Michael
Tonight was the last show of the month before it picked up again next month in Australia. Even though the tour was far from being over, I had a bit of relief. At least I was going to get a small break for the time being, especially having more time with the kids and hopefully alone time with my husband. I missed him so much; It's crazy, the connection we had was unlike any other. It hadn't been that long since I saw him either, that's how I knew that I was truly in love. He was always on my mind, from the time I woke up in the morning and until I fell asleep. Prince was my everything and I thanked God every day for bringing him into my life.
Currently, I was in my dressing room waiting for a couple of fans who had VIP passes to arrive backstage. While I was staring at myself in the mirror, fixing a few of my curls, Frank walked in without warning. I sighed, and turned around.
"What a wonderful entrance, Frank." I say sarcastically, letting him know that I was annoyed with him walking in my dressing room without knocking.
"Sorry, Mike. Prince is on the phone." He says nonchalantly, handing the brick over to me. I tried my best to hide my grin as I slowly took the phone out of his hand, and I waited until he left to answer.
Jesus, no wonder why these phones were called bricks. They were too damn big, especially the one Frank had, the one I had at home wasn't even that huge. Damn, I hope technology advances in the future so we could have better ones because this isn't it at all.
I put the phone to my ear and sat down on the couch, "Hey, baby."
"Hey love." He greets me with just as much as excitement, but him saying that in his deep voice was so sexy, just made me miss him even more. "How was the show?"
"It was great, I'm actually getting ready to meet some fans in a second." I explain, "But I can't wait to see you, I miss you so much."
"I miss you too, baby." He admits, and I could just feel his smile through the phone. If only I could see it in person. "I actually have some good news. I finally got in contact a real estate agent in Wyoming and she reserved a couple of houses for us to look at."
"That happened faster than I expected," I say in disbelief. However, I was relieved at the same time because I honestly thought it would take forever. You might be thinking, out of all places, Wyoming?
Well, Prince and I wanted to move to a place that wasn't too far away from California or Minnesota. Wyoming was the middle ground in between the both of them, so to us it was perfect, and it would be much easier to still keep tabs on Neverland and Paisley Park, also to travel back from time to time.
Even though it was very different, we didn't think it would take much for us or the kids to adjust to it. The only hard part was convincing Prince to add onto the new house if we bought it. Since we already owned homes that had crazy stuff with it, he just wanted a regular house. No amusement parks, studio, a zoo, nothing.
Still, I couldn't help myself.
"Prince can we please-"
"No, Michael." Prince stressed, "How many times do I have tell you?"
"Come on, can we at least have a carousel?" I begged. Prince chuckled, still denying it.
"Come on, babe. You're 29 years old, out of all things why are you begging to have a carousel?" He questions, "Besides, you already have one at Neverland. Can we just have this house be, I don't know, normal?"
"That is normal," I lie out of desperation.
"Stop playing with me," Prince laughed, which made me smile. "You know that's not normal."
"Whatever." I roll my eyes, finally giving up. I hear a knock on the door and I turn my head, putting my hand on the speaker, "Come in."
Frank pokes his head in and says, "The fans are here."
I nodded, turning back around and putting the phone back to my hear, "Hey love, I have to go. I'm getting ready to meet some fans, I'll see you soon."
"Alright, baby. I love you."
"I love you too," I said with all my heart before we both ended the call.
I put the phone down, and right as I turned around, Frank had let the first fan in. She was a very beautiful girl; She had olive-like skin, I'm pretty sure she was mexican. She also had dark, curly red hair that stopped right by her jawline, a very curvaceous figure and her smile was bright, almost infectious.
When she made eye contact with me, she froze in shock and stood completely still by the door, unsure of what to say. I giggled, and waved her over, "You can come in, don't be shy."
Then, tears started to roll down her face, which pulled at my heart strings. Even though I knew those were happy tears, it often made me sad seeing fans cry when meeting me.
