Previously on "Dark Legacy"

Golden Great Ape looks up at the sky, the green clouds disperse and he gets a front road sit towards looking up at a full moon. A fully intact and shining full moon, its light shines down on the Golden Great Ape who looks up at it.

Golden Great Ape: "The moon . . . . . . it looks . . . so beautiful, just like that time when we all . . . . went camping"

Inside the Golden Great Ape's mind, inside of Goten Black's mind, and deep within him, he sees a memory of his past, of his former world, and of those he cared about. It was a young g version himself, his brother Gohan, Videl, Piccolo, and Android 18, they were all camping and on one night, there was a beautiful full moon in the sky. The five of them were so happy, smiles on their faces, and were being shined by the moon. Back to reality, Golden Great Ape extended his arms towards the sky, his hands trying to reach the moon as his body began to glow, and he roared.

"ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"

His loud roar slowly became a humanoid scream, his long spiky hair shrinks down and changes, his body also shrunk down and became more humanoid as Golden Great Ape form was slowly disappearing, and Goten Black was slowly returning, changing, and taking on a new form. His body became humanoid, his pants which were supposedly torn apart were somehow intact,  his tail, arms, shoulders, back, and sides gained a red fur that signified his connection to the Great Ape form, and his hair, while not as long as the hairstyle he gains when Super Saiyan 3, the form granted a lot of black spiky hair. his roar became a cry of rage and determination as Goten Black takes on a new form.

Vegeta: "Wha-What is this? What is this form!"

Goku: "I don't.... know"

Zamasu: "Of course you don't" (flies up, and flouts a few feet away from them) "while you two focused on reaching the potential Beerus gave you, you abandoned your principles of being saiyan and believe that Super Saiyan 3 was the ultimate form a Saiyan can take on" (chuckles) "but no, the was a form greater than that, the primal instincts of a Saiyan"

Goten Black, now in a new form, walks over to the edge and looks towards Goku, Vegeta, and Zamasu, smirking confidently with pink glow in his eyes as the moon behind him seemed to have changed color for a second.

Zamasu: "Super Saiyan 4!"

Goten Black: "Hehehehe please do admire what you could have had mongrels, I! Son Goten have reached the true strength us Saiyan's can have!!"

Future Trunks, still in Super Saiyan Rage, flies up and goes beside his father. Turning towards where they are looking, he finds Goten Black in Super Saiyan 4 smirking at him.

F. Trunks: "Oooh crap baskets"

Goten Black, now in Super Saiyan 4, jumps down from where he was and starts walking towards where Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks and Zamasu are landing. He walk past the destruction he's caused, that is until he notices a window with glass still intact on it, he walks over to it and stares at himself and looking at his new appearance. Goten Black places his hand on his chin, scratching it as he examines himself through the window's glass. The large amount of black hair he has, the red fur that covers his body and tail, the eyelashes that he gained under his eyes, the sound of his voice and his pink pupils that almost seemed like their glowing.

Goten Black: "Hmmm this truly is an odd form I'm in" (lowers his hand) "truly, this is not what I expected"

His tail comes up forward and he stares at it as it moves on his own, up and down, left and right, and then he looks back at himself. Admiration has placed on his face, he flexes a little and smirks at himself without caring that the others were looking at him. Vegeta and Future Trunks sweat drop, Zamasu smiles, and Goku had a worried, but interested looked on his face as he takes one step forward before taking more steps as he walks over towards Goten Black.

F. Trunks: "Gok—

Vegeta: (puts his hand in front of Trunks, stoping his son) "Do not intervene son, you know as well as I that this may be the only time Kakarot can talk to his brat"

F. Trunks: ". . . . . . . ." (stares at Vegeta before looking back at Goku) ". . . . . alright"

Zamasu: "Do not expect my student to join your side mortals, he's quit fine where he is" (chuckles) "he doesn't need mortals that have the same faces of those who ruined his life"

Vegeta: "Hmph! quiet now false god"

Zamasu: "Oh I'm sorry, but what makes you think you have power over me Vegeta? I don't see you winning anything, so why should I stay quiet hmm? my student, my masterpiece has broken you, your son, and Goku more than once ha!" (leans against a wall) "as much as I don't like the fact Goku thinks that he can talk to him now, I full trust that my masterpiece will not fall for his lies"

Vegeta: "Lies? now what could you mean by that Zamasu? are you perhaps worried that your apprentice would betray you? are you afraid of him or something?"

