Wendy's POV

I walk with Carla and Sherria through the town as we get ready for our guild's annual valentines day dance. I won't be able to attend but it is still fun to help set it up. Carla and I split from Sherria as she goes into the store for the food. We walked into the magic shop to buy decorations. A group of boys follows behind us, giggling and pushing one boy that been showing up in the guild a lot lately, Josh. While on our way there, a familiar black-haired boy walks by with his head leaning back into his hands. He stops once he spots me. "Hey Fuyu!" I wave with a smile, as he walks over. "What are you guys up to?" he questions. As soon as Fuyu walks over to us, the group of boys starts walking away. I shrug it off as I answer Fuyu's question. " Just helping out the guild with Valentine's day event. " "Well that sound lame. What so special about this event?" he questions as we start walking into the store. Fuyu questioned what I did for the day and as I talked he would carry the supplies while shifting his eyes over towards something. He slowly pushes me along through the store. I don't know why the rush.

Fuyu POV

I noticed the increasing amount of men following Wendy as we went inside the magic shop. As she talks I glare at the group of gang members staring at her like some kind of snack. It would seem they were planning on doing something when I left her sight. I refuse to let Wendy get hurt. I place my hand on Wendy's head and slowly push her towards the checkout counter as she talked. The group continues to watch Wendy like prey as she fumbles to get her joules. I spike up my hair a little to send a wave of killing intent towards them as I slam down the amount Wendy needed; paying for her stuff. "Oh uh thank you." she looks at me in shock. I return to normal as the guys backed off a bit while we walked out of the store. I carried Wendy's stuff to the guild for her, listening to her get excited about what her guild had planned. Her expression then turns sad and I questioned her what wrong. She tells me that she won't be able to go to dance because she has to go do quest. "Hmm. Maybe I can help you set up the dance." I offered and watched her eyes light up as she accepts. While at the guild helping set up, I noticed one of the boys from before walking up towards Wendy and they started talking. Tch, I watch as she giggles and smiles around him. Sherria nudges my shoulder and winks at me as she looks at the two. "That boy got a crush on Wendy. Been coming in a lot lately to talk to her. " she smiles as she explains. "Looks like you got competition, better watch out." she jokes. I roll my eyes. "And why would I care if Wendy with someone?" I shrug pretending to not care. Then the boy hands Wendy a large heart shape box of chocolate, surprising her as she blushes accecpting the gift.

Something inside me starts heating up as I walked out of the guild. I grip my chest as the heat starts to burn more intensely. As I walked, I grip the sides on the walls of storefronts. The pain starts to spread towards my head. I see the group of men walking my way and could overhear them, talking about Wendy. It would seem like they were planning on kidnapping her for something. I ball up my fist as I force myself to stand up, only to fall a little, gripping my head in the process. Their leader spots me and leads his gang over toward me. "Ah look who it is? The kid with that cute girl. " he smiles placing his hand around my neck. I growl in response. "So let's talk about that friend of yours you were with earlier. " He grins pushing me towards the alleyway.

They start to surround me. "So tell us about her? You like her?" he continues to try and get information about Wendy. I growl in reply as I look down; trying to stay stable enough to talk."Don't touch her." They laugh. "Oh, you want to put up a fight?" The leader he replies as he slams me back into a wall. I start to shiver as I grip my head. Something pulsing inside me, it keeps striking in waves. As if something was trying to take over. Something I've been keeping buried inside. "You can't take all of us on, little boy. So you best tell us about that girl. For starters where she lives? We got something for her, just for Valentine's day." He grins as his grip tightens around my neck. I could bearly process what to do since my mind kept racing trying to block whatever trying to take over out. Something even I don't want to deal with. Then everything went black as my mind couldn't stop what was about to happen next.

Normal POV

The group continues to laugh and make fun of Fuyu in pain as he grips his head before his hand falls to his side; going limp as his eyes close. He gives a deep growl that made the group stop and all eyes were on Fuyu. His hand suddenly grips harshly on the leader's wrist. "Woah, what kind of grip? Hah, no matter, we'll find that girl you were with soon enough." he starts. "I said..." Fuyu starts with a growl. He looks at them with glowing red eyes as his horns reveal themselves. "STAY AWAY FROM HER!" he roars as he grows into his demon form, crushing the leader's arm in the process. "WAH?! WHAT ARE YOU!?" the other members question in fear; watching their leader scream in pain. Fuyu's tail whips around violently; slamming into everything and destroying the alleyway as he walks towards the men. They start to try and run away but with a swipe of Fuyu's hand, a wall of crystals form where the exit was; cutting them off. While doing the swiping motion, Fuyu rips off the leader's arm in the same movement. The blood drips down from the arm as the leader falls and shivers while pleading for his freedom. "We swear we won't mess with that girl. You can have her." he pleads while trying to scoot back. All the while the members try using different magical spells on the crystals, trying to get free and failing as none of the spells worked but simply gets absorbed by the crystal. Fuyu puffs icy mist at them as he leans his huge head towards the leader's face as if about to say something. The leader flitches but opens an eye as nothing happened. Right as he sighs relief, Fuyu opens his mouth and in one swift motion, bites off the leader's head, violently ripping it off the body. The members start screaming as blood sprays everywhere and when the mist touch them, their bodies start to crystalize.Fuyu swallows the head whole before looking towards the members and slowly starts walking towards them; dragging the bloody arm behind him. He licks the blood from his lips and bears his fangs and bloody claws.

