"Greetings...welcome to the Comet Observatory. I am Rosalina...Princess of the Cosmos. It is a pleasure to meet you."

Geno narrowed his eyes, clearly suspicious of who he is seeing before his very eyes, while his younger sister, Naomi, was excited, as she jumped a little bit, and she then spoke out very ecstatically.

"Princess...YAY! REAL LIFE PRINCESS! Look, big brother!! Real life princess."

Geno looked down, his eyes are closed and he has almost an annoyed expression on his face, but decides to amuse himself a little bit by snarling this to her.

"Wow...you certainly cheered up, especially since you were in tears a few minutes ago back there."

This made Naomi embarrassed, as she covers her face and spoke out to her older brother, her face red.

"Big Brotherrr, don't make me look stupid in fount of a princess!!"

Rosalina shook her head a little bit at this, as she spoke out to her in a calm and assuring voice.

"Oh, do not worry, you don't look stupid. So it all okay."

Naomi, upon being assured by her of this, smiled, her face no longer red, and pumped her hands into the air and over her head, rather happy.

"YAY!!!"

Then, one of the Lumas went close to Geno's face, who then backs away with a rather unhappy look present, clearly not keen of their presence. Rosalina then spoke out to them.

"Oh...don't be worried of them. You want to play with the Lumas, they are absolutely harmless. They will not hurt you both."

Geno, however, thought otherwise, as he then took a step back, and spoke out to Naomi.

"Naomi, come here right now. I don't know if I trust this, so-called princess."

Naomi looks at Geno with a begging expression on her face, as she made her eye that of a puppy dog's.

"You never trusted anyone in your life, Geno. Can you please get them a chance? She said they were harmless. Pleassssseeeeee?"

Naomi looks at Geno, who thought to himself at the sight of this.

'Oh for God's sake, she's seriously pulling that off on me again? Why is it that she has to pull that on me of all people?'

Naomi had her hands intertwine together, as Geno continued to look annoyed at this, his eyes closed, as he than sighed. Obviously, his sister is not going to budge and will not budge until he agrees with her. As much as he wants to get strict with her, and tries to get strict with her, he cannot measure up the nerve to do so out of fear of making his sister cry in front of him. After a minute of this, he sighed and spoke out.

"Oh for crying out loud. Fine, you can go and play and hang out with them. But me, I'm staying behind, just in case it goes wrong. Besides, this is way to suspicious for as far as I can tell."

Naomi pouts a little bit, clearly her brother is not giving this much of chance, and Rosalina, hearing this and a little bit stunned that he is not acting friendly, immediately began to speak out.

"Wait...please hesitate for a moment."

Geno looks at her with a cold glare, as he spoke out in a stern tone.

"What is it?"

Rosalina hesitates, but she spoke out to her.

"Please, do not think badly of me and the Lumas. We mean no harm to you."

But Geno spoke out with a counter of his own.

"I've heard that sort of phrase God-knows-how-many times. And it always bites me in the end, a person who claimed themself as friendly, turned out to be anything but. As far as I'm concerned...you would not be such an exception. Besides...this place ain't my home, and I am not here to stay forever. Nothing more."

Rosalina was a little bit saddened, but she sighed and spoke out.

"...if you say so."

Geno than turned around and walked away to a different, empty part of the Comet Observatory, as Naomi was a little unhappy, but smiled at Rosalina, who smiled back only because she's kind to her, as she followed him. But Rosalina, she sighed sadly, because she was honestly hoping to meet more humans like her, like a certain brotherly duo, and a certain princess of a fungi kingdom. And she did meet one, in the form of a young middle school girl who seems to adore her a lot.

But the other one, a young man at the age of 19, she frowned at the thought of him, and it is because he did not seem to like her in any sort of way. In fact, he is distrustful and cold to her, almost like he sees her as a sort of bad omen. And the thing is, Rosalina found herself unable to get upset or mad with him, as well as the fact that he is a little cute, yet Rosalina didn't have the heart to find a way to dislike him for some reason, and she doesn't know why. She looks down at one of the Lumas, a yellow one, as she spoke out.

"Luma...I do not think he likes me."