Zamasu: (glares at Vegeta with his one good eye) "Quiet you pathetic mortal, I do not fear my student, I'm the one who created him, trained him, and molded him into becoming the perfect warrior after all, so why would be afraid of him?"

F. Trunks: "Hmm I think you might be right father" (smirks at Zamasu) "I think Zamasu is afraid of Goten's potential"

Vegeta: "Heh"

Zamasu: (leans of the wall and appears a ki blade) "Quiet you spoiled brat! just wait until their done talking! once Goten is done demolishing you all and destroying this forsaken world! I'll make sure you suffer and watch as all you fought to protect dies in front of you!!"

F. Trunks: (grabs his sword) "Bring it on Zamasu"

Vegeta: (puts his hand on Future Trunks chest and pushes his back) "Calm yourself Trunks, do not let the fool get in your head, that's what he wants after all"

F. Trunks: (eyes widen and he lets go of the hilt of his sword) "Ri-Right father"

Vegeta: "And you" (crosses his arms and looks at Zamasu) "you may act like you care for him, but I can tell your type . . . . . . I can see through that facade you have . . . the question now would be when will you let it drop"

Zamasu: "I don't know what nonsense your spouting mortal, but just watch, watch as in time everything your son loves will crumble . . . . and after I'm done here" (points at Vegeta) "your world is next"

Vegeta: "Like hell will even let you live Zamasu, count your days because your reckoning is almost near"

Zamasu: "Will see about that Vegeta"

Back with the Sons, Goku walks up to Goten Black, who feels his presence and looks towards his father from another world. Both stare at each other until Goten Black smiles at his father.

Goten Black: "So? what do you think?" (motions to himself) "be honest, it looks cool right? I'm sure living it"

Goku: "Yeah.... It looks cool Goten"

Goten Black: "I knew it was hehehe I feel so many things right now" (opens the palm of his hand and appears a ball of ki which he then points at the direction Mai is) "I feel powerful"

Goku: (eyes widen) "Wait—!"

F. Trunks: "Mai!!"

Goten Black fires a ki blast at where Mai is, if it wasn't for Future Trunks, who appeared at last minute, she would have been killed as Fiture Trunks deflected the attack before it could hit Mai. He immediately turns to her and began to make sure she was alright. The attack Future Trunks deflected hit a building and destroy the bottom haft of it which makes everything above it start to crumble.

Goten Black: "Aaah young love~ so beautiful~ hehehe"

Goku: "Why did you do that!"

Goten Black: "Wanted to test how strong I was, plus you do this too when you want to test out something new, so I don't see any issues" (chuckles before throwing a quick jap) "I feel faster, and stronger too" (he throws fast punches, then a few kicks, and then stomps the ground which in results cracks it on a large scale) "cool, hahahaha though I do feel a bit monstrous in this form, though I think monstrous wouldn't be the word"

Goku: "What do you mean? are you saying this form affects your . . . . personality too"

Goten Black: "Something like that yeah hmm I feel . . . dangerous . . . . like I'm not in complete control hehehe I'm not right in the head you see" (Taos his head before turning back towards the glass of the window) "you could say that I feel really . . different"

The glass breaks into pieces by just looking at it, Goten Black frowns before turning towards Goku, the Saiyan from earth was surprised by what just happened before turning towards Goten Black with a frown. They stare at each other silently as this the moment Goku has been waiting for since the start of all the fighting, a moment with his son from another world, to understand him and probably tried to save him from his dark path.

Goku: "Goten I—"

Goten Black: "Stop"

Goku: "What?"

Goten Black: "Just stop . . . . . what your trying to do is meaningless, unnecessary, and a waste of time father"

Goku: "At least hear me out, I promised your mother that I would save you from the oath your going down, and that's what I'll do"

Goten Black: "My mother? hmph! I've already forgotten about that foolish woman, the mere thought that it was I! who came out of her disgust me to this day, tsk! that is why her death was one of the more satisfying ones" (crosses his arms) "Chi Chi is not my mother, never was, and never will be, not in my world, not in your world or in any world"

Goku: "What? how can you say that Goten? she's your mother! and while the chi chi of your world may have treated you wrongly, my Chi Chi is not like that! can't you see that like me she wants to save you!!"