"Aww baby girl, don't cry." I reassured, pulling her into a tight hug. She hugged me back just as tight, slightly making me not being able to breathe but I didn't mind. I rubbed her back, "You're gonna make me cry." I chuckled.
She laughed through the tears and we pulled away. She was holding a picture of me and I asked, "You want me to sign this?"
She nodded quickly, wiping her tears away. "Yes, of course. Sorry, I know I look like a hot mess right now."
I laughed, shaking my head as I left to grab a pen from the coffee table. I came back, gently taking the picture out of her hand and signing it, "Don't worry about it. What's your name?"
"Selena," She says with a little spanish accent on it. I loved it.
"Selena," I repeated to myself as I wrote a small message on the picture. "That's a beautiful name."
"Thanks," Selena said shyly. I put the cap back on the pen, and handed the picture to her.
"You know." She started off, looking at the ground shyly and looked up back at me, "You've been one of my biggest inspirations for years. I hope I'll be just as big of a star as you one day."
I smiled brightly, and my heart instantly warmed, "You have no idea how much that means to me. Thank you so much." Then I paused in the middle of my sentence, recapping what she just said. "Wait, do you sing?"
Selena nodded, and smiled, "Yeah I do, but I sing Tejano music. I actually have a band with my family called 'Selena y Los Dinos.' My sister was suppose to come with me tonight but she got sick."
"I hope your sister feels better," I frown. "But that's amazing, do you guys by chance have a record deal?"
"No," She shook her head. "Not yet anyway, we're trying. My dad has been all over the place trying to get us one. I have to admit, sometimes he can be kind of tough. We travel all the time, rehearse, and we rarely get a break, it's even hard for me to juggle school at the same time. I honestly even wonder if we'll ever get a record deal."
Hearing her story reminded me of what I went through when I was a kid. I couldn't help put pour my heart out and give her the advice that I wish I got starting out in the music business.
"Your dad reminds me a lot of my dad growing up." I nod, taking in her story, "I went through the exact same thing that you're going through. My dad was also tough. Me and my brothers would rehearse every single day and travel all the time, just like you. Even on school nights, I seriously don't remember not performing. We didn't get any breaks either, and trust me I wondered if we were ever going to get a record deal. But all that hard work payed off and sooner than we knew it, we were signed to Motown. You just have to believe in yourself, and never give up. Your time will come."
Selena smiled softly at me, appreciating the advice. I shrugged, playfully giving her a challenging look, "Who knows, maybe we'll collab in the future. Or I'll even see you at one of the award shows, have you ever thought about crossing over?"
"I sure hope so, and yes I really want to but my dad said that we have to stick to Tejano music." She sighed, slightly rolling her eyes, "Because I'm mexican and I should embrace my roots. But I'm also american, I want to embrace that side of me too."
I chuckled, finding her being annoyed of her father funny. Been there before, I saw a lot of similarities between her and I.
"I understand where your father is coming from. However, I want you to know to always stay true to yourself. Don't always feel limited to the expectations of what you think you should be. Just be you, if you want ever want to cross-over, that's fine. If you want to stay in Tejano, that's perfectly fine. Nothing will take away who you truly are. I know you'll be successful no matter what path you chose."
"Thank you so much, Michael." She said, and I could see the happiness written all over her face. "It means a lot coming from you."
"You're welcome," I say back with a smile.
"Michael, we're kinda running low on time here. You still have more fans waiting outside." Frank interrupted, opening the door a little more wider.
"Sorry." I apologized with a slightly startled look on my face, which made Selena laugh. The camera men came right in, getting ready to take our picture.
"Are you guys ready?" One of the camera men asked. I nodded, and Selena put the picture down on the table that she was holding in her hand for a second.
We both had the exact same idea for the pose we were going to do for the picture, it didn't take us long to get situated. Our arms were wrapped around each other in a hug, and we both smiled at the camera.

