"What the fuck are you guys up to this time?" Arriving at the spot that his older friends had texted him, Mark sipped on his lemonade with eyes showing judgment towards the booth that his friends were setting up.

The question that he wanted to actually ask was; why do they have so much free time in their hands?

These were Mark's friends that are freshmen in college. They all graduated high-school to where Mark is currently being a senior at. It seems like they can't move on from their alma mater as they keep on visiting the school and being the troublemakers they are. Well, aside from being bored, they also visit mostly because of Mark. He's like the little brother they want to take care of.

As for Mark, they were like giant babies that he would always babysit and have to take responsibility if they caused trouble.

"Dad said we're allowed to put up this booth." Johnny said, shrugging his shoulders as if they weren't making a big ruckus across the school that's also celebrating Valentine's day.

Ah, right. That was the reason why Mark's friends were allowed to visit their alma mater anytime they want, and make a mess if they want to.

Talk about nepotism.

"Johnny, it doesn't mean your dad is a major shareholder of the institution, you can do whatever the fuck you what." Mark scolded him, only looking like a tiny figurine nagging a human sized teddy bear.

"Johnny, blah, blah, blah..." Johnny mocked him. He then let out a laugh to show that he's not trying to start a fight. "Uh, yes it does."

"Come on, Mark." Yuta butted in the conversation, stopping the two from quarreling. "We're so stressed out lately. Let us loosen up and have fun once in a while."

"You guys could have done this elsewhere." Covering his face from his other free hand, Mark turned away from the students who were coming in and out of the school campus. "People are going to talk about me again because of you."

"Like what..." Yuta walked towards the youngest of them and pinched his cheeks. "Like we can't leave the baby of our circle alone?"

Johnny burst out laughing at how his other friend was talking like how a person would talk to their pet, that squeaky and high pitched tone. Finding entertainment in it, Johnny also joined in teasing the youngest. He uttered with his pitchy voice and pouting lips. "Oh, our goo-goo-ga-ga is shy because his college friends keep on embarrassing him!"

That's exactly what it basically is, Mark's friends keep on embarrassing him.

He's definitely going to be the talk around campus tomorrow, especially when the booth they were setting up is starting to gain attention from the passersby.

Even with them graduating, they still never fail to irritate and annoy Mark like they always do when they were still seniors in this school.

Thankfully for him, not everyone in his circle of friends is annoying. There's actually two of them who have some sense and are quite mature. Both Johnny and Yuta are far from that.

One of them is Doyoung, who approached them and hit the two's head with a balloon. "Stop messing with Mark and help out, will you?"

"All hail Kim Doyoung." Mark chanted in a humorous manner.

"Such a vibe killer." Yuta rolled his eyes and walked away, snatching one of the balloons that the other had hit him in the head.

Looking at how the booth has slowly become, Mark read the banner that was put up for the finishing touch. "Date for rent?"

"Smart, right?" Not moving from his place despite being nagged just a moment ago, Johnny agreed with the plan that he insisted on doing today. "People are desperate since it's Valentine's day. The more desperate they get, the more money we earn. This is what I call business minded."

"Would we actually let them pay?" Confused, Doyoung had to ask. "I thought we were just doing this to sell out our friends for fun?"

"Sell out our friends?" Mark had to repeat that line as he was taken aback by it.

But Johnny prioritized answering the other question in regards to the money. "Can't take a joke, Doyoung? Of course they give us the money if they take our friends away. If they come back with our friends in one piece, we give their payment back."

"Hold on!" Mark exclaimed, impatiently waiting for his curiosity to be answered. "Who are the 'friends'?"

Finishing the booth and finally joining them, Jungwoo held Doyoung's hand, making the other flinch from his place thinking that it was someone else. With a smile on his face upon seeing who it was, Doyoung tightened his grip on his boyfriend's hand, as Jungwoo also rested his head down to the male's shoulder.

"Definitely not them." Johnny answered, his nose scrunching in disgust at the two that were showing public affection. "The first person in the list is that dude over there."

Mark followed where Johnny was pointing and saw Yuta kneeling down and begging in front of someone to rent him.

"Holy shit." Johnny mustered an awkward smile before turning back to the younger one beside him, not expecting to see that embarrassing sight. "That's Dong Sicheng, an art major. I didn't know he's going to pass by here today."