Goten Black: "I don't need saving!!" (in crosses and points at Goku) "I never asked to be saved! and why the heck would you even risk your live to save a monster like me!" (points at himself) "I'm Goten Black! the warrior from another world! student to Zamasu! and the only Goten to stand up and escape the large shadow you put on us!!" (lowers his arm) "my goal was always to do one thing, get out of your shadow and surpass you in any world"

Goku: "But why do innocents have to suffer my counterparts self actions! why did your world need to erased? why did other worlds have to suffer your wrath!"

Goten Black: "They should honestly feel great that I did! in any world the earth and its innocents always have to pay for the crimes you commit father! for the dangers you bring to them! and for the decisions you make! plus! the worlds I've visited, the corruption they have! the low amount of innocents and pure hearted people and the worlds ruled by tyranny hmph! me erasing them was an act of mercy"

Goku: "Mercy? that's not mercy, it's murder! genocide! and extermination! you're not better than me! your worse!"

Goten Black: "Who cares! This is my life! I choose how I want to live it, and my decisions are my own!!"

Goku: "Is this what Gohan would have wanted then huh!? what Videl, Piccolo, and 18 would have wanted? do you think they would be happy to see you like this!!"

Goten Black: (glares daggers at Goku) "Don't you dare say they're names! I lost them because of yours and Vegeta's counterparts"

Goku: "Goten please! understand that—"

Goten Black: "Enough! I've had enough of this conversation!" (clenches his fist) "time I test out this new form"

Goten Black cracks the ground with his feet and makes a small crater before lunging towards Goku, who's eyes widen and quickly took a step back and blocked Goten Black's punch, but he's alternate son hasn't pulled away and was oushing his forward onto Goku's forearm as he tried to push his alternate son back.

Goku: "Goten stop! let's just talk!"

Goten Black: "Talk? Talk!? since when were you one to be reasonable father, huh!?"

Goten Black with sheer will and strength pushes Goku back by force itself, sending him a few meters away before landing his feet on the ground.

Goten Black: "The time of talk is over, now is the time to continue our battle hehehe you know that punch hmm it felt much more stronger than other ones I've thrown heh I'm starting to like this" (wiggles his hands)

Goten Black: (cracks his neck) "don't mind me, just getting some good old fashion stretches before we start" (does a bit of high knees) "after all, I think I'm going to enjoy this a lot hehehe is so fun beating you three up"

Vegeta: (walks up beside Goku) "Are you done talking with one another? or do you plan to waste time by doing stretches?"

Goten Black: "Oh! I'm sorry my dear prince" (places his hand on his chest and fakes his apology) "I'm really sorry for wasting your time, but I just like talking and hearing my own voice you see"

Vegeta: "Guess is time to shut it up"

Goten Black: (smirks) "Come try then"

Vegeta: (scoff before whispering) "Can you keep up?"

Goku: (whispers) "Yeah, but I'm still injured phew I was just glad that I had one sense bean on me just incase, how many do you have left"

Vegeta: (whispers) "Four"

Goku: (whispers) "Darn it, we need to save those for emergency"

Goten Black: "Hmm? are my ears lying to me or did you just say that there are only four sense beans left on ya? that's wonderful news! tell me when you ran out of them, I'll make it quick and painless for you Vegeta!"

Vegeta: "Hmph! the last thing happening here will be me dying to you brat!" (points at himself and smirks) "this isn't over yet, not until I've taken my last breath"

Goten Black: "Hehehehe very poor choice of words there" (smirks, and raises his power as lighting sparks flicker around him and his hair raises)

Goten Black and Vegeta smirk at each other before dashing towards one another with impactful speeds, the ground shaking, and their spots now craters as both warriors meet elbow to elbow, their impact creating yet another shockwave that creates cracks on the ground, they pull away from another before Vegeta goes in for the punch that Goten Black pushes aside as he goes to then kick Vegeta, but his attack was blocked by the prince and then grabbed as Vegeta pulls him in to unbalance Goten Black, who is not affected by this as he raises his other leg and knees Vegeta in the face which frees him from the prince hold as Goten Black pushes Vegeta back with feet and then charges a quick ki attack before firing a ki blast at Vegeta, but Goku appears in front of Vegeta and deflects to the attack. Goku with a serious face charges at Goten Black, who's smirk widens, he blocks his alternate father's punch, that still had force in it, that sends Goten Black up flying as Goku chases after before interlocking with his alternate son.