Prince
Michael was finally back home, which I was extremely happy about. However, work still didn't stop. He had almost forgot that today he had to shoot 'The Way You Make Me Feel' and of course when he told me, I got slightly irritated because he had just gotten back home and we didn't have any alone time together. But, I had to cut him some slack. I knew what I was signing up for when we got together, and we were just always going to be busy with the careers we had. The only difference is that he was on tour and I wasn't at moment since I just finished an era, so there wasn't really anything to distract me from the fact that he was gone. Except for the kids and working on my next album.
Currently, we were on our way to the set. I was driving, while Michael was in the passenger seat and the kids were in the back seat. Since Bill was going to meet us at the set, I took this opportunity to rub my driving skills in Michael's face because lord knows that he can't drive, but to also to teach him a couple of things cause he really does need it.
"A red light means to stop." I say, slowly pushing the brake as we came to a red light. Michael sighed and rolled his eyes, "I know that, Prince. Come on, you're telling me all these things like I don't know them. I'm not that bad of a driver."
There was silence in the car before me and Lenard both started laughing. I looked in the rear view mirror to see Lenard dying and Montece just looking out the window, not paying attention to the conversation at all.
"Michael, you ran the light the last time we were in the car." Lenard added. I nodded, side eyeing Michael giving him the 'he ain't lying' look.
"It was on accident, the guy in front of me was going slow!" He tried to cover himself but we still laughed at him. Michael waved us off, and turned on the radio to shut us up, "Whatever."
'Candy Girl' by New Edition starts playing on the radio and Montece, who was cluelessly looking at the window wasted no time in singing along.
"Candy Girl, you are my world!" He sang loudly. I cringed, wanting to cover my ears but I had to keep my hands on the wheel. Michael chuckled, and turned around to watch him meanwhile Lenard rolled his eyes.
"Come on, man. Do you have to scream?" Lenard stresses, "This song is wack anyways, can you change the station?"
"Don't be hating on New Edition, now." Michael chuckled, and changed the station to see what else was on. Montece whined and then hit Lenard harshly on the arm.
"Don't start." I warned, glaring at the both of them through the rear view mirror.
"Now you're listening to Boys N The Hood by NWA. This is West Coast radio, let's get it." The disc jokey said before the song started to play. Nope, not gonna happen.
"Change it, Michael." I said in a hurry, Michael gave me a weird look and said, "Why-"
"Cruisin' down the street in my six-fo'." Lenard raps along to the music. I sigh, and say, "That's why."
"Come on, Loosen up." Michael says in a playful voice, rubbing my thigh for me to calm down. I alternated looks between the mirror and the road, watching Lenard.
"'Cause the boyz n tha hood are always hard, You come talkin' that trash, we'll pull your card, Knowin' nothin' in life but to be legit. Don't quote me boy, 'cause I ain't sayin' sh-" Lenard raps but I quickly cut him off.
"Watch your mouth, lil' boy." I warn intensely, and I swear if looks could kill, he would he dead right now. Michael slowly melted in his seat, covering his face, shaking his head meanwhile Montece was laughing his head off.
"Ooo, he said the word!" Montece egged on.
"Shut up, no I didn't." Lenard fired back, and then they started bickering back and forth.
I took a deep breath, and quickly closed my eyes for a quick two seconds before looking back at the road.
"Lord help me, I will pull this car over and whoop the both of your asses if you don't knock it off." I say calmly, which made the both of them stop because when I got calm like that, they knew I wasn't playing.
"No you won't." Michael said, gripping my thigh slightly. He turned his head around, "The both of you, stop. You're uncle is too young for y'all to be raising his blood pressure this high." He says, trying his best not to laugh but he couldn't help but giggle in between.
"It's not funny, Michael." I stress, gripping the steering wheel. "I already have two kids, I don't need a third one."
"Oh lighten up a little." Michael teases. I roll my eyes and ignore him. He sighed, acknowledging that I was clearly getting irritated.
"Okay, well that's enough of that." Michael says with a nervous chuckle before turning the station once again. Then, 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' by Whitney Houston' started playing.
"Uh oh, this is my girl." Michael says in slight excitement. He turns the radio up a little and begins to sing along to the lyrics, "Clock strikes upon the hour, And the sun begins to fade, Still enough time to figure out, How to chase my blues away.."
