As Sam and his family along with Riley and his brother John were walking down the stairs,once they made it to the room,a gunshot was heard,and John shouted in pain.

Sam gasped in horror as he saw his brother bleeding from his leg,John fell to the floor clutching his leg in pain.

"John!" Sam shouted in horror as he went over to his brother.

"Dad give your jacket!" Sam said,Chris handed Sam his jacket,Sam then tore off the sleeve and tied it around John's wound on his leg.

"Who the hell did that?" Frank exclaimed.

"I did." Imelda then came out and she had her gun aimed at John,Sam could see his mother having a crazy look on her face.

"Mother,what are you doing?!" Sam shouted in rage as he stood in front of John,protecting him.

"I'm going to kill John,now get out of my way!" Imelda shouted,Sam then saw his friends come into the room,they tried to run over to him,but then Dr.Nelson came out,holding his own gun.

"You all stay where you are." Dr.Nelson warned,all the young adults did what he said,Sam couldn't believe it,his mom and Dr.Nelson have become insane,possibly even more than John ever was.

"Imelda please don't do this." Hector then came out of his hiding spot,holding his hands up as he pleaded with his wife to stop.

"Listen to your husband,Imelda." Charles said as he came out and stood beside Hector.

Imelda turned to look at her family and then at John,she then turned around and shot Charles in the chest.

"No!" Hector shouted as he fell to his knees and stood beside Charles,Imelda had shot him straight in the heart,and he had died.

"Imelda,what have you done?" Steve asked in shock and horror.

"He was getting in my way!" Imelda yelled with insanity.

Sam saw his father Hector,grabbing a rock and sneaking on his wife.

"Mom,he was family and you killed your own family!" Sam shouted while he distracted his mother.

"It doesn't matter,all i care about is killing John!" Imelda screamed in rage,Hector then took that chance to hit Imelda on the head,Imelda cried in pain as she fell to the floor.

Dr.Nelson attempted to shoot Hector,but Max grabbed his arm,while Trent took the gun away from Dr.Nelson.

Imelda was quick to stand up,Hector saw this.

"Run!" Hector shouted,everyone then ran in a different direction,Sam and Riley helped John run as he was limping due to the gunshot wound on his leg.

Imelda shot at their direction and she kept shooting at the walls,until she was out of ammo,she cursed and then she saw Charles had extra ammo in his belt,Imelda grabbed it and reloaded her gun,as she went after Sam,Riley and John.

Max,Sally,Tori,Zach and Alicia were with Jared,they were running across the hallway,when Dr.Nelson stood in their path.

"I'm not going to let you escape that easily!" Dr.Nelson said with a grin,He went to punch Jared,but Jared was quick to dodge,then he punched Dr.Nelson in the ribs.

The fight went on for a while,Max then noticed a ton of bricks and rocks on the side of the wall,and he noticed how it could fall any minute.

"Hey guys,look." Max pointed to the wall.

"What is it?" Sally asked.

"I have an idea." Max told them his idea, and they all agreed,Jared was kicked in the stomach and then Dr.Nelson shoved him to the ground,he then got out a knife,and was about to stab him,when Tori hit him in the back with a plank.

Dr.Nelson turned around to stared at her,he then got out his gun,and started shooting at Tori,who was able to run and dodge the bullets,the others were pushing the broken wall,so that it would fall on top of Dr.Nelson.

Dr.Nelson then had accidentally shot a gas tank and then a fire was starting to form,he then heard a sound behind and he turned around just in time to see a bunch of bricks and rocks fall on top of him,one of the rocks hit him on the head and he was knocked out.

"Alright!" Zach cheered as he high fived each of his friends,Tori then ran over and hugged her boyfriend.

Jared then noticed the fire was starting to spread.

"Quick,we have to get out of here!" Jared shouted as he then started to lead the group out.

"But what about the others?!" Alicia shouted in worry.

"I'll alert Brody." Jared said as he got out his walkie talkie.

"Brody,find the others and get them out,there is a fire spreading in the building,hurry,i will call the fire department!" Jared shouted hastily,as he led the group out of the building.

Sam,Riley and John were walking across a room,and they were turning around every corner,making sure Imelda wouldn't come out of nowhere and attack them.

"Hey,is it just me,or do i smell smoke?" Riley said as he sniffed the air,Sam and John then started to smell smoke,then a plank hit each of the three in the back,they all fell to the floor,Riley was knocked out.

Sam turned around to see his mother,aiming her gun at John,she was gonna shoot him in the head.

"Goodbye John." Imelda said with a wicked smile,Sam then tackled his mother and he took the gun out of her hand and threw it to John.