Luma seems confused, as he then spoke out to Rosalina.

"Hm, you mean the one named Geno?"

Rosalina, upon hearing that name, looked down at the ground, as she then spoke out.

"So...Geno is the name of that man..."

The Luma that spoke to Rosalina, looked curious at her.

"Mama...are you okay?"

Rosalina nodded, as she spoke out.

"Of course, Luma...I am. It is just...that man, he does not seem to trust me that much...and I am wondering if I can get along with him, despite the fact that he probably won't let me."

Another Luma, which is a red one, then spoke out to her in an attempt to comfort her.

"Do not worry, Mama. I think that he will be able to get along with you once he learns he can trust you."

Rosalina nodded her head, as she spoke out.

"I hope so."

Rosalina then has a thoughtful expression on her face, wondering how it is that she'll be able to get through this unfriendly face that Geno is constantly expressing. After a little bit, she remembered someone, but she would not say it outright, as she wants to know if her children have the same thought herself, as she then spoke to the yellow Luma.

"Hmmmm...Luma, do you think you are able to convince Geno that we mean no harm to him?"

The Yellow Luma looks up at her, as the Luma then spoke out.

"Well...I do not think I can do it myself. But his sister, Naomi, I think she is called, I think we can tell her to help us in gaining his trust. After all, he does seem to be close enough to her to let her hang out with us."

Rosalina nodded, her thoughts exactly, as she then spoke out.

"Of course, we can have Naomi help us. So...let us start the first part of gaining his trust. Try and go to Naomi and convince her to come to me."

The Yellow Luma nodded his head, as he then began to fly around the Comet Observatory, and looks to see her wandering around the grassy part of the Comet Observatory, looking in awe at the plants and the stars all around the area, and the Luma spoke out.

"Hello, Naomi!!"

Naomi turned around to see the Luma coming to her, and she got a little bit excited to see the Luma, as she ran up and spoke out, happily.

"Hello, Luma, I believe you and the others are said to be, right?"

The Yellow Luma nodded his head, as he then spoke out.

"Yep. I just want to say that...mama wants to speak to you alone. Do you think you can speak to her, if your brother will allow you to do so?"

Naomi quickly nodded her head at what the Yellow Luma said to her, as she then spoke out.

"Sure I can. I mean...he might not agree with him first, but I'll be able to convince him to be able to let me go and speak to her. And I'm certain that he'll be able to agree with me in this a bit."

The Yellow Luma nodded and left back to Rosalina, as Geno than came to her and spoke out.

"Naomi, there you are. Those...Lumas, they didn't do anything bad to you, did they?"

Naomi shook her head, as she then spoke out to him.

"No. I want to ask you something, the princess want to talk to me alone for something. Can I go talk to her?"

But Geno, hearing this and thinking that it is no good, spoke out.

"No. Naomi. You cannot be serious about this. I don't trust her."

But Naomi, now a little upset, her face shows an exprsssion of distress, then spoke out in a rather unhappy voice.

But please! It's a princess! You I always want to become friends with a princess! why won't you let me? Do you not care about your little sister and what she want?"

Geno, a little shaken, spoke out.

"It's not-I..."

Geno was confused, and got frustrated, before he gave in and spoke out.

"Oh for...aghhhh! Fine, you can do that, you can speak to her. But if she does something terrible to you, she will be sorry!"

Naomi's face brightened, as she spoke out.

"Oh, Thank you, you're the best, big brother!!"

Geno sighed, as she thanked ran to go and meet with Rosalina. She looks and sees Rosalina waiting for her, looking and smiling at her, as her fingers and intertwined and seems to be almost a little bit relived to be able to see her come to her, knowing that she has grown fond of her. Naomi smiled and her face brightened, as she than up to see the Princess of the Cosmos, now a bit more closer in person than before.

"You called me?"

Rosalina nodded, as she spoke out.

"Yes, come follow me."

She and Naomi then went a sort of bench, and Rosalina sat down and spoke out.

"Please take a seat, Naomi."

Naomi smiled, and did, as she seems almost excited to see her, as Naomi spoke out.

"So what do you want to talk about.

With Geno...