Meanwhile, Josh walks back to his group of friends. He starts talking about Wendy accepting his Valentine's gift and how he was getting close to confessing to her finally. The streetlamps start turning on as the boys feel a chill down their backs while the weather drops to cold. Up ahead, one of the boys spots a figure walking slowly towards them, dragging something behind them, its eyes glowing crimson and icy mist surrounding them ,covering the streets as he walks. "Who's that?" the boy questions the others to see if they see the figure as well. They all shrug as they kept walking. The closer they walked the more they could see that it was a bloody Fuyu in his demon form, dragging one of the gang member's crystalized torso. The kids froze with fear as they start to run away which caught Fuyu's dazed eyes causing him to rush towards them in a fast-paced. In a blink of an eye, he shreds one of the kids in half with a single swipe. They try to scream but Fuyu had grab two of the kid's heads before they could let out a sound and squeeze. He drops the bodies and walks towards the last of the kids, growling. Fuyu stops and crystalizes some of the mist around him into shards, sending it towards the kids. The shards stab through the kids only leaving the boy that flirted with Wendy,Josh. While looking back at the horror, Josh trips giving Fuyu an opportunity to catch up without rush. He picks him up and growls.

A few hours later Wendy had finished a quest with Sherria and Carla. Upon entering the town, the smell of blood fills her nose making her cover it. "What's wrong? "Sherria questions seeing the terror on Wendy's face. "I smell blood. Get the rest of the guild. " Wendy calls out as she rushes towards where the smell was coming from with Carla flying behind her. Wendy follows the smell of blood to a building just on the outskirts of town. Carla and Wendy nodded at each other. "Be safe, I'll tell the others where you are," she says before taking off.

Wendy POV

I slowly open the door to darkness. I scan the room while I search for a light switch and I manage to see a large figure in the distance It stops what it was doing and turn its head towards me to reveal its glowing crimson eyes right as I turn the lights on. In a quick motion, the figure slashes its arm towards me and sends a wave of wind towards me which I manage to dodge but it made a deep cut on my cheek. The figure seemed to be.....I shivered, unable to move my body. The figure turned out to be Fuyu in his demon form. I was finally able to see the rest of the building in the light. Bloody or crystalize corpses littered the floor, some were tied to chairs next to tables, on the back wall, there were the words "Happy Valentine's day" written in blood. The group of kids that talked to me before I left for my quest was tied to strings hanging above what looked to be a dance floor.They look like bloody puppets with holes through their chest. Fuyu slowly stands up and sniffs the air before grinning as he faces towards me. Josh was in Fuyu's claws with his side bitten into; having a large chunk of him missing with a bloody mess in its place. "Wendy," Fuyu says in a deep beastly tone, almost like a growl that brought a painful chill down my spine. I slowly backed away towards the door, however, it was covered over in crystal that was cold to the touch. Fuyu starts walking towards me and drops the lifeless kid, letting the blood drip from his claws as he slowly transforms into his human form still having his tail, horns, and wolf-like ears but with swirls in his eyes; replacing his pupils."Wendy, how nice of you to join me. Care to dance? I tried my best to decorate." he talks while walking towards me, in a beast-like manner with his wagging tail. I backed into the crystal wall on the verge of throwing up as I covered my mouth. Fuyu continues to giggle crazily as he walks with blood dripping from his hands. Unable to hold it anymore as I look at the scenery, I turn to the side and threw up. "What's wrong, Wendy?" Fuyu asked with a crazed tone as he reaches his hand out to me. "STAY BACK!" I shout using my Sky Dragon's Wing attack towards Fuyu in defense. The attack sends Fuyu back a good distance away from me, as he slams into the wall. I pant as I wipe the throw up from my mouth and force myself to stop shivering. Fuyu starts to go into a burst of craze laughter as he steps out from the wall, his hair covering his eyes. "Did that make you feel better, Wendy?" he gives a toothy grin as he looks at me. "What is wrong with you?! Why? Why did you do this?" I questioned. He raised his arms out. "I did this for you, Wendy. You oh so badly wanted to go to the dance but you had a quest and missed it. So I did my best to make a dance for you." he smiles. "You're not right, Fuyu." I must stop him before he goes after more people.

Fuyu then starts making his way towards me as I get into my fighting stance. "What's wrong, Wendy?" he questions reaching his hand towards me.Fuyu grips his head while laughing. "You don't like it?" he then turns into his demon form and rushes towards me as I shiver as his tone grew creepy and dark. "Sky Dragon's roar!" I roar my attack towards Fuyu to knock him out of it. I don't want to kill him but... He has to be stopped. Fuyu crosses his arms in front of him and takes my attack in full force. He tries to block and gets pushes back by a little. Fuyu swipes his arms away to disperce the wind. He smiles at me before he dashes towards me in extreme speed on all fours. I swing my arms to create a tornados towards Fuyu. "Sky Dragon's Wave Wind!" I chant lauching the attack towards Fuyu. The attack was strong enough to rip most of the building apart, however Fuyu swipes his claws, ripping the tornado into dispercing. He charges towards me while laughing insanly. "Sky Dragon's Crushing Fang!" I chant leaping up as whirlwinds surrounds my arm. I go in for the attack however, Fuyu appears in front of me and grab my arm. I start to scream but he cuts me off by pulling me into his fluffy chest, hugging me. I shiver but stop once I hear Fuyu purring and rubing his cheek against mines. "My sweet Valentines." he purrs before licking the blood off my cheek as he wraps his tail around me." I won't let anyone take you away from me." Death and bloody bodies surrounding us as tears start to roll down my face.
