Daryl and I have been dating since the first camp. Everything has been great but up till yesterday Daryl has been distant to everyone including me.

I sat on an old bench outside, carrying Judith.

I made funny faces and she giggled causing me to smile.

"Hey baby," said Daryl coming from behind me.

"Hey."

I kiss him and he kisses me back.

"Hey Lil' ass kicker," said Daryl outing his arms out for Judith to go with him.

"Your turn Dare." I said quickly noticing that Rick was going into the stable with the pigs, "I'll be right back."

I walked quickly to Rick and tapped him on the shoulder causing him to turn around.

"Hey (y/n)!" said Rick while hugging me.

I hugged back and smiled, "Hey so did you get the thing I asked for?"

Rick looked around and nodded, "Here."

He gave me a necklace that I saw the other day and I've been wanting to surprise Daryl with.

I hugged Rick tightly and kissed him on the cheek, "Thank you so much! I hope Daryl will love this."

I waved goodbye and walked back to Daryl and Judith.

"What the hell was all that 'bout?" asked Daryl annoyed.

"Uh, nothin'. Don't worry about it."

He mumbled something while handing me Judith, and stormed off.

"Now that was weird Jude huh?"

It was later that week when Daryl still hasn't talked to me nor talked to anyone.

I sat on an old stairway in the old abandon prison, that we now call home, waiting for Daryl.

Finally, they came back from the run, Daryl coming in last.

"Babe!" I said waving and running up to him.

He nods," Hey."

I lean in for a kiss but he backs up and heads to our cell.

I sigh and put a fake smile on, heading to Rick.

"Hey (y/n)!" said Rick

"Hey. So what did you guys find?"

"Not much really. Just some medicine here and there. What'd you guys do here?" asked Rick

"We planted some new plants, cleaned up some of the cells in the back."

"You should go talk to Daryl," said Rick like he knew something.

"Rick, If you know anything please tell me if you know."

"I can't (y/n). Go talk to him, he'll open up," responded Rick

I nod and walked to our cell.

Daryl laid on our bed, playing with his arrow.

I sit next to him and rest my head against the cold cement wall.

"Daryl?"

"Yeah?" responded Daryl

"Please talk to me about what's going on."

He sighs," I can't. You'll leave me."

"No, I won't. Daryl, we've been through a lot and you think I could just leave you like that? I'm not evil nor crazy enough."

"I know. That's what I love 'bout you," said Daryl smiling.

"So talk to me, baby," I said resting my hand on his knee.

"Well I just been really insecure that you'll leave me because I'm not worth it and I get jealous especially you with Rick," said Daryl tearing up

"Oh my god Daryl no! The reason I've been talking to him more is that he got me this for you." I said while taking out the necklace, "I told Rick to find me a necklace for you because I love you."

Daryl's eyes opened and gasped, "Oh my God babe. It's amazin'. I love you too."

We kissed for a while and let go, gasping for air.

"Never get jealous because I love you not other people."

He nodded and kissed my cheek.