Goku: "Even if you don't want me to save you, I'm still going to try"

Goten Black: "HAHA!! do I look like I fucking care old man!"

Goku's blue ki flares and Goten Black yellow ki flares higher than Goku's as both stayed interlocked with hands holding one another and both started hurting their teeth as they fought for control, that is until the power they presented literally separated from one another. Goten Black is to charge and head straight towards Goku, landing a solid punch on the Saiyan from earth's face, he chuckles and charges in again annd tries to kick Goku, but his alter father catches the kick and pushes it back as Goku goes in and land a punch on Goten Black and then goes for another that Goten Black punches. Goku then starts throwing a barrage of hits that try to get a hit on Goten Black, but the alternate son blocks the hits and counterattack with one after block one of his fist, the attack hits and Goku is force to then cross his arms as he blocks a barrage of hits from Goten Black until he then received a rising kick that destroys his defense and hits him on the chin, launching upwards into the sky. Goten Black goes to follow, but was intervened by Vegeta as both clash with another before pushing each other away and then charge at each other again with Vegeta going for a kick that Goten Black dodges before spinning and then elbowing Vegeta in the stomach, but he then adds the attack with an axe kick that hits Vegeta in the back of the neck. Vegeta gets launched downwards and Goku charges in, but his punched was blocked by Goten Black's saiyan tail as it then wrap itself around Goku's arm and pulls him closer to Goten Black, who tries a punch that lands solidly against Goku's face, but the alternate som doesn't stop there, while keeping Goku in place, he starts using Goku as a punching back and starts landing multiple punches on the saiyan from earth.

Goten Black: "HeheheheheheHahahahaha this kind reminds me on how we meet, like three or two nights ago right?"

Before Goku can say anything he was punch in the face again, Goten Black continued to laugh and beat up his alternate father until a ki blast hits his back and interrupted him. Smoke came from where he was hit, but Goten Black was unaffected by the hit as he simply looks back confused.

Goten Black: "Now who did that?"

F. Trunks: "AAAAAAAAAAH!!!"

Goten Black: "Oh hey Trunks"

Goten Black releases Goku and kicks him away, turning towards the other Ki blast Future Trunks fire at him as he grabbed the hilt of his sword, Goten Black dodges two of the Ki blast before raising his right arm and started firing his own Ki blast at Future Trunks, who dodged them with evasive maneuvers and quick reacting before taking out his sword. Future Trunks fires Ki blasts and so does Goten Black, their ki blast beginning to collide with one another and explode as Future Trunks gets closer to Goten Black, the alternate son brings out a Ki blade on his left arm and continues to fire Ki blast at Future Trunks until he was inches away. Goten Black raises his ki blade and blocks Future Trunks sword, but the momentum that Future Trunks carried was passed on to the clash as Goten Black was pushed back while clashing with Future Trunks, who tried to overpower Black, but failed as Goten Black pushes him back and then charges at Future Trunks with a slash that the time traveler blocks, yet he doesn't decide to stop and continues to slash at Future Trunks  with quick and precise strikes that overwhelm Future Trunks and push him back. The time traveler was pushed back as he blocks two slashes from Goten Black and tries to counterattack after the third slash, blocking the ki blade and then aiming to slash his sword across Goten Black's chest, but Goten Black dodges the slash and then widens his swing before unleashing a spinning slash attack that Future Trunks almost could not block as he raised his sword on time and blocked the spinning saw slash attack from Goten Black, but when finished, the attack pushes Future Trunks back into a destroyed building. Falling to his back, he quickly gets up and sees Goten Black with the palm of his hand pointed at him.

Goten Black: "Big Bang Attack!!"

Future Trunks eyes widen and tries to counter the ki blast with energy wave ki blast attack, the results ends up being an explosion that hits Future Trunks and hides him in the smoke. Goten Black smirks at this and then immediately leans back as another energy wave ki blast attack flies past him.

