"Master Alec, I'm asking you with all respect I have. Why?" Matteo asked with a frown tugging on his forehead and Alec sighed placing the last plate on the shelf. "He is special and I don't want him to get lost in this lifestyle. I trust you to guide him a little, alright?" Alec answered and Matteo was surprised because usually Alec wasn't the one to care. Alec usually was cold and really closed off but Matteo could see how this boy must have shoken his world. "I can do that, for sure. Why is it so important that now one knows though?" Matteo knew he was on thin ice with asking more questions but he felt like this was a good moment. "Everyone has their deal. My deal is to be cold and reckless while yours is to be adorable and cheeky. What would happen if someone found out that you actually cry when no ones looking?" Alec asked seeming to strike a nerve from Matteo who swallowed hard and chewed on his lower lip. "It wouldn't be good." He mumbled quietly and Alec placed a hand on Matteos shoulder giving him a small smile but his eyes still cold. "I wouldn't like it if someone knew my weaknesses so I'd like this to stay between us." Alec didn't want to threaten the younger one or scare. He wouldn’t admit it but he trusted the boy and actually liked him so he put his faith in believing him to follow orders. "Yes, Master Alec." Matteo understood Alec’s point and he sure wasn't the right one to talk to him about actual feelings. "Thanks... and about the crying... tell Hao please." Alec had caught Matteo a few times now while he was crying but he wasn't going to be the one to comfort him and neither was he the one to spill everything. "He knows... we’re working on it." Matteo replied a small smile drawn on his mouth and Alec rose an eyebrow. "I love him, Master Alec. How could I ever hide anything from him? Love means having no secrets." Matteo added increasing the frown on Alecs forehead but he didn't ask further. "Are you still alive or did he kill you?" Hao interrupted them as he walked in the kitchen and placed his hands on Matteos hips and a kiss on his cheeks. "Nope, I'm still alive and have every important part of my body." Matteo joked nestling his face into the crook of his boyfriends neck and Hao chuckled. "It's late and you have to work tomorrow... lets go home." Hao suggested everyone looking at the clock and realizing that it was already past 10. "Time went by so quickly." Matteo gasped and Alecs thoughts went to Magnus no matter how hard he tried to not think about the other man.

They said their goodbyes to Quen and Alec drove Hao and Matteo back to their shared apartment. "Thank you for the ride, Master Alec." Matteo said as he climbed out of the car after Hao opened the door for him and Alec just answered it with a curt “You're welcome.” Hao didn't close the door though and whispered something into Matteo ears which must have excited him dramatically since he ran off like a 4 year old on his Christmas morning. "What did you tell him?" Alec asked curiously and Hao wiggled his eyebrows only earning an eye roll from his friend. "He is a catch. He fits perfect with you." Alec commented still just sitting in the car. Hao rose an eyebrow. "He is MY catch." Hao answered knowing Matteo wasn't Alec’s type and Alec chucked shaking his head. "He isn’t..." "He isn't your type and you aren't his either, I know. There is no way. I'd never be jealous of you." Hao and Alec has been friends for so long now there wasn't a thing that could get between them. Sure they fought here and there but in the end they always made up. Hao accepted a long time ago that Alec wouldn't trust him 100% with his past but he knew Alec trusted him 100% on the battlefield which was more than enough. "I guess you won't be at the club tonight?" Alec asked earning a dark smirk from Hao and Alec knew the answer to his question. "See you tomorrow." Alec added and Hao said his goodbyes heading to his buildings door. Alec was very excited to get to the club today because he wanted to enjoy his last few days without Magnus being there. He didn't know for sure if Magnus was going to be a member but he hoped the ladder because he didn't didn’t know if he could handle being around him that much. Magnus made Alec feel things that were way to complicated and he didn't have time for anything like that. He had no time to question everything he believed in, neither had he even thought about settling down any time soon. Magnus needed stability and Alec could never give him that. At the club Alec took a quick shower before he getting dressed and he was on the couch at 11pm sharp. Perfect for the second show of the evening. During the week Alec usually didn't stay any later than 12 because he had to get up early for work but he didn't sleep a lot anyway. "Master Alexander, I may speak with you?" It was Teddy who approached Alec his head lowered and Alec rose an eyebrow. "You may talk, Pet. What is it?" Alec asked patting the spot next to him on the couch and Teddy sat down hesitantly. "I talked today with Magnus today... he is in the process of becoming a sub here now, Master." Teddy informed him. Alec felt anger rise in his bones. He placed his hands on Teddy's thigh grasping them tightly his nails digging into the others leather pants making him gasp. He slowly leaned in bringing his lips closer to Teddy's ear. Alec could sense how Teddy started to breathe faster and how his body was shaking forom excitement. "I hope you prepared well." Alec whispered into Teddy's ear making the boy shiver and Alec smirked evily. Tonight was not about Magnus but all about forgetting him...//tbc
