Next day Shristi woke up with a heavy head, she didn't drink, it was simply because of the stress she had yesterday.

After sleepy stretches and yawns she freshened up herself and came into the living room.
Samiksha was already up and was making coffee.

" Good morning. Feel better? " She asked since yesterday Shristi skipped the dinner saying she wasn't feeling well

" Not much "Shristi huffed and sat on the kitchen counter.

Samiksha gave her a assuring smile and handed over a cup of coffee.

" Ahh. This is what I needed. Thanks " Shristi said after sipping the coffee

" Well, I still don't know what happened but it will be fine. You have me " Samiksha said and hugged her

" Thanks " Shristi hugging her best friend tightly she needed that hug badly.

" Okay so, it's an off day so what are we doing today?? " Samiksha asked enthusiastically after breaking the hug

" I am not in mood to do anything. I will just sleep " Shristi huffed

" No way, we are going out today. You know let's have breakfast till then I will schedule our day! It's a girls' day out " Samiksha smiled at her

" Fine ma'am " Shristi chuckled lightly

Shreyas, Rishabh and Rahul were on their way to mumbai since all the cricketers were asked to report in BCCI headquarters before their hoke season for some formalities.

Shreyas was unusally quiet . He was staring blankly at the streets during the ride.

" You alright? " Rahul asked

" Yeah. Totally " Shreyas answered without looking at him

" But you seem off. " Rishabh said
Shreyas looked at him and nodded his head negetivly

" Nothing important. Just some stuffs" Shreyas shrugged and again started looking out.

" Okay " Rishabh said though he wasn't convinced fully

Shreyas was not really in the present he regretted his behavior, he should have been more calm, it's him whom who asked her advice and She was just saying what she felt like.
He dialed up Shristi's no. But hung up immediately.

" Okay. Here we are " Rahul said and they got down from the car. Making their way through the paparazzis and reporters they checked inside the airport and sat in the VIP lounge.

"Hardik and Virat bhai are already in Mumbai we will meet them straight in the headquarter " Rishabh said after reading a msg.

After a while they collected their boarding pass and went into the flight.

Samiksha and Shristi were on their way to watch a movie.

" I am soo excited for this movie. " Samiksha said

" Yeahh. Iske ratings bohot e accha hai. I am sure it will be good " Shristi smiled

Shristi was scrolling through her insta feed when she saw a picture of Shreyas, Rishabh and Rahul in the airport which was posted by Rahul

" Yeh log kahi jaa rahe hai, see " Shristi said handing over her phone to samiksha

" Re haa, tujhe batana hi bhul gayi, Rishabh told me yesterday, they are going to Mumbai saare cricketers ko report karna hai BCCI headquarters main " Samiksha said

" Ohh okay " Shristi said, she kept looking at the picture for while rather at shreyas's face and left a sigh.

" You okay ? You suddenly look sad " Samiksha said

" No no. I am fine " Shristi smiled.

After a while they reached the theater and went into to watch the movie
And the movie was actually very good.

After that they went to a restaurant to have lunch.

After settling down they ordered food and after while foods were on their table.

" Samiksha your choice is great, khana kya mast hai yaha!! God this is my favourite place from now on " Shristi said filling her mouth with more food

" My choices are always good you should know that " Samiksha chuckled.

They spent the whole lunch talking about everything, pulling each other leg, for a while they forgot about all the stress, tension and sadness.
They clicked a few pictures and headed home.

Shreyas was in his room in the hotel
He was feeling so low that he didn't went out other boys for dinner.
He called Ananya to spend some time.

" Hey. " She said with a chirpy voice

" Hi. What's up? " He asked

" Umm, nothing just Netflix and Chill" She chuckled
" What about you? " She added

" Bored " He said

" Then go out with your friends " Ananya adviced

" Just not feeling like it " Shreyas sighed

" Impossible! I am telling you everything will be fine " Ananya shrugged

" But..... " Before shreyas could finish Ananya said ,
" Listen I am getting a call. Talk to later , bye , love you " And hung up.

For the first time, Shreyas was getting skeptical about his decision, He always thought and They were compatible, they understood each other, but he was realizing a communication gap between them like Ananya wasn't even bothered to know what happened she straight went into conclusion.

" Don't think like that she must be busy, she will call as soon as she gets free." Shreyas started convincing himself.

He was surfing through the Instagram when he saw Shristi's post.

Shreyas smiled looking at the picture. He was missing his friend terribly. He knew she would have listened to him patiently .
He again dialed Shristi's no. And hung up. But this time he was a little late, Shristi received a missed call.

Shristi was in her room doing some office jobs, her phone started ringing but before but it was cut before she could pick it up.
She checked the called ID , it was Shreyas.
Shristi was a bit startled, she didn't expect that. She wasn't really about calling him back, but did anyway .

Shreyas was startled when he looked at the caller ID.

" Hello " He said meekly

" Why did you call me? " Shristi asked

" Me? I didn't " Shreyas denied straight

" Well, I got a missed call " Shristi said calmly

" Umm, maybe by mistake I didn't notice it. Sorry to bother you " Shreyas said trying to sound as ignorant as possible

" Hmm. Well maybe you should take a walk, you sound off , bye " Shristi said and hung up.

" How can she know everything!! " Shreyas chuckled ,
" Even though we aren't in talking terms she never stops giving me good advice " Shreyas thought and smiled

He picked his headphone up and went out for a walk, he knew her advice can never go wrong.

Shristi sighed after cutting the call,
She got up from up her bed and looked at herself into the mirror.

" You need to stop yourself from falling for him. Warna agar aise hi chalta raha na, toh kuch din baad Channa Mereya gaati phiregi Tu! " She said looking at her reflection.