Goten Black: "That wasn't very nice Vegeta"

Vegeta: "Shut up! how dare you copy my move!"

Goten Black leans back further as Vegeta missed uppercut, but quickly switches to a drop kick that Goten Black blocks.

Goten Black: "What can I say" (grins) "we Sons like copying moves"

He pushes Vegeta back and goes to punch him, but the prince blocks the punch and then headbutted Goten Black, which makes the alternate son stumble backwards in the air before getting blasted by Vegeta as Goten Black is shot down until his literally tail saves him by deflecting the attack aside. Goten Black regains his balance in the air, places two of his fingers on his forehead, and disappears out of sight, using instant transmission he appears behind Vegeta before he can realize it.

Vegeta: ". . . . . . ."

Goten Black: ". . . . . Right behind you Vegeta"

Vegeta tenses up and goes to quickly turn around and punch Goten Black, but an invisible force stops Vegeta and keeps him in place as Goten Black had the palm of his right hand opened.

Vegeta is then send flying to the ground by a ki force wave, Goten Black then appears a ball of ki and fires it at Vegeta, but Future Trunks flies in and smacks the Ki blast away before charging at Goten Black. The alternate son sees this and then charges towards the time traveler as both were going to clash until Goku comes back and drop kicks Goten Black out of nowhere, sending him to the right until he stops himself mid air and launches a barrage a Destructo discs towards the two, then he fires two ki energy wave attacks that purposely miss Goku and Future Trunks before controlling them to boomerang back towards him, but on the way was Goku and Future Trunks.

F. Trunks: "He's trying to trap us!"

Goku: "Quickly Trunks grab onto my shoulder!"

Goku's plan was to use instant transmission, but before they could do anything, Goten Black comes into view and uses solar flare on the two heroes, immediately blinded by the light of the attack. A barrage of Destructo disc came from their front and two energy wave ki blast came from the back, they were trapped and would have been taken down if not for Vegeta, who comes in on time and fires a burst of ki that destroy the Destructo discs and then turns towards the two ki energy waves and fires two of his own that counter the two Goten Black fired and then overpowers them. Soon Goku and Future Trunks see that they were fine, and that they were saved by Vegeta.

Goku: "Gee thanks Vegeta, I thought he had us there"

Vegeta: "Bastards only toying with us"

F. Trunks: "Then we take him on together!"

Goten Black: "Hehe and together you'll fall"

Goten Black powers up and charges towards the trio, Vegeta goes forward and fires a barrage of ki blast from his hands and towards Black, who dodges each of the ki blast easily and deflects three that were in his way before speeding towards Vegeta and appeared inches away from stabbing him in the face as Goten Black appears a ki blade. Future Trunks quickly acts and goes to slash Goten Black, seeing this Black changes things and blocks Future Trunks attack before flying away from them, Future Trunks follows and tries to slash Goten Black again only this time Black dodges the slash and knees Future Trunks in the stomach before sledgehammering him in the back as the time traveler falls, Goten Black appears a big ball of ki and throws it at Future Trunks. The ball of ki hits Future Trunks and takes him to the ground, which is when the attack exploded.

Vegeta: "Trunks!"

Goten Black: "I'm sure he's fine, right? I kinda need him since I still owe him a lot more suffering"

Vegeta: "Damm you!"

Goku: "Vegeta wait!"

Vegeta ignores Goku and charges at Goten Black, who smiles at him before dodging his punch and hitting Vegeta with one of his own, Goten Black then uppercuts Vegeta and then downward punches him to keep him in place and land a barrage of punch which end with a burst of Ki that sends Vegeta flying backwards as Goku catches him. Seeing them both in one place, Goten Black uses instant transmission and appears above Goku, planting his feet on his alter father's face as he pushes him back before pulling his left arm back. After getting pushed by Goten Black's feet he loses his grip on Vegeta and both descend down slowly, but Goku then sees Goten Black charging a green attack.

Goten Black: "Finaaal! Shiiinee!!" ATTACK!!!"

