"Solo. Wait. Where are we going?" Finn asked as he followed Han off the ship.

"Did you just call me solo?" Han asked.

"Sorry, Han, Mr. Solo Sir. The thing is, I'm a big deal to the resistance and I need to make sure there are no First Order Sympathizers around. I mean, the the first order wants me dead." Finn stated.

"You've got a bigger problem to worry about kid." Han replied.

"Huh?" Finn asked confused.

"Women always find out the truth." Han replied indicating that he knew that Finn wasn't a big important resistance fighter as he had so intently claimed. "Always." Ham replied again to emphasize that eventually Finn was going to have to face the facts and tell Rey, Christina and Catherine the truth.

A little while later, Han was having a talk with Rey. It wasn't easy for him but he was subtly asking her if she wanted to join him and Chewie as a part of the crew on board the flacon. Rey was delighted but shook her head. She needed to get back to Jakku she had been away for too long as it was. What if the people who were coming back for her returned and she wasn't there.

"HAN SOLO!" Came a loud voice of a old alien.

"So much for being inconspicuous." Finn sighed.

"Where's my boyfriend?" The strange alien asked Han looking slightly irritated.

"Maz. Good to see you." Han replied with a sigh. "He's fixing the falcon." Han replied with a nod in the falcon's direction. "So, this place is still up and running I see."

"It would be running better if someone I know would pay me back what they owe me." Maz replied and Han sighed.

"Whatever trouble this one's pulled you into I'm sorry. So, Han, what do you need from me this time?" Maz asked Han hitting him in the chest semi playfully.

As the group walked to a small table some eye the group suspiciously then went back to to whatever they were doing. As Catherine passed a large sloppy looking alien and his companion she frowned. Something seemed a little weird with those two. The large alien's companion in particular seemed out of place. Catherine continued to follow the group but glanced back to see the strange woman disappearing into the crowd.

"So, you have a map that leads to Skywalker? I've never given up hope for him." Maz replied.

"I need you to get the droid to the resistance." Han replied.

"That is your quest not mine." Maz replied. "Go home Han."

"Leia doesn't want to see me." Han replied semi sadly.

"Who would blame her? But This fight is bigger than you and that good woman." Maz replied.

"What fight?" Rey and Christina asked together.

"The only fight that has lasted throughout history. The light side of the force and the dark side. I've seen many forms of the dark side in my years the Sith, the Empire and today The First Order. Their shadow spreading across the galaxy. We must all work together if we are to fight." Maz replied.

"Fight? The First Order? Are you kidding? There is no fighting the First Order. I bet we've already been spotted and they are on their way here now. They'll slaughter us we won't stand a chance." Finn replied.

At this statement Maz got up and crawling across the table and adjusted her goggles a few times staring directly at Finn. Catherine looked at Han and smiled a little.

"Ah, what's she doing?" Finn questioned cautiously.

"I don't know but it can't be good." Han replied making Finn feel even more nervous.

"I've been around for a long time overtime you see the same eyes in everyone. You can learn a lot about a person by looking into their eyes. Your eyes tell me your a person who wants to run." Maz replied.

"You don't know anything about me!" Finn replied angrily. "You don't know the First Order like I do. You don't know what I've seen or the things I've done. You can't fight the First Order. They will slaughter us." Finn replied warily.

"You see those two in the corner there, the big red shirt guy with a shiney gun and the one with the red helmet with pointy ears ? They are on their way to the outer rim. They will trade transportation for work. Go." Maz replied.

Finn rose and got ready to leave but hesitated for a moment before reaching into his belt and pulling out the blaster Han had given to him. "Here." He said extending the blaster towards Han.

Han shook his head "keep it."

Finn nodded and turned to leave. Rey watched him get up confused. As he talked to the two aliens Rey and BB8 walked over to him. "What are you doing? You heard Maz, we are a part of this fight."

"I'm not who you think I am." Finn replied. As Catherine watched the two talk she decided it was time to intervene.

"I know who you are." Rey replied.

"No you don't. I'm not a hero ok." Finn replied.

"She may not know who you are but I do. In fact, I've known for sometime now."

"You don't know anything." Finn replied irritatedly.

"Your not with the resistance. Your a stormtrooper. Your the stormtrooper who froze during battle on Jakku refusing to kill innocent villagers. Your the stormtrooper who defied his training because he knew it was wrong. Your the storm trooper who risked his life to save Poe. You are a part of this fight wether you want to be or not." Catherine replied to a shocked Finn and a really shocked Rey.

"Yes. I was taken away from my family and taught one thing to kill the enemy. However, at my first battle I decided something. I decided that I wasn't going to kill for them and so I ran. Right into you and you looked at me in a way no one ever had, with respect. When you asked me if I was apart of the resistance I panicked and said the first thing that popped into my head. But I'm done with the First Order. I'm not going back." Finn replied. "Come with me Rey." Finn offered "come with me to the outer rim."

Rey shook her head. "Don't go." She replied pleadingly. However Finn had made up his mind. He was going to put as much distance between him and The First Order.

"I'm sorry." Finn replied turning back to the two aliens.