Geno sighed a little bit, as he spoke out in pure frustration to himself at his conversation with Naomi.

"Ugh...this is ridiculous. Naomi is getting way to excited to know that not all people will be..."

Geno then puts his hands over his face, and began to breath deeply, as he spoke out.

"Calm down, Geno. Calm down. You know panic and frustration is not gonna work and is not going to help you find a way back, if there even is a way back to begin with. Come on, think Geno. Think. How do you find a way back to where you came from?"

As Geno sat down onto a random spot of the Comet Observatory, deep in his thoughts in what to do in the situation that he and his sister are in, a voice spoke out from behind him, one of which he knew to well and is very annoyed with.

"Ahhh...seems like we are in a new place, along with our young sister. And from the looks of it, despite how beautified it is, it seems you despise the beauty."

Geno looked annoyed, as spoke out.

"Tch...you again. You don't seem to know when to quit and leave me alone, do you?"

Geno then looks up from the ground and in front of him, to see a humanoid entity sitting in front of him. The entity is a rather tall figure, also 7 feet in height, but is 3 inches shorter than Rosalina. The entity's face is unseen due to the darkness, has long black hair that reaches down to their knees, and is wearing something that resembles a robe with sleeves that extends beyond his hands, reaching down to the knees. Geno narrowed his eyes at the entity that is before him, as he then whispered to him.

"And it's funny, last time I checked, you were never a brother, but a madman that just likes to make me go nuts. Besides, I'm the brother here, not you."

The voice that he now adopts is filled with cold, disdain in his tone, wanting nothing more than to continue to cook in peace, as the entity behind him spoke out, having a shadowy blank faceless head with long black hair reaching down to his knees and is wearing a sort of robe that has sleeves that goes past his hands, as he spoke out.

"Well, when do you plan to introduce me to Naomi, someday? Isn't it fair that she gets to know me, just as she is getting to know you?"

Geno frowned a little bit more, as he then spoke out, unhappily.

"I do not plan to introduce her to you. In fact, I will not have her know about you. As far as I can tell, you are nothing more than an obstacle out in the way of her future. I don't know what you want from her in making her know they you exist, but whatever you want, you are not getting it. Especially since the last time you appeared, your actions could have resulted in my sister being scarred for life, even worse than with the fire back then."

The dark entity looks a bit at Geno in amusement, as he spoke out.

"You mean the fire you made back than. And the other time...I was only trying to help you from those insane wicked people back then. After all, these people had done nothing but bullied you and hurt you, even insulting and being cruel to you. And than, they stalked you back home and tried to kill your sister. All I did...I make sure they suffer for what they've done to the both of us and to Naomi."

Geno narrowed at him, as he had not forgotten what those people did, the one from his dreams from a couple years ago, back when he was 17 years old, the ones that were injured and where he held the sharp weapon in his hands, looking down at them with the entity in control of his body. He has not forgotten them, nor did he forget their cruel treatment. He always dealt with them, being punched, kicked, and slammed into a wall, they mocked and laughed at him for no reason, thinking he is a waste of space and that he should be dead because of how seemingly pathetic he is. But that day...where they followed him home and decided to torment him and his sister...that day was different, as he felt uncharacteristically calm, yet violent, carved one of their mouths, slashed one in the eye, he was a demon in their eyes, and all of them had feared him.

Of course, he remembered that he was questioned by the police for that, but luckily, due to his sister's testimony, he was able to get away scott free, but was given a warning, while the bullies that went to far were given a restraining order and are threatened arrest if they dare to go near Geno and Naomi again. They were forced to agree with this, especially since they were afraid of him for what it is that he had done. But it still did not make Geno any better than before.

Geno clenched his fist, as he looks up at the Dark Entity that is before his eyes, as he then spoke to him.

"No. That is something that my sister does not need to know from you. I'd rather keep her ignorant of your existence from her than make you appear and ruin her life. She does not deserve it, and she will never deserve being horribly corrupted by you."

The Dark Entity seems to gawk his head in amusement, as he spoke out.

"Oh well. It seems I tried to what I could, at least. But don't worry...you won't be able to think that way for long. In time, when I come back, Naomi will see me, and she will then realize that she has much more company than she thinks."

