Ok so basically this song is mostly about a a guy named Albert fish who had a habit of kidnapping children and eating them (no joke!) His last victim was grace Budd (which is who the song is talking about) after that he wrote a note to grace budd's parents how brutally and harshly how he killed and eat their daughter after that he died from being electrocuted.
