(Ash P.O.V.)
Giovanni told a grunt to guard us while he does something. Its been about 5 minutes and the guard was asleep. I saw some keys on the grunts belt I nudged Serena and pointed she nodded. We walked to the bars of are cage and I put my hands threw the bars I grabbed the grunts head and snapped it which killed him instantly. Serena unhooked the keys from the grunts belt and opened the cage door. "Do you know where the pokemon are?" I whispered "yeah just follow me" she whispered back we walked for 20 minutes and there was a medal door Serena pulled out some key-card from her pocket and slid it on the panel on the wall and there was a little green light and the door opened. I saw Pikachu and my bag and Serena's Fenniken in a glass cage I started to walk over to the cage "wait!" Serena whisper-yelled to late the alarm went off Serena facepalmed "there are invisible lazer alarms on the ground" she said I sweat dropped "oops" I said.

Three grunts came in "you get the pokemon and I'll hold them up" I said to her she nodded without arguing and went to the cage and started to type in different possible passwords to open the cage. "You think you can beat us without your pokemon HA!" a grunt laughed I got into a fighting position the three grunts sent out one houndoom a weavile and a arbok 'good thing I trained in fighting' I thought "slash!" The weavile ran at me its claws glowing white I kicked it and it flew back "bite!" "flamethrower!" the purple snake slithered towards me its fangs glowing white I kicked it but I got burned by the flamethrower "ice beam!" the ice beam hit my leg making it stuck to the floor. "Shoot" I muttered under my breath "Slash!" "wrap!" "bite!" the purple snake slithered towards me it lifted its head snarling at me I punched it twice then I did a uppercut as hard as I could it hit the roof then it fell along with some pieces of the roof that collapsed on it. The demon dog fastened its fangs into my leg I flinched in pain. The ice-type cat slashed at my chest unexpectedly. Blood stained my shirt. "flamethrower!" a bunch of fire hit the ice-type cat making it faint I look over to see Serena with my bag, Fenniken, and Pikachu. "Pikachu iron tail!" I yelled Pikachu ran toward the demon dog his tail a silver metal color and smacked it in the face making it faint. The grunts returned there pokemon and ran off. "Pikachu can you use iron tail on the ice?" a few minutes later my leg was free "thanks" I said Serena returned her Fenniken and walked towards me concern in her eyes "what?" I questioned "your chest is bleeding badly" she replied "we will deal with it later lets just get out of here" I said. I turned around wincing at the pain in my leg and chest and walked out of the room Serena and Pikachu following. About 5 minutes later Serena spoke up "do you even know where your going?" she asked I stopped and mentally facepalmed "...No" I replied she sighed "follow me" she then walked briskly to the right. I was trying to keep up due to my leg getting more and more painful with each step. After 25 minutes of twisting halls and calling for Serena to stop every few minutes to catch my breath we found the exit door... Finally. But when I looked to my right there was a glass window and an empty room except it wasn't completely empty it had a stone post in the middle of the room with a... Pokeball? Made of stone on top of the post. "Serena what's that?" I asked pointing to the room. She came over and looked threw the glass window "I think they stole it from the museum" she explained "Its supposed to be an ancient artifact that holds some darkness inside... But I don't know the full detail" she continued "maybe we should get it back to the museum" I said "I don't know... Something tells me something bad will happen" she said twiddling her fingers "oh c'mon" I said "fine.. Fine... Fine" she rolled her eyes "Pikachu iron tail on the glass" he nodded and his tail turned a silver medal color and he smashed it into the glass and it shattered. Immediately the alarms went off again "c'mon we got to hurry" I said jumping threw the window to the room. We ran to the middle of the room where the post and stone pokeball was. "Stop right there!" I heard a yell behind me I turned around to see Giovanni and some random grunts that I didn't care about "what are you doing with this pokeball?!" I asked pointing to the stone pokeball on the post "we are doing research to gain its power" Giovanni replied "well we are going to take it back to where it belongs" I told him about to grab the pokeball "WAIT DON'T TOUC-" too late I grabbed the stone pokeball it started to glow and then there was a blinding flash of white light.
