I wanna share about my point of view in Dazai Osamu's 'No Longer Human' I read last night. And surprisingly, I read it in one sitting. 

Imo, this book is best describes by a drunkard's tale of his agony to the society, being cheated by women and how he describes his desperate numerous suicide attempts.

This is quite understandable why our cinnamon roll Dazai Osamu, persomified in the anime/manga is like that... 

The storyline is quite linear with no character development at all, but the way the author describes his point of view is quite impressive.

There's only one english adaption of this book that is published in the 1950's. Yet still available online in your oldschool canvass hardbound copy.

*If you're just a sucker for happy ending adventurous story, this is not for you. You will only get frustrated in how the life of the author ended up like. Empaths will only appreciate this story... Hahaha!
