Gray POV

Heh Natsu looks a little beat up.This guy must be strong to make Natsu cough up so much blood. "G-Gray?!"Natsu shouts in shock."Who else would bail you out of this mess."I snickered."Oh great more nuisances."Mard sighs."Come on Natsu,let's show what the strongest team in Fairy Tail can do."I grin as we slap a high five. "Ahah,funny.Let's see shall we."Mard laughs with a crazy look in  his eye.Natsu burst into flames and charges towards him while I slams my hands together ready to use my ice magic."Ice Make: Lance!"I chant firing the lance shaped ice at Mard.He summons some thorns which breakthrough my ice and sliced my cheek."Tch."I mutter letting the blood drip.So this guy good.I grin swiping the blood away as Natsu gets caught up in the spiky.vines.Something was off about Natsu as he was being squeezed by the coiling plant...he wasn't struggling nor was he using his flames to free himself.I stare in shock seeing black flames coming off of his body in small quantities.Ominous aura surrounding him."NATSU!"I shout freezing the plant.As soon as he was released,he snapped out of it,falling to the ground.Natsu stands back up gripping his head."Gray,what just happened?"he questions confused."NATSU this.isn't the time  to be spacing out like this."I shout grabbing him by his scarf."Alright.fine.Let's finish this."Natsu mutters."So pathetic humans are."Mard laughs."SHUT IT!"Natsu flames up  and leaps up holding his hands together."FIRE DRAGON ROAR !"Natsu chants,blasting flames at our opponent.Mard comes out as if nothing happen...that is until I discover the small burns on his upper arm that's slightly hidden."Heh,is that all you got."Mard laughs getting Natsu even more worked up.
