Chapter 7 Pillars of Water
"Ugh!" Anakin slumped to his knees, clutching his head. Her voice was shrill and unrelenting. WHY ARE HERE? WHY DO YOU DISTURB MY PEACE?!
Anakin some how found the strength to give s force push in her direction and was unsurprised to have her answer with almost equal force. For the next few minutes Anakin was locked in a deadly stalemate against the person he was sent to find. Against a person he couldn't see.
Anakin felt a invisible hand clench around his throat. He was suspended a few inches the air. And then
Water. Huge waves seemed to come of no where, beating down on him. The choke hold loosed and he fell. The water engulfed him, forcing him down. He struggled against it, but growing upon a desert planet doesn't make you a great swimmer. Thrashing, he fought the water to reach the air only to have it force him back down. This was no ordinary water. This wave had a mind of its own. Well... Anakin thought. At least I know I found the right person.
With this grim comfort, he surrendered to overwhelming force and went down. Down down down until everything started going black.
With the last of his strength he managed to transmit to her mind. Wait...... I need your help.
Then everything faded......
Am I dead? Anakin wondered without much concern. This limbo was very relaxing.
He felt something cold on face. This lead him to realized he had a face. Wait!! Where am I? His face grew colder until his eyes finally relented and snapped open. Everything was fuzzy. He must have been dreaming. How else could he explain the giant pillar of water that kept tapping his face? Oh wait.... Hydrokenesis. His eyes darted over slightly to a small figure standing next to the water. She had thick black hair which was blowing sideways in the slight breeze. She wore a faded green robe. Her face was hardened with a scowl as she looked down at him. Seeing that he was awake, he raised her eye brow.
"Who are you." Her voice was breathy and cold,as though she hadn't spoken in years.
Anakin tried to sit up but her water flicked down and pinned his arms. "You are not moving until you answer my questions. You
should be grateful I let you live... for now."
"Well that's comforting." Anakin muttered.
"Don't test me. Now tell me why your are here."
