Kodahs POV

Heis watching me.
I know he is.
The man.
The man who believes I will trust him.
He tries to hide in the ruins but he does not count on my power. I see everything, no matter how hides, no matter, if I want to.
He means to make me leave my home. My safe place the place where keep my thoughts. He cannot control me. I have had enough of being controlled.

~~flash back~~

The monster was gone. Taken by her water. Her parents were gone also also, taken by a monster. She screamed a wild, guttural scream like a person possessed. Her eyes bulged, her grief spiraling down and strangling her. The water raced over the city, the village. She cursed the world for a making a monster. She cursed the world for continuing with out her family. The waves crashed down destroying the village. Her power was unleashed. For a moment she marveled at the destruction she caused. The freedom of power felt elating. Then.... it was still. Her world had been broken, and the pieces swept away. Grief. It hit her and she became aware of what she had done. In her joy of defeating a monster, she had become one.

I closed my eyes as though to hide the painful images. It is over, I told my self. It is all over.
