Alright so I've came across some things about other books in stories, that are beyond inappropriate now let me explain...
There are some things that are appropriate to rant about in books like if
Someone was annoying you at school or your laptop didn't work etc.
But to rant about other books
And say mean things well SUPER MEAN THINGS
That's rude and counts as cyberbullying
The person who wrote the book can find out, and others who read the book can too
Then you'll get spammed with messages
Do you want that? Probably not.
I am trying to make a point here that it is wrong to rant about another book if it's on Wattpad or is published