I side eyed him and gave him a weird look. It wasn't that he sounded bad, he sounded great actually. It was just that I felt like I was at karaoke night, what was with all of the singing and rapping?
"Really, Michael?" I question him, wanting him to turn the radio off at the point. Michael sighed, and slumped back into his seat, "You're no fun, just one more station?" He pleaded.
I sighed, wanting to say no but at least he was going to turn it off afterwards, "Alright fine, but that's it."
Michael turns the station one more time, and 'Candy' by Cameo started playing. Michael smirked, looking over at me while I grinned shortly, trying my best to hold it back. This was me and Michael's jam.
"Come on, Prince. Sing it with me." Michael said, gently poking my side and started dancing in his seat.
"Nope." I fronted, even though I really wanted too. Michael shrugged, and sang along anyway.
"This stuff is starting now, It's the same feeling I always seem to get around you." He sings, then Lenard starts to jam along to it too in the back, "There's no mistaking; I'm clearly taken, By the simple mere thought of you." He adds.
All of a sudden, Montece starts singing along, which I did not expect him to know the words in the first place, "You're taking my appetite - but it's okay." He sort of butchered the lyrics at the end but it still didn't stop me from laughing.
Before I knew it, I couldn't help myself, I began to sing along with them.
Soon enough, we finally made it to the set. When we walked in, everyone was there and ready to go. Dancers, filming crew, everything. Me and Michael took the time to greet everyone before we went to one of the dressing rooms to get his hair and makeup done.
"I need the both of you to be on your best behavior, do you understand?" I point my finger at Lenard and Montece as they sit on the couch. They both nod their head, but I wasn't convinced.
"I'm not playing, try me if you want to." I warn, "Don't be messing around with those Crips out there either. Especially you, Lenard."
"Uncle P, they're not even a real gang." Lenard tries to correct me.
"It doesn't matter, you listen to me. Got it?" I raise my eyebrow, and instead of wanting to try it with me, he just nods his head and stays quiet.
"Good." I say, leaving their side. I walk up next to Michael, and he was sitting down putting eyeliner on his eyes while Karen was fixing his hair.
"Michael," I whispered to him. I quickly looked behind me and looked back at him, "Are those guys actually real Crips?"
"Yeah, isn't that cool?" Michael closes the cap to the eyeliner in his hand and looks at me with a smile. I slightly widen my eyes, "Are you crazy?"
"What? I did the same thing for my Beat it short film," He shrugged. "Chill out, they don't bite. Are you scared or something?"
"No, but I'm scared for them." I nod my head towards the kids, "You know they talk too much."
"I think they would know better not to lay a finger on them, babe." Michael chuckles, as he stands up to takes a look at his outfit, and damn did he look good, Karen asks, "Hey do you know where your sister is? I was suppose to do her hair."
Michael shrugs, "I don't know-"
"Honey, I'm home." Latoya dramatically exclaims, busting through the door which made all of our heads turn to her. The kids immediately rushed over to give her a hug, and she glady returned it. I chuckled, shaking my head meanwhile Michael said, "Speak of the devil."
Michael was still in contact with his siblings after our secret was out to the world. Were they shocked? Yes, especially Latoya. I remember Michael telling me that she was upset that he beat her to it, which was interesting because I do remember having a crush on her when I was a teenager. However, now that she was my sister-in-law, they were all supportive of us being together. He didn't hear anything from his parents though, and I still didn't tell him about his Dad calling that day. I didn't want to upset him, so I avoided it. Hopefully, they weren't too mad about it now, but you never know.
Michael wanted to feature Latoya in his video and we thought this was the perfect time for the kids to meet her, especially now that she was their aunt. I couldn't wait for them to meet the rest of their uncles and aunts, but I knew it was going to take time. I always thought Michael and Latoya's relationship was interesting, and extremely funny. They had a love-hate relationship; Even though they both never failed to get on each other's nerves, and she was the sister he bickered with the most, he loved her to death and they would do anything to support each other, which I thought was adorable.
