)

Rainbow Dash has known since she was a filly that she was orphan. She knew she had no parents to anypony to took care of her. Although, every time she flew into the sky, she never figured out why when she was real little she was mistaken.
She remembered waking up into the orphanage seeing so many ponies her age around. She was clearly outstanding towards the other since her mane was a beautiful rainbow.
"Where am I?" She asked as she looked at every wall that surround her.
The two adults saw her being awake and ran towards her smiling. "Why hello." One said. "Did you have a good sleep?"
"Where am I?" She repeated.
"Your in the sunshine orphanage." The other said.
Rainbow began to search for one pony, freaking out. She couldn't take it. "Where's my momma?" She asked.
The two ponies look at each other and then back at the filly. "Oh um... well..."
"Where's my mommy? I want my mommy."
"I'm sorry honey. You're mama, isn't here anymore."
Rainbow felt her little heart break hearing this. She began to sob in her hoofs wanting her mom to come back for her.
She couldn't sleep that night. She always wanted her mom back. Her room seemed nice with it full of colts and fillies sleeping.
She looked out the window looking sad. There was a star that twinkled and it made her cry even more. "I want my mommy." She whispered to herself letting the tear fall down her cheek.
Suddenly, there was a bright light that appear and Rainbow mostly saw it coming from the moon. She saw a beautiful figure in the moon and wouldn't stop looking at it.
Suddenly, the light began to dim down and the beautiful figure was gone.
After that night, Rainbow Dash began to grow up, remembering she never had a mother. Although she never figured out why she thought she did at such a young age.
She could hear a calm voice call for her name.
"Rainbow Dash..."
It kept whispering like that, then suddenly became a question...

(The end of Rainbow's mind..)

"Rainbow Dash?" She could hear voices call for her name and she started to open her eyes but they were so blurry she couldn't see well.
"Rainbow, come back to us!"
She coughed finally behaving to breath.
"I think she's coming out of it."
She continued coughing until her vision came back and saw her best friends staring down at her with the biggest smiles they had.
"Guys, what's going on?" She asked being able to see.
"Oh sugarcube." Applejack said. "You gave us a fright that you could be gone."
"What do you mean?"
"You were in a sewer and the water was building up making you drown." Rarity said.
"But thanks to your hero, you're alive." Twilight smiled.
"What do you--" but she felt she could ain't when she saw Daring Do wash her mouth.
Daring Do smiled, seeing the pony is better. Suddenly, Rainbow Dash flew towards her and gave her a big hug. "You saved me! Thank you!"
"Well I couldn't let my biggest fan go to the light, could I?" She said holding her back.
Rainbow wouldn't stop hugging the pony hero do her life. She was actually squeezing her to death.
"Uh Rainbow, you can stop hugging me now." She said trying to push her off. But Rainbow wouldn't let go.
She finally did though. "Okay. I'm done."
Daring only smiled at the Pegasus. "Now we need to get out of here." She said.
The ponies ran out of the room they remain in and found an exit for them. All ponies escape with Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Daring Do being the last ones out. They heard the laughter and Caballeron spread through the fortress.
They decide to let it go and ran out for safety. They all made to where the trees were away from the fortress.
"I think we made a good decision getting you Daring Do." Twilight said smiling to her hero.
"You definitely made a good one gals."
"Are you sure you're okay Rainbow Dash?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yeah. I mean drowning wasn't that bad." She said. "The most they've done to me is pick pieces of my mane. Each color."
The caught Daring Do's attention.
"Every piece of your mane?" Twilight didn't understand. "Why in Celestia's name would they want your mane?"
"Not sure. They didn't say."
Daring Do think this through. They took every piece of Rainbow's mane. But why would they? Unless if they're mistaking...
Daring gasped unexpectedly getting everypony's attention with a fright.
"What is it?" Rarity asked.
Daring didn't respond. All she did was fly off away from the ponies making their manes fly. They watch her fly into the sky and back into the fortress.
"What is she doing?" Applejack said.
"Maybe she forgot something important." Twilight worried.
"But why wouldn't she tell us?" Fluttershy said.
While the ponies were curious, Rainbow discover a flying paper flying towards the ground. She used her hoof to grab it and saw Daring Do with a filly playing together. Strange. She's never seen this before.
"Who is that?" Rarity asked looking at the photo herself along with her friends.
"Well duh!" Pinkie said. "It's a filly playing with her!"
"We get that Pinkie." Applejack said. "But who is it?"
Rainbow turned the photo around and saw the words:
"Amazia Kate and me on the beach"
"Who the heck is Amazia Kate?" Rainbow showed Twilight the words hoping she knew.
"I have no idea." But then she thought about it and said. "Unless that's her niece or some pony she knows."
"Makes sense if it was her niece." Fluttershy said.
"Then that would mean..."
The ponies stayed quiet thinking this through. Daring Do never once mention in her books about some pony name Amazia Kate. By then, the ponies realized what the problem could be.
"We gotta help Daring Do!" Rainbow said as she and her friends flew back to the fortress to help their hero.