The Dark Entity then vanished into a puff of smoke, as Geno narrowed his eyes, as he is aware that he will return, just hopes it does not have to involve his sister. Geno then looked down at his shirt, and he put his hand into his collar, before he then took out what seems to be a silver locket with a black orb, the locket being in the shape of a heart of some sort, as he then opened the locket, and a sort of music box is heart, although it sounds a little bit worn out. Despite this, it sounded peaceful to an extent, as he looked at the photo that is inside of the locker, which showed of Geno as a 13-year old, together with his sister, who was 6 at the time, and his parents still being alive. Geno looked sadly at it, but he then hears someone coming, as he closed the locket and puts it away. He looks and turns to see Rosalina floating to him, as he stood up, his hands in his coat pockets, as he spoke out with narrowed eyes.

"Oh great. You want something?"

Rosalina looked at him with her uncovered left eye, as she spoke out.

"Oh well...I figured that you might be hungry. So...I made something for you."

She held out something in front of him, and looks what seems to be a sort of white frosted cake. This made Geno puzzled, as she has it float down beside him, and he looks down at the food beside him, before spoke out to her in a half-hearted, almost begrudging tone.

"...mmmm...thanks...I guess."

Rosalina nods, seeing that he isn't used to speaking kindly, and could tell that he isn't trusting her right now. Still, it is at least somewhat a step for her.

Rosalina then sat down at his picked up the plate, before he then looks up, as she spoke out.

"Well, enjoy, if it suits you."

Rosalina then teleports away, while Geno rolls his eyes, as he then picked up a form that Rosalina had conjured, and he cuts a piece and ate it. It wasn't bad, and it hasn't done anything...yet. He is still a little unsure of Rosalina and is definitely not sure what to say about her, nor does he even know if he can trust her. He doubts that he could, but even so, he will keep his distance in case that she does not try anything that he considers to be suspicious in his eyes.

For Rosalina, she is shown to be floating towards Naomi, who gawks her head, as she then spoke to Rosalina.

"So...is my brother doing fine, Princess?"

Rosalina nodded her head, as she then spoke out.

"Yes, he is. He is still by himself, and...doesn't trust me still. But he is still fine."

Naomi nodded her head, as Rosalina bends down to look at Naomi on the eyes, as she then spoke out with curiosity present in her eyes.

"So...is there a way for me to gain your brother's trust, Naomi?"

Naomi then looks at her, as she then spoke out.

"Well, he always makes sure to do anything for me, and even if he doesn't like anyone or doesn't trust anybody, he'll at least get used to someone when he works with them. Maybe if I'm involved, he'll be able to begin trusting you, hopefully."

Rosalina looks down a little bit, and spoke out.

"Well, I guess I can try that. But I do hope that it will work for the both of us."

Naomi nodded her head, as she spoke out with a grin present on her face.

"Of course it will work! As long as I am involved, it will work. I believe it can happen!"

Rosalina smiled a little bit, seeing that he is enthusiatic and confident in being able to help Rosalina get through the cold exterior of her brother, as Rosalina spoke.

"Very confident and hopeful you are, Naomi. It is almost an admirable quality for you to have."

Naomi smiled wider, as Rosalina looks down, seeing that Naomi is almost as hopeful as someone she knew of that she became an ally to. And perhaps that person is starting to rub off on her, with Naomi aiding in this a little bit more.

Naomi looks down, and touched her hands on her stomach, as she felt hungry. Rosalina noticed this, as Rosalina decide to speak out.

"Well, it seems this is perfect timing."

Naomi looks up at Rosalina, as she blushed a little bit at this.

"...uhhh...hehehehehe...not what I was hoping to happen, but I guess that can count."

Rosalina looked down and ruffled her hair a little bit, as she then began to look for Geno, as she wonders around and sees that he is in the exact same spot still. But...Geno is doing something odd.

Geno is shown to have a Red Luma at his side, as the Luma seems to be eating his cake, which he seems to ate most of. But Geno doesn't seem to mind the Luma eating rest.

"Ahem..."