"Oh, Yuta is obsessed." Mark concluded after witnessing the sight of his friend begging. Who on earth would actually kneel down on the sidewalk where a lot of people are passing by?

Yuta, probably.

"He's hopeless. Doyoung and I specifically agreed to proceed with this plan just for him to find someone else other than that guy." Heaving out a sigh, Johnny stared at his friend with eyes of pity. "Sicheng doesn't give any fucks about him."

"Are you guys only selling Yuta?" If that question was taken out of context, Mark would already have a controversy by now.

"Here comes the other one on the list." In saying that, Johnny playfully took the book that his other friend was reading upon just arriving. "Taeyong, it's Valentine's, stop studying."

"Johnny, you don't understand!" Looking at it, Taeyong seemed like he was only making an excuse as to why he's holding the book to begin with. "As I was making my way here, Jae—"

"What is this?" Their business is finally starting.

"Jung Jaehyun, major in medicine." Johnny whispered to Mark beside him before putting up his customer service act. "Hello there, our beloved customer!"

Jaehyun read the banner and immediately understood what the activity here was all about. "Wait, I'm not actually..."

Taeyong saw the opportunity that his friend was busy entertaining someone, making him grab his book back. However, he missed the chance to run away and act like he doesn't know these people.

Johnny was quick to grab his friend behind by the collar and pulled him back to stand beside him. "Welcome! In our booth, you get to rent a boyfriend for four hours! The rules are stated here..."

Embarrassed and can't get away with it, Taeyong could only plant his face down to his book and hide in that way. It caught Jaehyun's attention and mayhaps caused him to smile at that adorable action.

The sweet interaction didn't stop Johnny from explaining their rules and regulations that also protects his friends that he was selling out. "First, and the most important, is to always respect the boyfriend's boundaries. You can hold hands, hug, act sweet, and do anything as long as both parties consents to it. Second, be sure to return the boyfriend that you borrowed not later after four hours."

"Jesus, this is torture." Mark commented, the concept of their booth sending shivers down to his spine.

"Let him be." Doyoung said, smiling at the thought that they were close to being successful in helping out their friends and their hopelessness. "Johnny is just playing cupid."

"Fuck this shit." Shaking his head, Mark already had a gut feeling that he's involved in this. "I'm out!"

"Hey!" Jungwoo was fast enough to grab him by the hand and held him to his place. "Come on, you're hopeless yourself!"

"I already experienced going out on a date. I can say that dating is definitely not my style!" Mark argued, trying to get himself away from the couple before that giant friend of his will come. He'd have no way out by then.

"You're so early to conclude that. You ruined one date. Just one date."  Jungwoo told him, hoping to bring the confidence inside the youngest of them.

"Correction, I wasn't the one who ruined it." Telling them that, Mark still struggled to escape. "It was a nerd from the other class."

Doyoung seemed to be having a hard time remembering. "Who?"

"Dongfuck." Pissed and annoyed, Mark can't seem to say his name right as rage filled in him upon remembering his failed date with someone.

"But don't you worry! In our booth, we give out the most loving and affectionate boyfriends!" Johnny wanted to burst out laughing at that lie. As far as he knows, his friends are the most hopeless when it comes to love. "So all you have to do is pay and the boyfriend is yours for four hours! Experience the love that you have never felt before."

Jaehyun smiled, not quite interested nor was he planning to even get involved in things like this, but the idea he had in mind got him to want to try this one out.

"Deal." Jaehyun said with a smirk, eyeing on the person that he wanted to annoy and tease. "I hope you have the person that I want to have as my boyfriend."

"Believe it or not, this specific boyfriend is reserved for you only." Being the best wingman that anyone in the world wants to have, Johnny lightly pushed his friend towards the customer. "Lee Taeyong is all yours for four hours!"

"Do I have to pay extra if I do want to have him until late at night?" Jaehyun genuinely asked. From time to time he would glance at his boyfriend who's mouthing profanities towards this seller.

"With our limited promo just for you, for free, you can have him for a lifetime!" Johnny exclaimed, putting his business major to use.

"How the fuck is he so good at this?" Even if he uttered out a compliment, Mark was desperate to leave and to never step foot in their booth within the day.

"Business." A simple answer coming from Doyoung. "You stay here while I get Yuta."

"You can't leave me here! Hey—"

"Mark Lee, you're up next!"