Goten Black fires a green with black inside energy wave attack at Goku and Vegeta, the Saiyan from earth's eyes widen as he quickly powers up and summon a ki a barrier that protects him and Vegeta from the blast that almost breaks said barrier. Once the attack finishes, Goku was about to put down the barrier, but Goten Black appears out of nowhere and punches through the barrier and goes to punch Goku, but Goku catches the fist and punches Goten Black, Vegeta regains consciousness and sees Goten Black wide open, so he charges in and kicks him away and charges at him again and starts throwing a barrage of punch's and kicks onto Goten Black, Goku flies in to also join Vegeta in the barrage. Surprisingly, Goten Black first catches Vegeta's fist and then catches Goku's, he smirks and he looks at them with shining pink eyes as he unleashes a ki force wave that pushes both saiyans back, but he then dashes forward and lariats both Goku and Vegeta at then same time before throwing them away.

Goten Black: "There's no escape!"

Goten Black extends his arms forward and all five fingers of both his hands shine before firing huge beams of light that Goku and Vegeta dodge, but Goten Black wasn't aiming them at the two Saiyan's. Once trapped by the beams, Goten Black pulls his arms back and the beam curl up and pull back like rope as Goku and Vegeta are then caught and tied up together by Goten Black's ki rope.

Goten Black: "Now for the finisher! Ka! Me!Ha! Me! HAAAAA!!"

Both the Saiyan's eyes widen as they see the incoming beam with inner black color coming towards them.

Goku: "Vegeta power up! we need to destroy this rope!"

Vegeta: "You don't have to tell me twice you moron!"

Goku / Vegeta: "HAAAAAAA!!"

Both Goku and Vegeta raise their powers to the max, which successfully destroy the ki rope trapping them, yet it was too late, the kamehameha hits them, but Goku and Beheta don't give up and have both their hands out as they tried to stop the attack that was pushing them back. They were struggling to continue or even push the attack back, but surprisingly they were able to stop it and keep it in place, which got Goten Black's attention.

Vegeta: "Use your stupid Kaioken Kakarot!"

Goku: "I can't! I'm to weak right now! my body will break down if I use it now!"

Vegeta: "We have Senzu beans idiot! just do it!"

Goku: "Ggrrr got it! Kaio—!"

Goten Black: "As if I'd let you that again! not this time father! TIME TEN!!! HAAAAA!!!!!"

The blue light of the kamehameha is replaced by a red one that increases its size and power, the attack devours Goku and Vegeta and it hits one the destroyed buildings that still stand tall in the sky. Soon enough the attack ended and smoked covered the building the Times 10x Kamehameha hit as one the smoke began to diaperse, Goten Black spots base forms Goku and Vegeta, battered, beaten, and unconscious.

Goten Black: "Hmph! so much for mongrels who've supposedly gained the power of the gods hmph! just pathetic honestly" (opens the palm of his right hand and appears a ball of ki)

Goten Black: (makes the ball of ki grow) "Well time to finish ya both"

Back on the ground, we see Trunks slowly get back up and rub his forehead until he looks up and sees Goten Black with the ball of ki.
Following his gaze, Future Trunks spots the unconscious forms of Goku and Vegeta, gasping when seeing them in that state as he goes for his sword when Goten Black was about throw the ki blast.

Once he grabbed the hilt of his sword, Future Trunks throws it like boomerang and Goten Black notices it too late as he tried to dodge it, but the sword hit the ball of ki, so it exploded on his face. Like a boomerang, the sword returns to Future Trunks and he catches it successfully before standing up and panting a bit.

F. Trunks: "Alright, now let's go check on Goku and Father, if I'm right there's only four Senzu beans left, so I hope the last one won't be used yet" (feels something to his left and goes to slash what ever it is, his blade makes contact with a yellow ki blade)

Goten Black: "Where do you think your going spoiled brat"

F. Trunks: "Ggggrrr you'll pay for what you did to Mai!"

Goten Black: "Awww I'm sorry, did I hurt your little girlfriend?~"

F. Trunks: "Shut up!"

Future Trunks extended his hand forward, and fires a point blank burst of ki at Goten Black, but it Black had dodged the attack and appeared behind Future Trunks. He tried to stab him on the back with his ki blade, though Future Trunks sees this and blocks his attack before jumping away with Goten Black following.