Geno looked, and sees Rosalina gawking her head curiously, yet amused. But Geno spoke before Rosalina could comment while also pointing his finger at her.

"Don't even think about it."

Rosalina sighed and shook her head, as she spoke out.

"Well...anyways. Your sister is waiting for you and j think wants to see you."

Geno looked at her as if she is insane, but grunts and shook his head, as he spoke out.

"What in the world am I even..."

He smacked himself in the face, as Geno walked to where it is that Naomi is at, as Rosalina hovers alongside him. Rosalina takes a quick look at Geno, who seems to have his gaze lessen at the mention of his sister, almost like he is hoping to see her right now.

After a minute of moving, Geno looks to see Naomi, who is very eager to see him. She ran up and hugged him, as Geno pats her in the head. He almost smiled, but didn't want to show that right next to Rosalina.

"Heya, sis."

Naomi looks up and spoke out to him.

"Hey, Big Brother...mind if you can-"

(Grrrrrrl)

Geno looked down at Naomi from that sound, as Naomi looked away...with Geno speaking out.

"Wait...the kitchen's back home, isn't it. Shoot."

Rosalina spoke out.

"Don't worry. I'll cook something and...Naomi said you're skilled at cooking for her. Why don't you do it with me, Geno?"

Geno looked at her like she is crazy, as he began to speak out.

"What're you even..."

Geno looks at Naomi, who has eyes that seem as if she is begging him to do so, and Geno looked conflicted, before he smacked himself in the head. He spoke out and made sure he didn't use any profanities.

"Oh, for crying out loud. You can't be serious."

Obviously he doesn't like it, but he resigned at this, as he spoke out.

"Fine, I'll do it with ya. But don't think it'll make you be on my good graces. I'm only doing this for my sister, nothing more

Rosalina then spoke out, gently

"Whatever you say, Geno."

Geno sighed and spoke out in a rather annoyed tone.

"Lead the way, I guess."

Rosalina nodded, as she waved her wand and both her and Geno teleport to a section of the Comet Observatory, with Geno looking to see what it is.

A small dome with a chimney present, as Geno then whispered to himself.

"Huh...this clearly isn't what I'd expect from what a Kitchen would look like from outside."

Rosalina turned around to look at Geno, as he steps to the doorway and goes inside, as Rosalina followed him, and they look to see what the inside of the Kitchen looks like.

The kitchen seems to possess a counter, a single oven with fire that seems to burn eternally, as well as a row of desks next to the oven, a star in the center of the floor. Geno blinked his eyes a little bit, as he spoke out.

"Wait...there's no fridge."

Rosalina waved her wand and summoned some food on the counter, as Geno looked at the sight before his eyes and spoke out.

"Of course. Why am I not surprised at this?"

Geno had almost an unamused expression on his face, as Rosalina looks at him, an amused glint appeared in her eyes, simply due to how it is Geno reacted.

Later...

Geno is shown to be working on chopping some vegetables, as the Kitchen is shown to be full of Lumas. They are crowding among their mother who they are always fond of, while Geno is shown to simply be by himself and not having anyone to crowd him. But Geno doesn't really mind. Even though he wants to back out and just leave, he wants to make food for his sister. So, he'll at least tolerate Rosalina's presence for now. Won't mean he'll like her, though.

As Geno continued to chop some of the food with the knife, he began to look out the window and see the stars in the space that the entire place is in. Geno looks down, almost work an envious expression on his face, as Geno thought to himself.

'Tch, get to be around with these Lumas as her children, seeing space all around her with all the stars and all of that...clearly her life is more beautiful then mine, which I had to ensure my sister has, yet I don't and can never have it."

As Geno thought to himself, a sudden jolt of pain appeared onto his finger, and he jumped, but did not make a sound, as he looked and saw that he accidentally made a small on his finger. He puts the cut in his mouth, and hopes for it to stop the bleeding. He took it out after a little bit, and saw that the bleeding has stopped a little. He shook his head and continued what he is doing. But as he did...

Geno felt someone nudged onto his hand, and he turns to see a Red Luma. The one he has fed the rest of the cake to. Geno puts the knife down and looks at the Red Luma curiously, wondering what it's doing next to him, only for the Luma to muzzle onto the finger that he has cut. Geno was confused, not sure what the Luma's doing.

