Sancho's POV

"I'm ready!" I heard Lavender said.

She's wearing a white rubber shoes, baggy jeans or mom jeans, and a plain t-shirt with a jacket. She also have a sling bag with her and a small paper bag. I think that's where she put the food she's talking about.

"Be careful," I reminded her so she slowed down from walking.

I help her put her things at the back seat of my car and help her to get and sit on the passenger seat, I'm the one who put her seatbelt as well.

"Why did you choose Tagaytay as a destination for our first date?" I suddenly asked while driving. I just got curious why she wants to visit Tagaytay.

"Wala lang, trip ko lang din talagang pumunta sa malamig na lugar kasi... trip ko lang talaga." she said and laugh a little. She's busy typing something on her phone so I just let her.

"Are you hungry? Do you want to eat first?" I asked again, but she just shook her head and gave me a small smile.

"Don't worry about me, kumain na ako bago ako umalis para hindi na ako makaistorbo pa sa pagmamaneho mo." She looked at me for a second and smiled again.

I heaved a sigh. "You will never be a bother to me, Lavender. If you need anything, you can ask me or call me. I'm always free for you." I saw her smile and nod her head like a kid.

"Medyo kahawig mo pala si Kaden," she whispered but it was enough for me to hear.

"Kaden? Who's Kaden?" My forehead creased.

"'Yon 'yong nickname ng crush ko na kinukuwento ko sa 'yo kagabi, hindi ko kasi alam ang full name niya. Never kasi kami naging classmate," she stated and pout like a kid. She look disappointed because she and her crush never became classmates!

"Is he handsome?" I asked out of nowhere and out of curiosity.

"Huh? Hmm, masasabi kong oo. Hindi ko naman kayang itanggi na may taglay talagang kaguwapuhan ang lalaking 'yon kahit mukhang masungit," she said with a smile plastered on her face.

"Is he even more handsome than me?" I saw how her forehead creased after hearing my question.

I don't know! Jealousy suddenly filled me!

"Hindi ko alam, pero feeling ko ikaw ang mas pogi," she answered and giggled.

Tss, why do I feel jealous?!