"I heard that, Punk." She shot back, while squeezing Lenard and Montece, landing kisses on the top of their heads.
Michael laughs and whispers in my ear, "Watch this, she hates it when I hug her."
I shook my head in amusement as I watched him walk over to her. As soon as she let the kids go, he gave her a tight hug from behind, rocking her side to side.
Latoya groaned and tried her best to get out of his grip, "Get off of me, you weirdo!" She had successfully got out of his grip after two seconds and hit him on the arm harshly. Michael gets a kick out of it of course, and he rubs his arm in pain.
"Calm down, Mike Tyson." He says with a laugh. Latoya glares at him, "Don't play with me Michael."
"Or what?" He challenged her with a smirk, fluffing her hair. She quickly grabbed his hand, twisting it and taking the opportunity to put him in a headlock. My eyes widened, damn, Latoya had hands.
The kids were hysterically laughing at them meanwhile I just stood there, shaking my head at them with a small smile on my face. I turned my head, looking at Karen and saw her cracking up at the scene as well, "Don't worry about it, Karen. I think she'll be fine."
She nodded silently, looking at them one last time in amusement and she took all of her makeup supplies, leaving the room.
"Okay, okay, I'm sorry." Michael said over a thousand times, trying to get out of her grip but he was stuck. Latoya continued to hold him there with a grin on her face, and I couldn't help but laugh.
Michael's eyes shortly looked up at me, "You're just gonna stand there and laugh? Help me!" He said, sounding like he was in actual pain.
I shrug, putting my hands up in defense, "You started it, now you finish it." I winked at him playfully, and waved the kids over to follow me off to the set.
When we walked back onto the set, it was busy as usual, everyone was scurrying around and even having small conversations as they wait for the filming to start. After scanning the room, my eyes landed on Tatiana, who was sitting in one of the casting chairs by herself and she looked a little uneasy. I frowned, wondering why.
Go ahead, it's the least you could do after you laughed at her for busting her ass. I looked down at the kids, "Go over and sit next to Bill, and don't move."
Montece tugged at my pant leg and asked, "Can I go say hi to Frank?"
I sighed, "Alright, fine." I say, then Montece wasted no time in running over to him. When I turned back around to face Lenard, he was gone.
"Lenard?" I called out, and as a looked around for a couple of seconds, I saw him in the corner, talking to the group of Crips. He was dapping them up and everything. I swear, this boy doesn't listen.
But I guess Michael was right, I had nothing to worry about. I chuckled and shook my head as I saw him interact with them, and then I walked over to Tatiana.
"Hey, Tatiana." I said, slightly startling her on accident. She put her hand on her chest and nervously laughed, "Hey, Mr. Nelson."
"Call me Prince," I insist. "Are you okay?" I say as I take a seat next to her. She shook her head and rubbed her hands together.
"I'm extremely nervous." She admits, and her leg starts to shake up and down a little. "What if I fall..again."
I bit my lip, holding back a laugh. I swear, everytime I replayed her falling in my head I couldn't help but laugh. Damn it, be nice for once. I put a hand on her shoulder and say, "You won't fall, trust me. You'll do great."
Tatiana looks over at me, giving me a nervous smile before looking back down at the ground. Poor girl, she really didn't want to screw it up. Now I was starting to feel like an asshole. I then rub her back, and lean in to whisper in her ear, "Besides, Michael would be the one to beat you to it anyway. He's a clutz."
She laughed, instantly cheering up which made me smile. I guess I wasn't much of a bully after all.
"Tatiana!" Frank shouted. We both looked up and saw him waving her over so the shoot could start. She took a deep breath, and stood up, smoothing out her dress.
"How do I look?" She asks. Damn, I couldn't even lie, this girl was fine as hell. I just knew Michael would have no problem enjoying himself in this film. Kind of wish I was him right now.
"You look beautiful," I compliment her. "Go do the damn thing," I encourage her.
