Welcome to Datura's first Winter Reading Event!!

For some, the cold winter months have arrived, which is the perfect weather to bundle up in bed or on the couch with a blanket, coffee/tea, and a good book. 

After two successful writing events, we thought it was time for some reading. After all, most writers are readers too. And be honest, how long is your TBR list? During the winter reading event, we want to encourage you to read and share books and stories with each other.

𓍊𓋼𓍊 When and where will this even take place? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

The event takes place in December and January and will be held on both Discord and Wattpad. There will be exclusive things on Discord because of distributing stickers, bingo cards, etc.

𓍊𓋼𓍊 What can you expect? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

𓍊𓋼𓍊 You get access to special channels with a place to share your goal, books, and how much you've read (Discord)

𓍊𓋼𓍊 Chapters to share your reading goal, the book(s) your reading, and progress (On Wattpad)

𓍊𓋼𓍊 There will be reading sprints (Discord)

𓍊𓋼𓍊 There are reading related Bingo cards, and a sticker ((Discord because there are no DM's on Wattpad anymore))

𓍊𓋼𓍊 We will have a channel/chapter to share the books you're reading or give your own or other books a shout-out (Discord and Wattpad)

𓍊𓋼𓍊 At the end of the event, you can get a special Winter Reading role (Discord)
