Act I, Part I

(Lights on. Many years ago, as the skies produced dark clouds, King Arthur himself rode to the battle plains of Midigo with his army. On both sides of his army were his allies and their armies, all willing to vanquish the evil that was preparing to ravage the whole Earth. In front of them was the plain field, and on the far end was another army of monsters that were hungering for their blood. On a small hill few metres behind the creatures stood a man with a long white beard, weak sky blue eyes and light skin, indicating that he was old. He was dressed in dark robes and held a staff that was struck on the ground. The staff was wooden, long and had dead branches on top that erected in a disorganised manner and joined each other so as to form a centre which housed a light bluish spherical orb that erected flashes of lightening. His eyes then glowed blazing orange and he spoke in a strange large voice of which everyone heard).
OLD MAN: I am Darona the Great! The greatest and most feared wizard across the lands! How dare you challenge me!
(Arthur stepped forward and drew out his sword. Everyone else who had a sword drew out theirs as well. The charioteers were also ready, so were the archers)
DARONA:(Smirks at them) Since it's death you want, it's death that shall be your reward!
(The monsters roared and rushed towards them. The men yelled and ran towards them as well. The two armies collided at the centre of the plain and fought fiercely against each other)
ARTHUR:(Kills a monster by slicing its stomach with his sword. He sights the hill and silently speaks) There he is.
(Joined by five other knights, they cut through the wave of monsters and rushed towards the hill. They surround the hill and slowly climb up to the top of the hill)
DARONA:(Speaks as they climb the hill) Why do you persist when you know that I am inevitable? You know that this world is meant to be mine and mine alone! Instead of rebeling, why don't you join me instead and conquer the whole world? Imagine how this new world I dream of come into reality!
ARTHUR:(Reaches the top of the hill and faces the wizard while holding his sword near to his right) To hell with your world. We're putting an end to this abominable fantasies of yours.
DARONA:(Frowns at them and pulls out his staff from the ground) I've never seen a more foolish set of men than these. Come and experience your deaths!
(Arthur first yelled and charged at him. He dodges the sword swiftly and sends Arthur flying out of the hill as he placed his right palm at the latter's chest. Arthur however manages to cling to the hill with his left hand while the other hand held his sword. The remaining men charge at Dagona and tried to kill him. He misses their attack and was drawn backwards by an invisible force. His staff then blazes out fire which kills two of the men)
DAGONA:(Laughs evily) Hahahahaha! Do you still want death?
(The three remaining men tremble a little at the death of their comrades and at his warning. But their faces were bold and showed their willingness to fight)
DAGONA:(Smirks) Very well. Who wants to die first?
(They charge towards him again, but the ground beneath him opens and swallows him admist his laughs. The ground behind them reopens and Dagona emerges out from it. They turn sharply and saw him striking his staff on the ground. At that, a thick and sharp wood broke through the ground under the knight in the middle of the trio and went through his body from the anus and erecting out from his neck, spilling blood at the other knights beside them. As Dagona removed the staff from the ground, the sharp wood also left the man's body and entered the earth, leaving a dead man with blood leaking from his neck and anus to explain his death)
DAGONA:(Laughs evily again) Hahahahaha! (Smiles) Anyone else?
(The knight on the dead man's left suddenly grew angry and ran towards him in a fit of rage)
OTHER KNIGHT:(Yells at his comrade) No! Stop!
(His comrade turn deaf ears to his warnings. He rises his sword to smite Dagona but the wizard dodged his attack by ducking and perfectly sliced the knight in half by the end of his staff which had turned into a sharp wooden blade. The dead knight fell to the floor in two halves)
DAGONA:(Still holding his staff, he clears his throat and speaks to the other knight) Are you still stubborn or have you repented?
(The other knight holds his sword and walks towards him)
DAGONA:(Sighs) Very well then.
(The two of them engaged in a fight where each time the knight tried to strike, Dagona would counter and force the knight back until he was at the edge of the hill. The knight tried to attack again, but this time, Dagona dodged the attack and made a sharp cut on the knight's face with the end of his staff. The knight nearly fell off the hill but managed to regain his footing. He touches the cut and feels his blood slowly escaping. He looks at Dagona who is chukling and licking the end of his staff)
DAGONA:(Still chukling) Your blood tastes nice. Let the Earth have a taste of it too!
(Dagona holds the staff vertically in front of him while the knight also does the same thing with his own sword in a suicidal attempt. He tries to resist Dagona's control effect but failed. Dagona stabbed himself in the stomach while the knight did the same with his sword. The knight fell down the hill and died before he reached the ground. Dagona removes the staff from his stomach and laughs evily as the dark skies thundered with lightening.
However, a sword stabbed him from behind and came out from his stomach. It was then drawn backwards, which made the shocked wizard fall on his knees and let go of his staff. A man walks to his left and picks up the staff with his left hand while he held his sword with his right)
DAGONA:(Grunts in pains) I underestimated you Arthur. My dreams however will still become a reality.
ARTHUR:(Bends down and looks him in the eye) Then in that case, I, Arthur Pentdragon, and my descendants will never rest until your dreams never come true.
DAGONA:(Laughs) Then good luck with the whore you call your wife.
(Arthur, fuming with rage at his words, chopped off Dagona'S head. He drops his sword, looks at the battlefield and breaks the staff into four pieces with his right knee. By doing this, the monsters decomposed into vapours and varnish into the sky, which left everyone yelling out a chant of victory.
They march towards the hill and saw Arthur coming to met them with Dagona's body on his left shoulder, three of the pieces of the staff in his right hand and the last piece with Dagona's head. He smiles at them while they cheer for him. He nods at two horse riders who rode beside him)
ARTHUR:(Gives each rider the body and the head respectively) Go and bury these cursed body parts to a place where even the devil himself won't be able to find them. (While they take them and rode off, he addresses the armies) Today we have defeated a great dark force from conquering the Earth. However, if such ever erupts again after we are no more, then may our descendants also unite to destroy this dark plague before it consumes them. So let it be written in our royal records and be reminded to our children and to their children, that if such should repeat itself again, they must join forces once more to defeat this great evil and rid it from our lands. (Wild cheers interrupts him but they quickly died down) March back to your lands. I must go and bury these(He rises the pieces of the staff high for all eyes to see) by myself.
KNIGHT ONE:(Shocked at his words) Alone sir?
ARTHUR:(Turns to face the knight) Yes.
KNIGHT TWO:(Wears a concerned look on his face) But sir...
ARTHUR: (Speaks in a serious tone as he turns to face the other knight) No buts. These must be buried by me and me alone. The spirits of my ancestors will guide me until I get back to Carmelot. Tell my wife that I'll be back before she know it.
(No one opposed his decision anymore. He was given a white horse by its rider who wished him good luck. He smiled at the man, put the pieces in a lether bag attached to the horse saddle, climbed on the horse and rode away. Everyone watched him as he travelled to only God knows where he was going to hid them. As soon as he disappeared from their sight, they turned and marched back to their kingdoms)
(Lights fades)