She gave me one last smile before walking off into the set. As I watched her walk away, my eyes fell onto Latoya talking to some of the other ladies that were going to be in the film and Michael on the other side of the set, watching Lenard break dance in front of the Crips. I didn't even realize they left the dressing room. I shake my head and cover my face, that boy never failed to show off his talents.
Later on, the filming started and afterwards, Michael and Tatiana took some photos together.

Michael
"Hey, baby. Look at this one." I got up from my chair, and walked over to Prince's side of the desk. I showed him one of the houses that our real estate agent had suggested to us. We got dozens of mail that had pictures of the houses and we spent quite some time narrowing it down to five. Since I had to go back on tour in about two weeks, we'd thought we would get the house hunting over with while he was home. We were going to leave in a couple of days, but right now we were still struggling to chose. We had picked four, we just needed one more.
Prince lowered his reading glasses, and looked away from a picture he was looking at to look at mine. He shrugged his shoulders, "That one is okay." He says unimpressed, "But look at this one." Then he shows me the photo he was looking at.
I furrow my eyebrows, and look down at him with an 'are you serious?' look, "Prince, it looks like a murder scene happened in there. Absolutely not."
"You're so over dramatic, it's not even that bad." Prince waved me off, and I went back over to my side to sit in my chair. Well, this was going to be harder than I thought. He and I were both very picky.
Before I could reply, we both heard loud music coming from outside of the door. Prince sighed, closing his eyes, "I thought I told that boy to stop blasting music in the house."
"He's probably just in the dance room, babe." I reassured him. I get up and head to the door, "I'll go check and see. You better not throw away the picture I had either."
Prince smirked, sliding his glasses all the way back on, "Can't make any promises."
I rolled my eyes playfully, and made my way through the house, following the music. Low and behold, it was from the dance room like I had expected it to be.
"This speech is my recital, I think it's very vital." The music boomed throughout the room. I walked closer to the door and leaned my shoulder on the frame, watching Lenard and Montece have a dance off.
"It's Tricky to rock a rhyme, to rock a rhyme that's right on time, It's Tricky!" Run-DMC played through the speakers.
Damn, these kids could move. They both were really good, I was amazed. I just couldn't help myself but to join in the fun.
"Please, I can do so much better." I say, grabbing their attention. I walk into the room and when the beat hit it, I showed off my dancing skills. I popped, locked, did some isolations and even the moonwalk, meanwhile they were both hyping me up the entire time.
"Michael you gotta teach me how to do the moonwalk," Lenard begged while Montece tried to do it on his own anyway. I laughed, and before I got to respond, the music shut right off. All of our heads snapped to the right, seeing that Prince had stopped the music. I raised my eyebrow, I didn't even realize he was in here, how did I not notice his reflection in the mirrors?
"You two, bed, now." Prince demanded, and while Lenard groaned, Montece said, "But we were going to learn the moonwalk."
"Just slide you feet back, son. It's not that hard." Prince said while walking over to us. I raised my eyebrow and crossed my arms, "Oh really? I'd love to see you try."
Lenard and Montece also crossed their arms, staring at him. When Prince realized we were all staring at him, he rubbed the back of his neck uncomfortably.
"Well you guys don't have to stare at me," He said adorably. I giggled, walking closer to him and kissed the side of his head. I looked over at the kids, "Alright, it's time for bed like your uncle said. I'll be up there to tuck you in."
"Tucking in? That's for babies." Lenard laughed and walked out of the room. Prince and I playfully rolled our eyes.
"Can you still tuck me in?" Montece asked cutely. I smiled softly and nodded, "I'll meet you there. Go get ready for bed."
Montece smiled and quickly ran out of the room. I slowly walked away from Prince, and silently switched the CD's from the boombox that was hooked to the speakers.
"That boy really has you wrapped around his little finger." Prince says, turning towards the mirror but still not in my direction.
"You know who I have wrapped around my finger?" I say, and then I hit play on the boombox. Sweetest Taboo by Sade starts to echo throughout the room.