Imelda then punched Sam in the stomach,and then they rolled over and she was on top on Sam,and Imelda grabbed her knife,Imelda tried to stab Sam,but he grabbed the hand that was holding the knife and he tried to push her hand away.

 Hector came into the room holding a taser,which he had taken from a dead cop,he saw his wife was trying to stab her own son,he then charged the taser to its full power,and he slowly snuck over to his wife.

"Any last words,Miguel?" Imelda said with a insane look,Sam saw his dad Hector,sneak up from behind and he had a taser in his hand.

"Sorry mom." Sam said with a growl,Imelda then looked confused.

"Sorry mom?" Imelda asked confused.

"I'm sorry Imelda." Hector then electrocuted her in the head with the taser,Imelda's body shook violently and then she fell to the floor knocked out.

"You left me no choice,Imelda." Hector said with a sad tone,he then turned to look at his son and he offered him his hand,after a few seconds,Sam grabbed his hand and he stood up.

"Thank you." Sam said with a grateful voice,Hector smiled,then the two walked over to John.

"Are you okay?" Sam asked his brother softly.

"I think so,what happened to our mother?" John asked,the 3 didn't notice,the rest of the Matthews' family and Brody enter the room.

"Riley wake up." Trent said as he shook him.

"What happened?" Riley asked as he was waking up.

"That's what we would like to know." Luna asked.

Sam,Hector and John didn't notice Imelda had woken up,she grabbed her knife and started to walk over to them.

"She is so sneaky,she was right behind us and we didn't even know." John said as winced in pain.

"The killers are always behind you." Sam said with a knowing look,Imelda was now getting closer to them and she had her knife lifted in the air,Emily then noticed her and she was about shout at Sam and the others when...

Sam grabbed the gun and he turned around,and he immediately shot his mother in the chest,Imelda let out a gasp,she then fell to her knees and she dropped the knife,before falling to the ground dead.

"Woah." Trent said amazed at what he saw,Sam then stood up and walked over to her and turned her body around.

Sam then touched her with his foot,she didn't move, but just to make sure she was dead,Sam then shot her in the head.

"Sam!" Steve shouted in shock.

"I just have to make sure." Sam replied with a calm tone.

"It doesn't matter now,we have to get out now,there is a fire in the building!" Brody shouted,Sam and Hector then started to help John walk out the building.

The hallways were starting to fill with smoke,and they were coughing a bit,but soon enough they made it out.

The firefighters had come to the area and they started to put out the fire,the police then saw John,and then they aimed their guns at him.

"No wait,hold your fire,John is not going to hurt us." Brody said as he held out his hands.

"I'm here to turn myself over." John confessed,which shocked the police,this was the first time,John Rivera had ever surrendered himself.

"Just don't sent him to prison,he can still be cured." Sam pleaded as he held his brothers hand.

The police then decided to have him be sent to sanatorium,before leaving Sam gave John a huge hug,before he was placed inside a police car and the car drove off.

Sam kept staring at the car,until he could no longer see it,he felt a few tears fall down his face,his family and friends went to stand beside him.

Tonight a lot things have happened,Sam had got his brother back,and his mother and Dr.Nelson were killed as they had become insane as well,and he had now considered reconciling with his real father Hector.

Sam had a feeling that his life was going to get better and boy was he was right about that.  

2 years later

2018

October 25th

A lot has happened during those 2 years, Sam had now forgiven his father Hector and the two began to hang out.

Tori and Trent moved in with the Matthews' family following their parent's deaths.

Sam was now working with his foster parents at their company,and also he had proposed to Riley and the two were going to get married next month.

John was still in the sanatorium,and he had gotten a new psychiatrist,who treated him kindly,and he told him John might get released soon,which made John smile.

John was in the rec room as he was told he had a visitor,the door opened and it was his little brother Miguel,but he preferred to be called Sam.

Sam walked over to the table and he sat next to his brother.

"I heard you and Riley are going to get married next month." John teased,Sam blushed a bit.

"We are and i really hope you due get released in time for i and Riley's wedding." Sam said with a smile.

John smiled back and the two brothers continued to talk until it was time for Sam to leave.

"I'll see you soon,John." Sam said with a smile,the two brothers hugged each other.

Sam was happy to have his brother back,even though he,John and Hector were the only members left of the Rivera family,they were happy to have each other,and now they would make sure nothing would separate them  ever again.

Or they would go insane.

John sat in his cell,as he stared at a picture of him and his little brother,he was happy to have his little brother back,he then laid down on the bed as he stared at the ceiling as he was thinking about how his future would be like once he was released from the sanatorium.

He knew his life would be filled with that happiness he longed for,for such a long time
