𓍊𓋼𓍊 What is the writing event? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

The event is here to help you reach your writing goal, whether that is a new project or an old one. You can set a personal word goal (we expect a minimum of 5k words) and write as many words as you want. There are multiple stickers you can claim in Discord, and there are goal-related stickers you can earn. At the end of the event, you will get a special role in Discord.

Besides writing, we'll also host a few events like weekly questions for plot and world-building.

𓍊𓋼𓍊 When is this event happening? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

Preptober will run from October 1st to October 31st

The writing event is from November 1st to November 30th

𓍊𓋼𓍊 How do I keep track of my words? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

There's a Google Sheet you can be added to in Discord. Everyone has their own sheet where they can fill in their words, projects, and graphs.

There will be weekly check-ins here where you can share your weekly word count.

𓍊𓋼𓍊 Can I write short stories? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

For sure! You can do multiple projects and, therefore, also write multiple short stories. As long as the end word goal is 5k (this does not have to be all in one short story).

𓍊𓋼𓍊 Why are the stickers only on Discord? 𓍊𓋼𓍊

Wattpad has removed the ability to DM, which makes it harder to distribute things like stickers. For that reason, we decided to make stickers Discord exclusive.
