Y/n ran past Jason while the black hedgehog was in shock before being struck by the blue hedgehog's afterimages as he mocked his brother.

Y/n: *Gif below* C'mon on, step it up!

Jason quickly used Chaos Control to freeze time and counterattack Y/n by firing a Chaos Spear at the blue hedgehog, but time quickly resumed, giving Y/n a chance to evade the attack.

Y/n: Jason, I want to talk!

Jason: Shut up!

Y/n attempts to run towards Tohka but is stopped by Jason attempting to punch him. He dodges it, but the black hedgehog tries to knock his brother off his feet, but Y/n dodges it again.

Y/n: I gotta say, Jay, you're doing pretty good keeping up with me. What do you say we work together? 

Jason: Stop. TALKING!!

Y/n dodges another Chaos Spear, but Jason teleports next to him and manages to overwhelm his brother as Y/n tries to counter, but Jason teleports away.

Y/n: Jason, listen to me! Wescott and Gerald are just using you! Don't you see that!?

Jason: Shut up! You have no idea what I've experienced in this world! I was trained to eliminate spirits such as <Princess>!

Y/n could sense his brother's rage just from that last sentence, and he wondered what happened to cause Jason to hate spirits.

Y/n: I get it, you're hurt. Something happened to you in this world, and you can't move on.

Jason: SHUT UP!!

Y/n: It doesn't have to be this way. You can walk away from this path.

Jason: You don't understand. On that, I lost everything because of those damn Spirits who took HER LIFE!!

Jason manages to catch Y/n off guard and grabs him by the neck, lifts him into the air before teleporting high above the skyline, and slams him into the ground, causing a massive shockwave.

Y/n: *Weakened* Jay, don't do this...

Jason: I'm sorry, brother. But it has to be this way.

Y/n looks into his brother's eyes and sees multiple emotions: pain, sadness, anger, and hatred. Jason grabs Tohka and teleports away as Y/n watches before falling unconscious from his injuries just in time for Fraxinus to teleport the blue hedgehog to recover.
