As Tokoyami searched the city for Shigaraki and his gang, Yaoyorozu was walking home when it began pouring down rain. As she tries to run, a car drives close to her and stops her. 

Driver: Hey baby! Want a ride?

Yaoyorozu felt uneasy about this man. She could smell the booze reeking the car. All her instincts told Yaoyorozu to not get in the car. She decided to walk away from the car. As she does so, she sees the same crow from the funeral perched on a streetlight.

Yaoyorozu: (That crow....) 

But as Yaoyorozu's thoughts fell on the crow, the car drove up to her once more.

Driver: Come on baby! Let's have a fun time!

Yaoyorozu: Leave me alone! 

Suddenly, the driver grabs Yaoyorozu's wrist and attempts to pull her into the car. As Yaoyorozu struggles, Tokoyami walks to where the driver's seat was and taps on the driver's window with his shotgun.

Driver: Can you fuck off?! I'm trying to score......

But as the driver turned around, he sees the shotgun tapping his window. Upon seeing it, the driver freaks out as he lets go of Yaoyorozu. He then begins to drive away. After that, Tokoyami turns to Yaoyorozu. 

Tokoyami: You should be more careful. This city is dangerous at night. 

As Yaoyorozu got up, she got a good look and was stunned to see Tokoyami's face. 

Yaoyorozu: Tokoyami.....is....is that you?

Tokoyami: Yes. We should probably speak somewhere private....

Tokoyami then took Yaoyorozu to his old apartment building. Once there, he told Yaoyorozu everything about what had happened. From his resurrection to the killing of Toga. Upon finishing the story, Yaoyorozu was visibly disturbed. 

Yaoyorozu: Tokoyami.....I'm sorry....

Tokoyami: Don't be. Shigaraki and his thugs will be sorry. They'll pay for what he did to me. To Kyoka......

Yaoyorozu: So after you kill them, what next?

Upon hearing this, Tokoyami became lost in thought. He hadn't thought about what he planned after killing Shigaraki and his gang. He was so blinded by his thirst for revenge that he didn't even think of the aftermath. All he wanted was to be with his beloved Jiro. All Tokoyami wanted was to hold her. 

Tokoyami: I.....I don't know. 

Seeing that he was troubled, Yaoyorozu place her hand on Tokoyami's shoulder. When she does that, Tokoyami has a flashback to when he first met Jiro. It was at a small concert venue where Tokoyami's band Black Ankh were playing a gig. Yaoyorozu led Jiro through the crowd. 

Yaoyorozu(Young): I think you'll really like this band! 

Jiro: We'll see about that Momo. 

As Black Ankh played a song, Jiro found herself mesmerized by Tokoyami. He was filling in for the singer who had quit the night before the gig. He was singing and playing lead guitar. 

Jiro: That guy.....

When Tokoyami's eyes met Jiro's, both felt an instant connection. After the show, Jiro and Yaoyorozu met Tokoyami backstage where he was tuning his guitar. 

Jiro(Young): That was an amazing show! 

Tokoyami(Young): Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. 

Jiro(Young): Kyoka Jiro. A pleasure to meet you!

Tokoyami(Young): Tokoyami. Fumikage Tokoyami. The pleasure is all mine. 

On that day, the two fell in love with one another. She would go on to become the singer for Black Ankh. Over time, the love would grow stronger and stronger until they became engaged. They treasured the moments they spent together When the flashback ended, Tokoyami shed a single tear as sorrow began to engulf him. 

Yaoyorozu: Tokoyami?

Tokoyami: It's....it's nothing Momo. I....I was lost in thought. 

After that, Tokoyami gathered his equipment and prepared to walk about the door. 

Tokoyami: You should wait here until the rain stops, then head home. 

Yaoyorozu: Tokoyami. Am I going to see you again?

Tokoyami took a moment to think of a response. There was no easy answer to it. He knew that there was no going back. 

Tokoyami: Probably not. Goodbye Momo. 

Tokoyami then left the room with the crow perched on his shoulders to resume his search for Shigaraki and his gang. As he resumed his search, his heart became heavy with both rage and sorrow.

Tokoyami: (Kyoka.....soon my love. Soon. I won't stop until you are avenged!)

Meanwhile, word of Toga's brutal murder has reached Shigaraki as he gathered Muscular and Dabi in their hideout. 

Muscular: What the hell did you call us for?! 

Shigaraki: Toga's dead. She's been found brutally murdered.

Upon hearing that, Muscular and Dabi were caught off guard. They soon looked around the hideout and saw Toga nowhere to be seen. 

Dabi: Who killed her?

Shigaraki: Don't know. But the way she was murdered indicates some kind of personal vendetta. 

Dabi: A rival gang? Of maybe the cops?

Muscular: Are you fucking kidding me?! Like the cops could do anything like that! And what gang in this shithole of a city could fuck with us?!

Dabi didn't like Muscular. He didn't even bother trying to hide his disdain for Muscular. The rest of the gang tried to figure out who could've been responsible. There's no one they could think of that would've had any kind of vendetta against them who posed any kind of threat.

Dabi: So what now?

Shigaraki: We search the city for whoever is responsible. When he do, they die. 

Upon saying that, Shigaraki along with Dabi and Muscular left the hideout to begin their search for whoever was responsible for Toga's murder. Little did they know that they were being hunted by Tokoyami and he would not stop until Shigaraki, Dabi and Muscular were all dead.