"Whatever." Rey replied turning and walking away. Back towards Han and the group. As Maz and Han talked Rey found herself becoming board as did Christina and Catherine. Rey walked away feeling something pulling her to a strange room with a large trunk. Inside was a lightsaber as she picked it up she was flooded with strange memories. She saw a battle, a hooded figure placing a metal hand on a droid and she saw the day she was left on Jakku. She dropped the lightsaber and Christina picked it up and now it was her turn to see strange memories. She saw a temple, a masked figure with a three pronged lightsaber pointing it directly at her as if he was about to strike. She then saw the day that she was left on Jakku. Catherine shuddered as she saw the lightsaber. She saw the memories that it had given the two girls. She closed her eyes as memories came flooding back. She was once again on cloud city watching as Vader told Luke the truth that he was his Father. She watched as Vader cut off Luke's hand with the lightsaber still in it's grasp. She watched it fall opening her eyes she stared at the blue lightsaber and She knew instantly what it was. It was the lightsaber that Ben Kenobi had given Luke that had started him on his journey to become a Jedi. It was the light saber that once belonged to Anakin Skywalker.

Catherine's hand went instinctively to the red lightsaber on her left side the saber that had belonged to her Father, to Darth Vader. Pick me up it seemed to say but she just stared at it. "What was that?" The two girls asked her but Catherine didn't respond instead she just stared at the saber not knowing what to do. If she picked it up she knew what she would see and she wanted nothing to do with it. She was relieved when Maz responded to their question.

"It is the lightsaber that belonged to Luke and his father before him she replied looking momentarily at Catherine who shifted uncomfortably. " It calls to you now." Maz replied nodding towards Rey and Christina. "Take it."

Both girls shook their heads no. "I'm never touching that thing again." Rey replied and Christina agreed.

"What of you?" Maz asked extending the saber in Catherine's direction.

"No." Catherine whispered trembling. The two girls looked at each other worriedly Catherine had always seemed so confident. Now she was trembling at the sight of the strange saber.

"The belonging you all seek isn't behind you its ahead of you. I am no Jedi but I know the force. Take the lightsaber."

"No." The girls replied all Turing and running in the opposite direction. Rey ran faster then the others bb8 followed close behind. Meanwhile, miles away a huge meeting of the first order gathered to watch as their weapon was powered up.

"Today will be a day of great remembrance." General Hux spoke loudly to the crown who chanted long last the first order." With that Hux gave the word to fire the weapon. A few moments later several planets were destroyed. Catherine and Leia felt the impact immediately.

"General the Republic it's gone. Destroyed by some powerful weapon."

"We must find this weapon and destroy it before it can be used again." Leia ordered her troops.

Meanwhile, back in the castle Maz handed the lightsaber to Finn. "Where did you get that?" Han asked.

"That's a good story however, it'll have to wait for another time. Your friends are in great danger take this and go find Catherine and Rey. Those beasts here." Maz replied indicating that the First Order had arrived.

"Go back" Rey told bb8 who refused and continued to follow Rey.

Catherine turned to Christina "go back to the castle and stay with Han and Chewie. I'm going after Rey and bb8." Christina nodded for some reason she felt as if Han would keep her safe.

It didn't take Catherine long to find Rey. "We should get back. Come on. She urged Rey. Just as they were about to head back they were shot at by a first Order trooper. "Oh great." Catherine muttered as they ran deeper into the Forrest with the trooper in pursuit of them.

Back at the castle a masked figure stepped off an intimidating ship. "Sir, the droid and two girls were seen heading off in that direction." An officer stated giving Kylo Ren an update. Kylo had been struggling with the pull of the light side of the force. It called to him but after talking to his grandfather's skull he was now more then ever determined to fulfill his destiny. Those girls and the droid were the only thing that stood in his way. Turning and staring in the direction the soldier had pointed Kylo decided to persue the droid himself.

Han paused as he watched Kylo Ren for a moment as if he was looking at a ghost. "Come on Han. We have to find Catherine and Rey!" Finn called to him snapping Han back into reality he turned back once more to look at the masked figure but he had disappeared.

In the Forrest Catherine and Rey came face to face with a lightsaber welding masked figure. A figure who looked eerily like Darth Vader but Catherine knew that wasn't possible. Darth Vader was dead, murdered by the Emperor and her brother. Without hesitation Rey shot at him but missed. He seemed amused by her attempts to defeat him. Catherine looked down momentarily at the weapon strapped to her belt. "No." She told herself. "I promised never to weald a lightsaber ever again." She reminded herself. "Especially not that one." Catherine watched as the masked figure used the force to hold Rey in place.

"So scared and yet so strong." The figure mused. "Who are you? What makes you so special?" The figure asked. He then used the force to read her mind. "Your just a scavenger from Jaku?" He asked semi shocked. "You've seen the map." He mused. Catherine thought that now was the time to try and get away from the strange figure considering that his attention was focused on Rey. However, this proved wrong. He used the force to pull her into his open hand which he readily wrapped around her throat. "And who do we have here?" He asked but Catherine didn't respond. Kylo Ren sighed. Why did these Resistance Fighters always have to make things so difficult? Using the force he caused Catherine and Rey to black out. He carried Rey in his arms. Upon exiting the woods he ordered a soldier to go back for the other girl.

Soon Catherine and Rey were being taken aboard Kylo Ren's ship. "Catherine, Rey!!!" Finn called as he watched in horror as they were carried aboard the ship.

"What of the droid?" One of the soldiers asked.

"Leave it. We have what we need." Kylo Ren replied. "Tell the others to pull back. We are done here." The soldier gave a slight bow and rushed to carry out this order.