Goten Black: "You know!" (does an upwards slash that Future Trunks blocks) "I'm getting real tired of that sword of yours!" (clashes with future Trunks sword four times before colliding with one another) "I should destroy it since it seems that you really are nothing without it!" (pushes forward and tried to overpower Future Trunks)

Future Trunks: "I'd like...! to see you try!" (powers up with his ki flaring and pushes Goten Black back before disappearing and appearing above him from behind) "got you!" (goes to slice Goten Black's neck)

Just as Future Trunks was about slice Goten Black's head off, Goten turns towards the sword, bites it and beaks it into multiple pieces. The shock on Future Trunks face is unbearable as the piece of his beloved sword fall to the ground.

F. Trunks: "N-No . . that's not . . . possible"

Goten Black: "Sadly it is now, sooo umm I'm not sorry about this (extended and sharpen his ki blade) "taste my blade!"

Goten Black slashes Future Trunks across his chest, giving him a clean cut as a bit of blood came out, this also resulted in Future Trunks getting thrown back as Goten Black dashes towards him and uses Divine Lasso, dancing around Trunks while injecting him with multiple needless, and finishing it off with a grateful spin away from the time traveler before taking on a pose, the needles exploded and Future Trunks is seen launched out of smoke screen and crashing into a wall. Future Trunks was on the ground, powers down to base form, is bleeding, and is badly injured now, but still in Super Saiyan Rage, and he tried to get up from the ground, but couldn't because the pain prevented him from moving even an inch. From the smokescreen, Goten Black comes out and walks over towards Future Trunks, his ki blade changing shape and he turns it into a hook blade.

Goten Black: "Oh my, that's a nasty scar you got there Trunks" (stabs the hook ki blade onto Future Trunks shoulder, making him scream in pain) "aaah~ there's the scream~ now come on chop chop, I'm pretty sure my master would want this honor more than me" (starts dragging Future Trunks as he walks towards where Zamasu is) "an alternate you did ruins his plans, so yeah he deserves the honor"

Back on where Goku and Vegeta are, we see them still battered, injured, and unconscious until Vegeta opens his eyes and starts coughing a bit. After that he looks at his surroundings and sees where he had ended up in, then he looked to his left and saw Goku slowly regaining consciousness and let out a groan.

Goku: "Aaaaah what happened?"

Vegeta: "Your brat beat us again" (slowly lifts up his hand and opens up a secret pocket that was on his armor, there he takes out two Senzu beans) "two left" (takes one, chews on it, and is then instantly healed) "dammit, even with these beans, they just beat us up before we can even get a zenkai boost and if we do get it, that beat just finds away to surpass his limits! it's ridiculous!" (hands Goku a Senzu bean)

Goku: (takes the Senzu) "Yeah that's true, I hope Daniel and his friends get here soon, we really need their help"

Vegeta: "I to admit it, but your right" (stands up and walks towards the edge) "heal up Kakarot, I'll make sure Trunks is..."

Vegeta stops in his tracks when his eyes immediately land on the scene of an injured and blind Future Trunks being thrown towards Zamasu as he sees the former Kai stomp his future son's head while Goten Black walks over and grabs Future Trunks by the hair and lift up to look at Zamasu.

Vegeta: "Tru-Trunks"

In the spot where Zamasu, Goten Black, Future Trunks are, we see Zamasu lean off the wall and walk over to defeated Future Trunks that was being held up by the hair. Goten Black chuckles and looks back at his master, seeing a sinister smile on the green Kai's face as he stands in front of Future Trunks and crouches down to look at him at the level he was.

Zamasu: "Trunks Briefs, the boy who could not let history go on" (stands up and motion Goten Black to let go of Future Trunks, he does and the time traveler goes face forward) "the Warrior of Hope! who's actions have only caused catastrophes, suffering, pain, and sadness to others because he just couldn't let history timeline fall to ruin ha! all because he just couldn't get papa Vegeta's love, and couldn't get the world he deserved because he just couldn't man up and faced his own problem! with his own strength! no! he had to be selfish and seek help from those that don't even belong here! who the reasons his world was even in shambles in the first place!" (sees Future Trunks trying to stand up, he smirks and grabs Future Trunks by the neck before lifting him up) "plus, you could have ended threats like myself and Goten here if you just focused on growing your strength than lazing around, isn't that right Goten?"