Prince turned his head to look at me, his eyes trailed up and down my body, causing me to smirk. I held my hand out to him, and he gently took it.
"You," I say with pride. Prince smiled softly, gazing into my eyes. He snaked his arms around my waist, pulling me closer; I did the exact same, trapping any space between us. We started to slow dance to the music.
"You got that right." He agrees, and wastes no time in capturing my lips. We got lost in the kiss for about a minute before we gently pulled away. I bit my lip, trying to hold back a smile while I stared at him.
"What?" Prince asks, giving me a weird look. Not being able to hold back my smile any longer, I reveal, "What if I told you that I got us tickets to see her in concert?" I nodded to music.
Prince stared at me blankly, unsure of what I was talking about at first; But then his eyes widened, when he finally realized it.
"Shut up," He says in disbelief. I nod my head, with a huge smile on my face.
Now realistically, at the status me and Prince were, we could've went to absolutely any concert without paying. However, even though we were very famous, it didn't take away our humbleness and wanting to support other people, including artists. We were both fans of Sade's music, but Prince on the other hand, he was practically in love with her. He'd always be jealous of the stories I use to tell him about us meeting a couple of times since he hadn't got the chance to do that yet, which I'm surprised he didn't. But the main reason why was because he was extremely shy to do so, which says a lot because it takes a lot for Prince to be shy in front of a girl. Literally, he could get any girl he wanted, but when it came to Sade he immediately was weak.
It's funny because I actually saw similarities between the two. Before I knew them personally, I always thought they had this mysterious vibe to them. They're both very cautious on who they let in, they both have one of the best speaking voices I've ever heard. I'm not even kidding, I could listen to that woman talk all day; Her voice was deeper than most woman's voices, but it was smooth and very sexy. She also had a british accent, which made it even better. I just knew Prince wouldn't know how to deal with himself once he did meet her.
"Yeah," I laughed. "I know that you love her, and I know that you've always wanted to meet her. So I contacted her when I was on tour and she said she would be in Wyoming for her show the same time we would be out there to look at houses. She's very excited to meet you."
Prince stared at me in shock, and then all of a sudden tackled me to the ground. He placed kisses all over my face, which caused me to laugh so hard that my stomach hurt.
"Wait." He said, pausing from kissing my face. Prince leaned up slightly and said, "I can't. What if I say something stupid and embarrass myself?"
I chuckled, pulling him back down gently on top of me, "You won't. She's really cool, even if you do, she's not going to mind."
I pecked his lips twice, and Prince sighed. He looked into my eyes, and brushed some of my curls off of my face and said with a faint smile, "I love you."
He nuzzled his face into my neck, hugging me tightly as we still laid on the floor. My arms wrapped around his torso, rubbing his back softly. I kissed his forehead and said, "I love you more."

"If you have any questions, please let me know." Our real estate agent, that had a name tag that said Stephanie said. Me and Prince both nodded, thanking her before we both looked around the house hand-in-hand.
We were finally out of town, looking for houses. We spent all morning looking at the five houses we chose, and we both were very impressed. It was going to be tricky trying to choose, we were currently at the last house, and I had a feeling that this was going to be the one. It was huge, really spacious, and it had everything we could ever want for our family.
We looked at the kitchen, living room, basement, and now we were upstairs looking at the bedrooms.
"Damn," I said out loud as we walked into the master bedroom. Now this was nice. While I walked around, taking it in, Prince left my side and went to the bathroom.
"Babe, come in here." Prince called, I walked into the bathroom and I was caught off guard how beautiful everything looked.
"This is better than my bathroom at Paisley Park." Prince said in shock, clearly impressed.
"I agree." I reply, looking around.
He hit my arm and slightly glared at me, I put my hands up in defense, "Sorry."
He rolled his eyes playfully, and kissed my cheek before leaving my side, "I'm going to go look at the other rooms."
"Okay," I call out to him as he left. I looked around in the bathroom for a little bit before I went back into the room, and took a seat on the edge of the bed, still taking everything in.