"What're you doing, little guy?"

The Red Luma doesn't respond though, which is almost strange. Geno looks behind him and sees Rosalina's a little busy with the other Luma children, and Geno, reluctantly, rubs his hand on top of the Luma's body over the eyes. The Red Luma seems to enjoy it, and nuzzles into Geno's face. Who turns away, clearly unsure what to think about it. Rosalina looks to look at the sight before him, but Geno spoke out.

"Not, another word."

Rosalina smiled a little bit at this, seeing that one of her Lumas seems to be fond of him, with Geno even turning his eyes to the side, almost like he is embarrassed to be seen like this. Seems that there is more to Geno than his usual grumpy side. Well, perhaps Geno will be able to open up to her someday.

Later...

"Wow, so much food!"

"New Person cooks so well!"

"Almost as well as mother!

All the Lumas and Naomi were very excited, as they see the sort of food that Rosalina and Geno made together. Rosalina made a bunch of pastries and sweets with what she has made, while Geno, he made some food of his own, such as carbonara, vegetable Soup, sweet potato-turmeric miso soup, profiteroles, and spiced cassava pie topped with french vanilla ice cream with some syrup. Geno puts his hands in his pockets, as the Lumas and Naomi began to dig in, and it seems that all of them are enjoying it. Rosalina looks at Geno, as she then spoke out.

"It seems that your sister was right about you when involving with cooking."

Geno closed his eyes and turned away for a little bit, as he spoke out.

"I guess."

Rosalina nods her head a little bit, as she thought to herself.

'Perhaps he is difficult to get him to open up...but there might be a way to make him open up to me.'

After everyone was done, the Lumas seem to be satisfied, almost as though they love Geno's cooking to nearly the same extent as their mother's, although they still prefer Rosalina's, not that Geno cares.

Naomi then looks at Geno, as she spoke out.

"Heh...your cooking is always the best in my eyes, Big Brother."

Geno looked at his sister and smiled a little bit, as he looked down, as he spoke out, his tone changing to a little softer tone, but not to the point that Rosalina would notice it, a little touched by Naomi's response.

"Thanks, Sis."

Naomi nodded, as she stretched her arms a little bit, clearly a little tired. Geno looks at her, and spoke out.

"You're already tired. How much time has past?"

As he said that, Rosalina spoke out.

"Hm...hole on for the moment."

Rosalina then turns to look at a section, as she waved her wand, and a new section of the Comet Observatory, being a red sphere work blue stars on it, as she spoke out.

"Follow me."

Rosalina floats to the new section of the Comet Observatory, as Geno and Naomi walk to her, a little bit sleepy, as Rosalina spoke out.

"You can rest in here, Naomi."

Naomi and Geno look inside to see a room with a bed that has a black blanket with stars patterned all over it, as Naomi smiled.

"Wow, it looks to pretty!"

Geno looks down at her and spoke out.

"At least you'll know where to put your favorite toys, Naomi."

Naomi looked embarrassed and whined to her brother at this, who turned around and stuck his tongue out.

"Big Brotherrrrr!"

Rosalina chuckled a little bit, as the Red Luma appeared and seems to tug onto Geno's arm, as she spoke out.

"Huh? What do you want this time?"

The Red Luma seems to point somewhere, and Rosalina looks to see that the Luma wants him for something.

"I think the little one wants you to accompany him for when I tell a story to him."

Geno raised an eyebrow, as Naomi spoke out after putting her backpack down.

"Really? Can we join in?"

"Naomi..."

Geno said looking at her, as Naomi looks at him and spoke out.

"Come on, Big Brother! Can we join in?"

She puts her hands together, as Geno sighed, clearly unamused and annoyed at this but conceded.

"Fine, I'll join in."

Naomi jumped into the air happy, as Rosalina spoke out.

"Well, let us go here then."

She then waved her wand, as all 3 of them disappeared. But for Rosalina, it seems like this is nothing but an opportunity to finally have another chance to get through to Geno's demeanor.