Goten Black: "Dang straight"

Zamasu: "Plus, look at what you've done to me mortal! I used to be beautiful! magnificent! and absolutely incredible!" (grabs his eyepatch and lift it up)

Zamasu: "I will never forget this, you took away my right eye and right shoulder, I lost my beauty because.of.you" (lowers his eyepatch and summons a ki blade while smirking)

Zamasu: "Now, for your crimes against me! your time! and all other timelines you've brought suffering to! I sentenced you Trunks Briefs! to death!!"

With Vegeta, he sees this scene, Future Trunks being held up by Zamasu, who had a ki blade out and ready to finish off Future Trunks. His mind showed what happened to Future Trunks when they were in the Cell games, because of his carelessness his boy died that day and if it wasn't for the dragon balls he'd stay dead. Now we have a similar moment here, where his son could lose his life again.

Vegeta: "Not again"

Goku: "Hmm? Vegeta?"

Vegeta: (Ki began to surround him) Not again!"

Vegeta ki began to rise, going from yellow, to red, and then to blue with his hair slowly changing blue and his muscles slowly growing too. He clenched his fists as he transforms into Super Saiyan Blue immediately, but his power continues to rise, grow, and change. The ki surging around him swirls and expanded wide that it got the attention of Zamasu and Goten Black.

Goten Black: "Hmm what is that?"

Zamasu: "Hmm I don't know, this never happened when I was here"

Goten Black: "It didn't? hmmm feeling the energy..... it's Vegeta's . . . this is Vegeta's power"

Zamasu: "Vegeta's?"

Back with Vegeta, the blue around began to darken, his muscle grew, his hair grew and began to change color too as with one last push, he lets it all out.

Vegeta: "NOT AGAIN!!!!"

Vegeta's power erupted like volcano, destroying, crushing, and pushing everything around him, that included Goku, who hasn't taken his Senzu bean. The Saiyan from earth holds his Senzu bean close as he's launched out of the building while Vegeta transforms. Down at the bottom Goten Black stares at the light show with interest while Zamasu is utterly surprised by what he's seeing that he even lets go of Future Trunks. The time traveler falls to the ground, but he's conscious enough to see the dark blue light in the distance.

F. Trunks: "Fa... ther....." (goes unconscious)

With Vegeta, soon the light around him began to calm down, and he soon stood on his two feet, and with a new form on him. Though, before we could see his new form, Vegeta disappears from sight, and we go back towards where Goten Black and Zamasu are.

Goten Black: "Huh? where he go?

Zamasu: "Hmm it was probably just noth— GAAAAAH!!"

Goten Black: "Master!"

Goten Black turns around to see someone strongly punch Zamasu on the stomach, and then blast him away with an energy wave ki blast that sends Zamasu miles away from the area. After dealing with the former Kai, the muscular individual dashes towards Goten Black and goes to punch him, but Black was prepared and block the punch, that while he blocked, it still pushed him back. The individual then dashes forward and points both palms of his hands towards Goten Black before unleashing a burst of a ki that supposedly hits Black, but it's revealed, once the smoke disperses, that he created a ki force field before he could get hit.

Goten Black: "Ha! you almost got me there, but I'm always one step ahead of you—!"

He's interrupted when the individual grabs his face and slams Goten Black against the ground before getting one good clean punch to the face, which would have continued if Goten Black didn't unleash a ki explosion wave that pushes the individual back.

Goten Black: (levitates back up, and crosses his arms) "You've certainly gained a lot more strength Vegeta, hoping for one last ditch effort"

In front of Goten Black was Vegeta, but in a new form that named: Super Saiyan Blue Evolution/Limit Breaker. His spiky hair was dark blue, the Ki surrounding him was dark blue, his muscles grew, and he had a serious face that meant he was not holding back as he was already in a stance.

Vegeta: "If you think I'll allow you to kill my son and get away with it, then you must be joking hmph! with this new strength! I will demolish you . . . . . Goten Black"

Goten Black: "Gained your respect huh? flattered, but I don't need it nor did I ever need it in my life" (smirks) "Kaioken"

Saying the technique in a calm and neutral tone, Super Saiyan 4 Goten Black is surrounded by a red glow that raises his power. Both warriors started at each other and prepared for one final fight against one another. The evolution of the Super Saiyan Blue power vs Super Saiyan 4, the primal instincts of a Saiyan.