All of a sudden, a phone started to ring on the table next to the bed. It kind of caught me off guard since I didn't see it there at first. I slightly furrowed my eyebrows, staring at it as it continued to ring again, and again, and again. I didn't feel the need to pick it up, so I just let it ring until it went to voicemail.
"Please leave a message after the tone..." The programmed voice said, and after the beep, horrifying screams and cries played through the speaker.
"Help me! Someone please, please help me.." Someone cried out in agony, and through muffled screams.
I snapped my head towards the door, hoping no one was hearing what I was hearing. I quickly got up, going to stop the message quickly. What the hell? My heart started to beat really fast and it came to a stop when I heard my name.
"Michael, I'm so sorry! She's making me do it! I'm so sorry, please-" The phone cut off from the woman screaming and another feminine voice spoke into the phone, "Watch your back."
Then, the line went dead. I quickly pressed the button to stop the dead sound, and I shut my eyes, taking a deep breath. I couldn't even fathom how I felt at the moment. My hand was slightly shaking and I stared off into space until Prince interrupted my thoughts.
"Are you okay?" He asks, with a confused look on his face. I jumped slightly, and held my chest since, being caught off guard again. Prince leaned on the door frame, looking at me with concern. I quickly snapped out of it, and put a fake smile on my face despite of what I just heard.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I said, nodding my head. Prince looked at me weirdly and then cracked a smile, he nodded his head towards the other bedrooms and held his hand out to me.
"Come on, look at the bedrooms with me."
I gave once glance at the phone before I walked over to him, taking his hand and leaving the bedroom to keep looking around with him.

Prince
Michael and I had came to an agreement and bought the last house we were looking at. Even though we were already living together in our other homes, we could wait to start this next chapter together. Not too long after that, we went back to the hotel we were staying at to get ready for Sade's concert and we arrived about two hours ago. The concert was amazing, she was amazing, she looked beautiful as ever like usual and I was still nervous out of my mind.
We were currently backstage, greeting some of her band mates and touring crew that was excited that we were here. Even though Michael was talking along with the rest of us, he looked a little off. I noticed it ever since I went to go check on him in the bedroom. I asked him all day if he was okay, and he typically said yes, but I didn't buy it at all.
Once we were by ourselves, I asked him, "Are you okay, baby?'
Michael turned his head towards me, and gave me a soft smile, "Yeah, why do you keep asking me that?"
I shrugged, "It just looks like something is bothering you. Don't lie, tell me."
Michael's smile faded and he looked down, hesitating to say anything. He looked back up at me, and opened his mouth to reply but stopped as I felt someone's arms around my shoulders.
"It's nice to finally meet you," A feminine voice said from behind me but it was smooth and monotone at the same time. Michael smiled brightly, looking like he wanted to laugh at my reaction. I turned around, and there she was, damn, she looked even more stunning in person.
Don't say anything stupid, Prince.
"H-Hey.." I stuttered, and trailed off, unsure of what to say. Michael nudged my arm, I looked at him for a second and nodded his head towards her, wanting me to man up and say something.
Sade looked at the both of us with a confused smile on her face but she didn't mind. I cleared my throat and said, "You were amazing tonight. I love your music, I'm sure Michael told you all about that."
"Oh yes he did." She said, glancing over at Michael and we all laughed, "But thank you so much. I'm a big fan of your music as well."
"Thank you." I said back shyly, which I knew Michael was going to clown me for later on.
When my shyness started to go at ease, we all engaged in a comfortable conversation. We all talked about our backgrounds, likes, dislikes, and overall she was a really down to earth person. Her and I were similar in some aspects of our personality, and we got along very well. I was so glad that I got the opportunity to meet her, even though I was nervous out of my mind. As we were talking, a camera men came up to us and took some pictures while we were talking. Before we left, we took a picture of me kissing Sade's cheek while Michael kissed her other cheek, and she was in the middle with a bright smile on her face, laughing.
