Will's POV

Even though I was supposed to be terrified, I couldn't find it in myself to care so much. Sure it was scary but did I really wanted to live? And dying in a siren's hand shouldn't be too painful right? I mean it's said that when they start to sing, you're be willing to do anything for them. Not to mention they make you fall for them easily. They'll play with you a little bit and then suddenly grab you and eat you alive... Could've been worse... Like the people who died because of me.. Like my family.. My friends.. Everyone... I felt his fingers down my chin, making me to look up to him.
"what's your name, boy?" I gulped before answering "Will.. Will Solace" "Will.. Since we're at the middle of ocean, and you can't be left here alone.. Would you like to come down with me?" no other way, right? Still.. It was hard to walk to your own grave. I remained silent for a while, but then slowly nodded. His smile grew bigger and as soon as I took his hand, he harshly pulled me closer and as I buried my terrified face in his neck, we were already in the depths of ocean.
