Ash
They got closer and closer to the warehouse. When they reached the docks, they encountered the Black Rain gang.
"Okay, just like what we planned!" Kurai called out. "Spread out!"
Everyone sperated into teams of two. Kurai sneaked herself in through the shadows and finds Basara locked up in a cell, pulsing with dark energy.
She slipped through the rails on the count of her (impossibly) slim body. She kneeled down in front of Basara right when he opened his eyes. There was barely any light from the outside, but they were able to see each other perfectly.
"What are you doing here?" Basara asked, with a rash voice.
"Getting you out." She took off her hair pin and used it to unlock the chains. Then she stood up and put her pin back in place. "Come on. We have to get out of here."
"I can't." Basara replied. He stood up and picked up his jacket, before putting it on and placing Drazeros inside his pockets. "They knew you were coming. They had everything planned out. I heard him talking to some black haired nerd when they passed the cell."
"Black haired nerd?" Kurai asked. "Lance?!"
There was a sound of metal hitting metal. They both found a man standing by the bars. He had a metal collar in hand, banging it against the bars.
"Welcome back, child." He threw the collar through the bars, aiming for Kurai's neck. Basara grabbed it before it could reach her.
"She ain't a pet." He stated bluntly, breaking the chains.
"But she is my daughter." Kagero stated.
"And she's my sister." Basara threw the collar out of the chamber, hitting Kagero on the chest, though the latter doesn't seem affected by it.
Kagero smirked. "Just like that night with Lilian."
Kurai narrowed her eyes. "You're lying. He'd never-"
"But he did." Kagero cut her off. "I saw it with my own eyes. The boy, knife in his hand, walking slowly towards your mother. One stab and poof! She's gone."
"How am I supposed to believe you-"
"Kurai. Enough." Basara turned his glare from his sister to his father. "I have no idea what you're talking about. I didn't even went to her room-"
"Shut up!" A knife was thrown and it hit the wall, missing Basara's face by barely an inch. Kagero left leaving the other two stunned.

Kurai Kurofuchi:
I took a deep breath and walked over to Basara, who was still frozen after nearly getting hit with the knife. I tapped his shoulder as he tensed and looked down on me.
"He was lying right? About you killing mom?" I asked. I'm hoping so much that he'd tell me that it was nothing more than bullshit, though his eyes were telling me otherwise.
"I... Don't know." He replied, his voice solemn.
I sighed. "Well. Let's get out of here then."
Basara shrugged and pulled on the bars, breaking it. Then he stepped out with me close behind. When we walked out, we found everyone still fighting, our guys with B-daman, the other guys with their hands or weapons. When we stepped out, everything turned frozen. Our friends smiled and ran over to us while the others ran away with fear of facing Basara's wrath.
"Great job guys." I said.
"Nothing to it!" Kamon exclaimed.
"You okay big bro?" Ryan asked, running up to Basara.
He didn't reply, but merely walked off. I patted Ryan's back. "Give him time. You know how it is." Ryan could only nod sadly.
"Hey so..." Kamon cut in. "What now?"
Riki smiled. "How about dinner? I'm pretty hungry."
"Me too!" Yuki exclaimed.
"Then let's go back. Aona's cooking as we speak." Roma said, holding up his phone.
"You guys go. I have something to do." I said with a sigh.
"What do you mean?" Novu asked.
Before I could answer, Mitsuru was snickering behind me. Then he started singing. "When you wanna-"
I slapped him. "Shut up. That song's annoying." He cried slightly. Either because i slapped him or the insult I gave.
~~~~~
Can you PLEASE just leave me the fuck alone?!
Basara dodged another knife that was thrown at him. He had decided to go through the quiet side of town only to get ambushed by more of Kagero's men.
After rounding a corner, he stopped to catch his breath. One shot. Just one shot and it'll be over.
He took a deep breath and aimed at the street. Then, at the last second, he flinched and redirected Drazeros to the sky.
"TWIN DRAGON JUDGEMENT!"
A flash of dark purple went to the clouds and a black dragon with dual heads appeared. It flew down and crashed into the ground, creating a smoke screen.
The people on the street were trying to find their way around and Basara used this chance to escape.
He hurried through the smog and managed to climb to the roof of an abandoned shop. Up there, he sat and leaned his back on the brick margin, to make sure he doesn't fall off while he rests.
He was breathing heavily. This isn't new to him. He knew the people that are after him are basicly innocent. They were just doing what his father told them to, because they were scared. He never intended to hurt anyone, yet somehow, his friends are willing to get involved with their own will.
Tsk! He clicked his tounge at that word. "Friends". He never had any before. He was always alone. Even with his sister, that was it. Back then, she was too young. She was too weak to get involved with the things he faced everyday. But now, looking at how she's growing up, he couldn't help but feel guilty. Guilty and responsible, that is.
Below, the smog had cleared and the people were scattering through town to find him. He stood up and let out an exhausted sigh.
"Are you alright, Basara?" Drazeros asked.
"I need to get out of here." He stated, not even trying to hide his pale condition.
During his time in that cell, he wasn't given anything to eat. On normal circumstances, he's able to last over a few days without eating. He trained himself to be that strong. But his lack of sleep in there was taking a toll on him as well. His nightmares would keep him up all night, leaving him with nothing by the time Kurai and the rest came.
"Don't strain yourself, it'll just hurt you even more."
Basara let out another sigh when he recognize that voice. "I don't suppose you're just gonna leave me here like this?"
Kurai narrowed her eyes. "Of course not! How could I?" She jumped from a nearby tree and onto the same roof he was.
She took out Drazelle as well as a black marble. She shot down and the ground beneath them seemed to collapse. But neither of them moved. Instead, they stood there, waiting to fall into the black abyss.
